Been here numerous times and have had to wait. Twice I went in and 3 people in line and they kept Making sandwiches for people that weren't there. We waited ten minutes before I decided to leave. So I have said before that jersey mikes was my least favorite sub place, but I have changed my tune! You have not had Jersey Mikes until you try their hot subs. I had the Philly cheesesteak and it was delicious, just a little greasy, perfectly cheesy, and they paid attention to my special instructions (add Mayo and mushrooms). Super friendly ladies working here. So that's something this place has going for itself. I came in and looked at their pickup spot and didn't notice my food. My pick up time was set for 12:08 according to their site and I was there at 12:15. Sat as I thought maybe it wasn't done yet. Other food came out and people came and left and I sat waiting. No one asked me if I was waiting for an order but they asked others. I figured I'd ask where it's at. Turns out someone took my order off the table and stole my lunch. Normally I don't do reviews of fast food restaurants, but since the current state of affairs has made it almost impossible to try new places, I wanted to give a shout out to the one fast food restaurant that made my quarantine. I had heard of Jersey Mike's from a friend, and after everything shut down, when we knew it was safe to order takeout, I found myself craving sandwiches. Why? Because they are comfort food. Nothing makes you feel safe like a well-made sandwich, except for maybe a vaccine. On a whim , I ordered from them, only because they popped up on Door Dash. And. OH. MY. GOD. They are delicious. The bread is to die for, WAY better than Jimmy John's, and their olive oil mix is divine. I have ordered from them, over the past five months, probably ten times and they have gotten my picky order perfect every single time. To walk in at 11:35 when there was only one other customer and order a 17 with light cheese and watch the individual put the meat and onions on the grill, to going up front and asking about my sandwich at 12:10 because over 30 minutes passed and 10+ customers have come and gone with their orders is unacceptable... but I just let them know what my order was and they made it right away... and sure enough they still managed to mess up my order. They offer free birthday subs when you sign up with their email list! Last year I received a free any regular sub sandwich with a 22 oz. fountain drink (Mountain Dew, sweet pea) and did I mention free?! The length of their subs run longer than traditionally, but it packs a wallop to finish the whole thing. I could use a little help here!! I'm sorry they don't have a Jersey Mikes near the Denver International Airport, but Broomfield is just as good. I love the packaging, flashing the Jersey Mikes logo big and bold on the wrapping. Wrong bread served to me. Manager is very awkward. Telling employees in front of customers to engage the customer and not themselves. This place has the best Philly in Denver that i have had its called # 56 the Big Kahuna i get mine with jalapenos on the side, but they are good in it as well. Its just that sometimes i like to control the heat that goes in my food. I love the chicken Philly cheesesteak and I love it! The chicken is chopped up really well and they put a load of cheese... so delicious! The bread is great too! My husband gets the meatball sub and he swears it is the best, we love this place and we will gladly drive the 15 minutes to get here just to get our fix! I grew up going to a deli that had sourdough rolls and the best sandwiches I have ever had in my life. I have been to New York deli's and so it is not fair to critique Jersey Mike's. With that said, their food is enjoyable but their deli meats do not stand up to the best. My hometown featured a small sub shop on the town square that sliced the meat in front of you and made a decent sized sandwich. This is about as close as I've come to that experience. Despite walking in 10 minutes before close, the two employees working the front of the restaurant were pleasant and friendly. The bread still tasted fresh and there was an ample amount of meat on the sandwich (about twice as much as Subway). Make sure you get "the juice" (oil and vinegar) on your sandwich as well as the spices. I'll note they use white onions here, which, in my opinion, are more flavorful than red onions. Unfortunately, the latter seem to be taking over restaurants like the plague. Accessing this particular location is a chore--the only access I found was off Pecos, through the 7-11, and across the parking lot. There's no access that I noticed on eastbound 120th and I didn't note any on WB 120th either. Its a deterrent for sure read more

A little hard to find, don't blink or you'll miss it. It's in a run down little strip mall at 120th and Pecos. If you like old school subs, this place is great. Very filling, and good flavor. I wasn't blown away, and the price was ok, a little more than I want to spend on a lunch most of the time, so it's a once in a while type deal. But when I've got a big hunger, and I want a sub, I'd rather go there than Subway. Knuckleheads. Got a meatball sub to go for the wife. They didn't wrap it in foil like any other Mikes shop. By the time we got back to the hotel, it's leaking through the paper. I've been looking for a place to pick up something to eat on my way home since moving near this area. Subway is an option, but I hate Subway. Jersey Mike's has a deli meat slicer and they slice your meat fresh right in front of you. Compared the the day-old meat in the little metal Subway bins, this is fantastic. They bake their own bread as well, which is always a plus. I wouldn't go so far as to say that the sandwiches are amazing or anything, but they're better than mediocre. My fiancee's Italian sub was piled high with meat and my meatball sub was excellent. Jersey Mike's also appeals to me because I grew up on the east coast, and they actually have Tastycakes available for sale. Hard to find outside of the east coast, Tastycakes are ridiculously unhealthy pastries that I pretty much grew up (and grew out) eating when I lived in Pennsylvania. I would never eat one today, but just seeing them there made me smile. All in all, Jersey Mike's is a great place to pick up a fresh sub without enduring brown lettuce and green tomatoes at Subway. They aren't up there with Heidi's, but they're pretty damn good. read more

I must admit that it really reminds me of the sandwich I used to get at Belly Busters in Greeley when I was in school, so perhaps I just like the flavor of nostalgia. Where to start... This place sux. They have some nerve even having the name Mike or NJ in their name. I ordered a regular sub, everywhere in NY & NJ a regular sub is 8"; this place is 6" for almost $8. I get the sub (lol) back to my office, there is literally one slice of ham, 2 slices of cheese. I love Jersey Mike's. Easily my favorite sandwich chain. Living in Austin for 10 years I ate it almost every week. Never had a bad experience. Then I moved to Denver, went to this location and that all changed. I ordered my usual with the employee being rude and unwelcoming. He told me I couldn't get my cold sub heated on the flat top grill. Never in 10 years of eating at Jersey Mike's has it been a problem. He just didn't want to do it, gave me attitude and through my sandwich together. The whole staff had a bad attitude and the place was dirty. I hope someone from corporate cleans this place up. I would love to eat here, but can't with the way it's management and maintained. read more

I've only ever tried the Philly Cheesesteak here. They're not bad but they're not the best. Just average. However, for an average sandwich their prices are a little steep. There's always a line when I go (around lunch) and it could be due to their system. You stand in line to order and then stand in line to pay. It's really weird and usually the cashier doesn't know what you ordered. They should have you order at the cashier and the cashier can give them your order to make. Oh and then you have to know when they're making your sandwich if you want to specify toppings. Good luck. It's kind of weird, and not my first stop for a sub or a cheesesteak. read more

I work at jersey mikes in the Lafayette location, so I figured I'd order my regular here. They forgot my rosemary Parmesan bread (the only bread worth it) and then they forgot 1/2 of my toppings, including my chipotle Mayo and chipotle Tabasco. I asked for grilled onions and mushrooms on my cold sub, and they gave me 1 portion in a tiny cup for my giant sandwich. There were three strands of lettuce on the whole thing. The employees don't even have the decency to say hi, just talk to each other about their personal lives. What a joke. I tried their hot subs before and they're almost always burnt. No wonder the location in Lafayette has an even amount of hot/cold sub sales because ALL ARE CONSISTENT, this location is a joke! read more

It definitely is not my style to Yelp about a fast food joint. But this experience was exceptionally bad. Every single thing about the dining experience was horrible. No exaggeration. We had to wait forever for our subs to be made by 2 incompetent young men who were either stoned or very poorly trained. They had to make the bacon for our club. The lettuce was brown and wilted. The tomatoes did not look fresh. After we sat down to eat, We actually saw one man drop a knife on the floor, then pick it up and use it. We had both almost completely lost our appetites amidst the very loud and obnoxious banter between employee and "regular" customers (who work in the strip mall) and after a couple bites decided to cut our losses and leave. read more

I went to jersey mikes and ordered a sandwich, they don't build your sandwich on the paper wrap that is wrapped around the sandwich, they build it on the counter and a cutting board that is saturated with oils and watched them leave my bread in it until the next guy added the lettuce. I have no idea how sanitary that is and don't care, common sense says keep it on the paper and not on the so called clean counter and cutting board, I paid $9 for the sandwich and tossed it in their trash can on my way out. Common sense, I am sure the health department would like to know about this.
