It is hard to review a place like Jack in the box.. The regular star system doesn't really apply. When you come here, you don't expect gourmet food. You expect cheap, greasy stuff. And that's what you get. Overall, it's a decent place of this type. Somewhat large variety of options. Three stars in the cheap, fast food grading scale. read more

So I have learned if the door seals itself shut, it would be easier for me to just give up. Because that experience was was like it was fate trying to prevent me from having a burger today as everything attempted to stop me. After literally me and one other from the inside finally wedged the door enough to finally open, I was greeted with... No one, the whole kitchen was all-hands-on-deck for the drive through, they completely ignored me and one other person at their counter for a solid five minutes, if not more. Eventually, they had no more cars and finally decided to assist the kitchen. The wait literally made a few just leave during lunch hour. Once we got our food, it looked cold, tasted cold and if it had a personality, acted cold. Jack should have stayed in the box, here. read more

I came to this Jack in the Box for food, not to be intimidated by Fabian, a muscle mommy of a man behind the counter. Sir is built like he benches the fryers for warm-ups. Arms so jacked I thought he was about to curl my order instead of handing it to me. He was polite, efficient, and terrifyingly strong. I felt like if I complained about my order, he could simply pick up the restaurant and relocate it. Food was good. Service was fast. Ego was humbled. Please warn customers ahead of time if Fabian is on shift so we can mentally prepare. read more

Outstanding customer service by the whole team. Best I've ever had at a fast food restaurant.

Went to the drive through a couple days ago around 3 or 4 pm which would be late lunch early dinner time. The same woman working who is always rude to us said what do you want and we said 4 tacos. She then said they are frozen right now. Well no shit you have to cook them. We left and went to Taco Bell for tacos. This sucks because we like the jack in the box tacos. She's a nasty rude person and needs to be fired. This isn't her first offense either. I don't know her name but she's got lots of tattoos; little bit taller, might be Caucasian/ Latina mix but rude as hell. She closed the drive thru last time at 8 pm and said we're closed for the evening. Hours posted til 10 pm or later. Joke! read more

My family and I just traveled from Nebraska and we were met with some of the most amazing customer service I have ever experienced at fast food restaurant. We came in close to closing time and Tristan was more than happy to answer all my questions. We even had to go back through again because 8 tacos wasn't enough (as I am pregnant and we do not have a jack in the box in Nebraska :( ) I am so grateful that the service was better than that of most places in Nebraska. Thank you Tristan for making a difference on our family trip. It doesn't seem like much to some but kindness and genuine customer service is something that needs to be recognized a given recognition. We need more Tristan's in this world! read more

Gross! This Jack in the Box needs to fire all the current employees, close down and let someone else put something there that makes sense, maybe just expand the parking lot. I've tried multiple times to give this place a chance, every time they disappoint. Bad customer service, cold food, wrong order, and dirty restaurant. read more

When the Jack in the Box restaurant franchise first came to this area it didn't do so well, closing down after about a year or so, now this second location has been here for a few years and it seems to be doing better. I ordered through their app, which seems to be the trend with fast food places, and it was not too bad, but still needs some improvements. I arrived and announced to the counter employee of my pending mobile order and after a short wait my name was called. My burger was hot and freshly prepared, but messy and overly watery. I enjoyed the touch screen Coke machine that offered many different varieties including Vitamin Water flavors. read more

Didn't get a receipt. Then my order didn't come out and I was forgotten about and I had to ask for a refund. The grown man cashier flirting with the high school girls was obviously more important to him! read more

Just got myself some Jack in the Box today. I'm a usual customer, I'm a die hard taco fan from Jack in the Box, but I've had enough. Every time that I go, I order the same 4 tacos. And every time that I go, I'm one of the few people in line. Today, again, I was one of the few people in line, however, as usual, it took FOREVER for me to get my food. I love their food, it's brilliant, however it should not take 10 minutes for me to get 2 tacos. I see the workers through the window, and it looks like they barely even care. I just wish sometimes the workers would care a little bit more! Thank you. read more

Just ordered my combo meal via drive through. There was just a piece of pattie and cheese. No salad, no tomatoes, no vegetable. I did not know that Jack in the Box now makes meat only meal???. The ketchup was not there either, I guess if you don't ask, you don't get it. How can service get so low? read more

I have never been to a Jack in the Box before so I came in not knowing what to expect. Outside I saw a two burgers for $5 combo advertised and that seemed to good to be true! I asked the lady about it and by the end of our exchange I had two spicy chickens for $5! They were big burgers AND tasty ones! I was successfully filled up for a cheap price at this location. read more

Worst service in the history of fast food. The lady with no hair and that big attitude NEEDS to be fired. I ordered my food and was told to go around the front with no explanation. I pulled into the front and waited about 5 to 10 minutes for my food. whenever the lady came out I asked for more sauce and she said "the sauce is i side you can come and get it". Not only was she rude and she made me wait for my food for no reason it happens every time I go there. She had the audacity to tell me to come inside and get it in a horrible tone. I recently had a laceration to my foot and I'm unable to walk! read more

Create an account just to write this feedback: You can't even keep to you on posted operation hours. Last weekend I showed up at 01:00 AM (you posted open hours on the weekend are until 02:00 AM), and the only people there was the cleaning crew. A gentleman inside responded that the place closed down at 11:00 PM all week (Robbed of my money due to online app order). Decided to try again last night at 10:15 PM.... Also closed. At least I learned not to give money to them before taking to San employee. TLDR: your safer to assume this place is open from nine to five, maybe. Don't use the Jack in the box app before confirming they're open with your eyes. read more

NO MASK ON!! No gloves! Was greeted at the window by an older gentleman with his mask decorating the bottom of his chin, naked hands wiping his naked mouth. Mr. The Box, I really expected and demand better from you. We have record cases in the state after the post-Thanksgiving COVID peak. What's wrong with you? Get help. Or have the Department of Health educate on some guidelines to not become an infection hotspot. Seriously. This was at about 6-6:15 PM, 12/7/20 read more

A couple weeks ago, we went thru Jack in the Box in Brighton and the Sourdough Jack was nasty, like it had been sitting there for days. Tonight we went to Broomfield, asked the drive-thru how long the Sourdough Jack had been sitting and told them about our Brighton sandwich. Eugene took care of us with freshly made sandwiches, even the tomatoes were fresh sliced. We will definitely go back the Broomfield store! read more

misleading hours and rude employees. website lists hours as 24/7. Not the case anytime I've been here later than 8. 8pm 12/8/22--Rude employee--"shoosh" hand gesture at us through the drive way window but wouldn't even look at us, he came by a second time and gave a dirty look and a shrug like "what do you want". big heavyset guy with brown beard and hair. Management needs to fix their incorrect hours if they're closed and big guy needs to fix his attitude. Yikes. read more

This place is beyond me, food isn't that great and for service.... Well it's high schoolers, like always not only screwing up orders, but being rude. So this is the reason minimum wage should never increase. Bring back the old manager that used to run this place smoothly. He cared for the people spending money at his place. read more

Because I have to leave a star. Used to work a jack in box a used to love the tacos. This was the worst experience ever the tacos where not prepared correctly. Hardly any lettuce but tons of taco sauce. Seem like people need to care little more about their work. Will not come back to this location again. read more

Sherri, Dre, and gyeyson where very helpful and respectful. The food is great. I would very much recommend this business.

Weird management. I dont know why you'd be singing at the top of your lungs in front of customers, (Was through drive-thru can be heard all the way outside) along with speaking LOUDLY to other employees. Also why would you be questioning an employee LOUDLY repeating the same word over and over again? Very slow also. Manager chatting away with employees rather than focusing on customers. Impressive!! read more

Definitely the worst jack in the box I've been to. They're constantly out of items on their menu. Wouldn't recommend this location to any one. Better off going to Taco Bell next door. read more

For a fast food restaurant, it wasn't terrible. I ordered the Black Pepper Cheeseburger. The burger was on a very nice buttery bun. Unfortunately, the onion rings here are the "breaded" kind, similar to what you get at Burger King or your grocer's freezer. The sauce wasn't over powered by the black pepper and it was a pleasant surprise for a restaurant that seems to be a "jack of all trades" (no pun intended). The curly fries are comparable to Arby's, except you get more. Wish there was more restuarant closer to my little corner of town. Unfortunately, all that's nearby is a Wendy's and a Chinese takeout place that I haven't tried. read more

I went later at night to get a meal and everything was going fine with the order but then I got to the drive thru window after ordering. The man asked if I wanted any sauces and I asked if I could get their special sauce, this man really decided to argue with me for about a while on how they didn't have "special sauce" or a "house sauce" we argued over sauces for about a minute until he said they don't have any special sauce but they they had "Jack sauce", I couldn't believe this employee decided to argue with me about something like special sauce. This 1 bad experience out of about 3 visits so I feel like a 2 star rating is fair. read more

Great service! Love Leslie , super sweet! Girl needs her raise !! Always greeting in the sweetest way .

Our 3 boys love the idea of breakfast all day. The food wasn't ready at the counter 'fast', but the clerk brought the order to us when it was ready. And it was fresh. If the hamburger was dry I couldn't tell because of the butter sauce. read more

Jack in the Box - Guess he stuck his hand in the Box too early. - Fast Food Near Me - Broomfield, Colorado

The food wasn't bad whatsoever, however the customer service was. Very rude employees. And not so professional. The day my husband and i went in there for lunch, the dining area was messy and the employees behind the counter were talking about the manager in a bad manner and saying "shut the fuck up" to one another in front of customers. You ask them something about the menu or even if you can get some condiments and they seem to have a hair up their asses. They need an attitude adjustment as well as a customer service class for dummies... read more

How the hell is there "about a 10 minute wait" at the drive thru, at 8pm, with only 5 cars? This is absolutely ridiculous. No apology, no attempt to make up for the poor service. Almost every time I've been here the wait has been excessive, and/or they've messed up my food. I always get the same thing- chicken sandwich, no lettuce, extra mayo. How hard is that to mess up? I'm surprised this location is still in business given all the other bad reviews. read more
