First off, I live 7 minutes away from the store and only ordered for delivery as I have stage 3 cancer and was not feeling good. After the app showed my sandwich had been out for delivery for 30 minutes, I called the store and was told he was in route to my house. After an hour I called again and asked for a manager. I spoke to Joy who was not a joy to talk to. I called to cancel my order and as I was talking to Joy, my sandwich was delivered. Joy had told me there were 6 other sandwiches that were being delivered and I was the last. Joy hung up on me and was not pleasant to talk to. The sandwich was soggy and not good. Our local sandwich joint for a quick bite. We first discovered Jimmy John's when we were out in Utah, as they don't exist on the East Coast. The Club Lulu became my fast fave, and the Jimmy John's sauce topped the flavor party. For a chain store, it's not terrible and the drive through (along with online ordering) offers quick service and convenience after a workout at the gym. It's not fabulous, but it's good enough when you're in a hurry and want to have somewhat healthy choices. While looking for a place to have lunch I tried this location one day and found this location to be swift and fully functional. I ordered ahead on their website and when I arrived my order was already waiting for me. My turn around time was less then 5 min. Since I had ample time remaining and since the weather was nice I had my lunch outside while watching the cars in the drive thru roll through like products in an assembly line, smooth and effortlessly. Jimmy John's hasn't lost their magic touch, but still remains on my list of fast food. The veggie Sandwich was actually stellar with lots of avocado and mayo. It sounds super unhealthy, but very nice at the same time. I didn't care, y'all! This is perfect for late night grabs and very affordable compared to the overpriced Subway and some other alternatives. I'm talking mad dough on Subway, they're still my babe along with Firehouse subs. Overall, nice drive thru experience. This drive thru for Jimmy John's is combined with a gas station, so it's very hard to find the window. The cheese appeared to be half melted and I am pretty darn sure this sandwich was made WAY in advance. Every time I visit this particular Jimmy Johns, I have always had a good experience. Their subs are delicious. I love their jalapeno potato chips too. The sandwiches have just the right amount of ingredients in it that I enjoy. (Light spread of mayo, delicious fresh turkey and veggies) I would recommend this location. I also liked coming here because it also has a convenient drive thru if you can't get out of your car, if you have kids who are sleeping, you can just drive through and get a sandwich. Customer service is friendly, and they have a good assortment of beverages. I went here once to get sandwiches for teachers at an elementary school. It was a big hit! read more
