I've been visiting my local Chick-fil-A regularly for about two years now, and overall it's consistently one of the better fast food experiences in the area. Over that time I've tried pretty much everything on the menu, from the classic chicken sandwich and waffle fries to the seasonal items like the Peppermint Chip Milkshake and the Spicy Deluxe. Here's my honest take. The standout is easily the service. Every single visit, the staff is upbeat and genuinely friendly, not in a forced way, but in a way that actually makes the experience feel different from other fast food chains. During a lunch rush last month, our order came out faster than I expected, and an employee even came to our table to refill our drinks without being asked. That kind of attention to detail is rare. The food itself is reliably good. The original chicken sandwich is simple but hard to beat, and the nuggets are consistently hot and fresh. The Polynesian sauce is a must. Breakfast is also underrated. The Chicken Egg and Cheese Biscuit is one of the better fast food breakfast items I've had. That said, there are a couple of areas where I think they could improve. With being a lover of Chick-fil-A this location is one of my favorites. They are always welcoming and always have the best attitudes when serving you. Even when it is slammed packed they get you through the line as quickly as possible. The inside is clean, welcoming and makes you enjoy eating your food there. More often than not, there will be something missing from your order, so you need to check before you leave with your take-out. Today, it happened again. The issue is, you drive all the way home, only to find out there is one item missing. So, you have a dilemma. Do you risk the rest of your food getting cold to go back for that one sandwich that they forgot to give you? And then, they really aren't ever sincere when you go back and tell them they missed an item. Maybe they figure, it's up to the customer to check? This restaurant is FREEZING. It's January in Colorado at 9:30PM. Staff leaves the door open by the drive through permanently because it's cooler for them in the kitchen or ??? I thought Chick-Fil-A was all about the customer service. Certainly not about customer comfort. Like seriously it was about 34 degrees in the dining room. Most of the time it's my orders being wrong however this time it was the fact that my wrap was super small compared to other chick fil a wraps I usually get and the fries were messed up and had a piece of cardboard on the bottom that was nasty. read more

My daughter went here twice and both times got nasty stringy chunks. The fries were also stale and the milkshake tasted awful. They just can't get an order right - missing items in the bag - they now have a sign that warns customers to check their orders before they drive off because they get so many orders wrong. This is by far the WORST location in the entire state. Broomfield is rated 2.1 stars while this one (at the time of writing this) is 1.8. Remember that Yelp only rates from 1 to 5, which means (R-1)*5/4 is the true 0-5 star rating, which gives them a whopping 1 star rating on a curve! read more

The food was awesome! I got a hash brown and a sprite. The service however was not ideal. I waited at the counter for a refill of my drink. The managers looked over at me but stayed in the drive through area with no immediate task at hand. I understood they may have been a little short staffed that morning, but there was a lull and still I was ignored. The only person who offered to help me was on his break and i refuse to take advantage of someone off the clock. I came here right when they were transitioning from their breakfast menu to their lunch menu. When I ordered a lunch item they said it will be about ten minutes until my order will be ready. But to my surprise, my order was completed and ready for me before I even left the front register. It was fresh, hot, and tasty as I come to expect all Chick fil a food usually is. I reached out to their customer service department first, however I received a "sorry this experience wasn't as good as they all are" response with a flyer about their fry portions as an excuse for our experience. So now they get a review. There are high expectations that come with Chick-fil-A and this location really struggles to meet them. Here are some of our recent experiences. 1. I used two rewards for Mac and cheese, ordered in restaurant. As I waited for our food, a manager came and told me that they were out of Mac and asked if I wanted anything else. My kids didn't so I asked them to some how compensate for the rewards I had used. I was told they would be reloaded onto my account. It never happened. 2. 35 minutes late on our catering order, which had been ordered earlier in the week, so it was not a surprise. 3. Went for dinner, was told, no lettuce, no soda, which eliminated half of our order. (Salads and wraps are what we had gone for). Then when we got home, what we ended up ordering was incorrect. 4. Ordered a breaded chicken sandwich, got grilled. 5. Then this last trip: ordered a breaded chicken sandwich again (this time from my phone to ensure it happened)...nope, grilled again. No dressing included for our salads. And a large fry that was half full. (Their email response to me told me that their fry's shrink. Which causes this problem. The flyer also stated that there were increasing their fry quantities to accommodate for this...in December...it's March so obviously that didn't work). I have young kids. I can't order, get home, realize I'm missing something from every piece of my order and drive back. And then it rubs salt in the wound that they aren't willing to make up for it any way. Just sorry! This is one of the worst Chick-fil-A locations I have been to. One of the managers Allen (spelling?) has been so difficult and rude to deal with. Tried reaching out to Scott Wehn with no response at all. I don't think that my order was that hard - just the normal items and no customizations. They shorted me on food and refused to correct it. Go to the other Chick-fil-A down the street (much better service and will actually get your order right) or go to Raising Canes just east of there. read more

THIS LOCATION IS TERRIBLE no matter how many times i give them a shot no matter what, they find some way to ruin things. First off the customer service is awful people are always standing around not doing anything while we wait in line for god only knows how long and when we finally get our food they just give a " get out of the way" kind of gesture . Secondly I ordered a chick fil a sandwich no pickles informing them that i am very allergic and could possibly die if they are on there, I get home and like always I check just incase and they had pickles not just 3 pickles but 8 pickles not mention it made my bun super soggy and still contained the pickle juice in it. I'm very used to Chick-fil-A's having their "stuff" together and being very organized well oiled machines. Doesn't seem to be the case at this location, could just be speed bumps being so new but they need to figure it out. Went at 8:30pm on a Friday night. Not too bad of a line at the drive thru. Went specifically looking for the peppermint shake as our nearest one has been out due to "supply chain issues". There were no signs anywhere indicating they were out of items, which seems odd as our nearest one has been posting a sign on the window and order board listing what they are out of, yet sure enough they were out of shake base (104th and Federal came in for the win as I called and they had lots of ice cream). I understand this isn't this specific restaurant's fault and the issue lies with the company itself because I've been having this issue constantly lately, but this location would do well to post what they're out of so people can prepare, a sign at the beginning of the line would be great so you don't get in and wait just to find out they're out of what you want. We ordered 2 orders of chicken tenders, one with fries one with kale crunch salad, both with bottled water, and nuggets with fries and multiple sauces. It took forever for them to service the 2 cars in front of us, which is unusual for this place, and when we got to the window we were told we'd have to pull to the side to wait for the chicken tenders. This would normally be a small annoyance but combined with everything else it just further contributed to the bad experience. For some reason we were given 1 (very small) cup of water and 1 bottle, even though we had asked and paid for 2 bottles with our meals. When we arrived home we discovered we had not been given any of the numerous sauces we asked for (the best part!), and my kale crunch salad was more than half empty, there was barely anything in the container. I did complain through the app and received a voicemail from someone at the location, I haven't been able to reach them quite yet, but it does seem they want to address the issues. I keep giving them a shot and it's been hard to come back. Today at around 730 we went in for nuggets. We ordered 3 8 counts and one 5 count. We go to wait for the food, a gal comes over and says the only nuggets we have are 1 8 count and the 5 count. I got a sandwich, not my fave but got a refund for the other 8 count. The reason we are out of nuggets is they are frozen? Can't you cook nuggets frozen? And what manager doesn't keep an eye on the amount of food there is to cook? Is this not what a fast food restaurant dies, cook frozen food? And if you have a sign on the door requiring masks, maybe staff should wear them. read more

Even Jesus hates this Chick-Fil-A! Beware of the double drive-thru, unless you don't mind being trapped in line for over a half hour. This was easily the slowest fast food I have ever experienced. I could easily have had a sit-down dinner with drinks and a dessert in the time I was stuck in line with no way to back out. Went here a few days ago. I ordered 2 12 piece nugget. That fits In a single bag. So I took the bag without looking cause most CFA are capable pf doing their jobs correctly, buuttt that is NOT what I was given. It even stated it was for a grey sedan, I was in a BLACK SUV. Some of the kids here look 12 and act 12. So please be diligent and double check everything they do, cause the quality of employee has gone way down since the shortage. read more

I have been to this location several times and they usually get my simple orders correct. Yesterday, (1-11-23) I ordered a Deluxe sandwich meal but with mac and cheese instead of fries. I should have looked in the bag but I didn't, assuming they got the order correct. When I got home, about 6 miles away, I opened the bag to find fries instead of the Mac and cheese. The fries were cold by then, of course and I was not happy because it wasn't the mac and cheese. So I called them to let them know. The person taking my call wanted the order # so I gave it to him. He said "you weren't charged for the mac and cheese, you were charged for fries, so to correct this problem, we can give you a number so that within 30 days you can get another order of fries". He said this is their policy, food for food. So, if you order a salad and get a sandwich, their fix is to give you another sandwich (if that's what you paid for), which you didn't want in the first place. This is a really bad policy. I will not be returing to this location and it's their loss because I get Chick Fil A about 3x month. Other locations seem to get it right but, check your order before you leave to make sure it's right. read more
