Got this food to go since I've seen it in Instagram and was interested to try it! The concept is really good. I got the bulgogi bibim grain bowl for about $13 and it was really good! I got the recommended oriental sauce which is a soy sauce based dressing but it complimented the bowl really well. Can't speak much about the service since it was to go but the restaurant itself was pretty small. As for docking a star, I feel like the brown rice was pretty hard/dry and some of the salad was wilted (probably from the hot rice). Also the nuts were weird to me but that's a personal preference. The sauce did help with the rice though and I really enjoyed this bowl overall. I recommend checking this place out if you're in the area! read more

Service was great. Concept is good. Not many drink options. We got 4 bowls. Bulgogi was great. Pork belly and shrimp were below average and overcooked. Wanted to try it cause I saw it on TikTok. Looks a lot better on TikTok. Probably wouldn't go out of my way to go back. read more

I'm so glad Colorado was the first location in the states to get a Salady. We came on a Monday night so it was pretty slow but service was still friendly. There are plenty of seats. It's a big open space. The menu is quite impressive. There's a good variety of options and seems like something for everyone. We got the pumpkin and mushroom soup along with the bbq chicken protein bowl and the roast chicken salad. Everything we ordered was so good. The creamy jalapeño dressing was so delicious and really added to the bowls. I was worried the portions would be small but they were actually quite big. We were full by the end. I highly recommend getting a soup. They're very creamy but full of flavor and doesn't feel like you're just drinking butter and milk. It's very nice to get when you're sick or just need something warm. The soup is actually quite plentiful so one order would be good to share between 2 people as an appetizer. We have a goal of trying the entire menu. We will def be back for sure. read more

Super delicious Korean salad dishes. The lettuce and all ingredients look and taste freshly prepared. The interior of the store is super clean and well kept. Quick and good service. We ordered at the electronic kiosk and the screen was intuitive and easy to use. The only thing is the pork belly dish had diced pork belly and the picture looked like it was more sliced/bigger chunks. The double beef was the most expensive bowl on the menu, it was tasty but looked less voluminous when compared to the grain bowl... maybe because of the lettuce amount in each bowl is different but definitely walked away feeling as if we were still not fully satiated - maybe it's a healthy thing that we are only 70% full. Definitely a great Asian salad spot, get some fried chicken next door in case you're still hungry. read more

First time to Salady and loved it! Felt like the Korean take on Cava. Had the Bibim bowl with bulgogi which was fantastic. Beef, veggies, even the rice were fresh and the sauce...what a kick. Beautifully "plated" in a bowl too. Counter service/easy ordering at a kiosk and quick prep. Would recommend a water cooler or fountain for convenience. read more

I've been hearing about this place and finally got the chance to try it and it was really good! I ordered the soba noodle bowl with beef rib and it was the perfect meal to have after the gym, I got it with the recommended dressing which was the gochujang bibim and it was a tad bit too sweet but it was still really good. I tried my sister's dish which was the bulgogi grain bowl with the oriental dressing and I really liked her sauce because it was super savory. The service was nice and quick and the place was really cute. read more

I enjoyed the offerings of Asian/korean ingredients you don't see elsewhere. I am biased with Korean flavors but this is a great option if you're craving something on the lower carb side. Just discovered Salady and am so excited it's in Colorado! An Asian style Chipotle is what hits the spot! They have a variety of Korean-style meats with grains, salad, or soba noodles. We got the soba noodle bowl with bulgogi and beef rib and both were really yummy. Filling and delicious. I want to try the pork belly grain bowl next. Sweet people working at the register and they got our food to us super quick! Fast casual vibes. They played great music in there haha. I really want this place to succeed and to support it! This is the only location in the US of this apparently super popular chain in Korea. Go here for lunch! read more

Great new healthy spot in Downtown Westminster. I got the grain bowl and my girlfriend went with a salad. Both tasted fresh and were reasonably priced. We both loved the different flavors of sauce. Service was impeccable and it is in a convenient location to Bean Log bridge and the RTD station. read more

In 2013, two college students opened a small restaurant in a back alley of Seoul, South Korea. At the time, the idea of having salad as a main meal was unfamiliar in Korean food culture, and many doubted whether such a concept could survive. But driven by a passion to move away from greasy, unhealthy food toward something fresh and wholesome, the founders persevered through a tough start. Everything was so good, the perfect balance of flavors and very generous portion - these tacos were stuffed! They also have an awesome salsa and topping bar with tons of options and a serve yourself format with little containers and lids. At $3.50 per taco this is a super reasonable place for a bite and I'll definitely be back anytime I'm near Westminster.

Food Cuisine: I was expecting either Korean hotpot (Jeongol) or Korean Chinese fusion because of it being a Korean restaurant and their main selling point - AYCE hotpot. It seemed like they tried to do something between regular Chinese hotpot (but without the in-your-face bold broth flavors) and Japanese shabu shabu (but minus the ponzu and simple, straightforward flavors) with some side Korean kimchi. They also had some typical Korean dishes and lots of alcohol options. The broth: None of the four broths we tried had a wow factor. Maybe the mushroom was the one to try. -Bulgogi is mainly salty and not well flavored. I don't taste any reminisce of a bulgogi flavor. My partner thought it was basic but he thoroughly enjoyed it. -Miso was good but it's hard to get that wrong. -Spicy Thai tomato flavor was okay. -Yuzu jalapeno was also okay but it was novel. It reminded me of a lighter and less rich version of Tom kha soup with yuzu and jalapeno instead of lime, lemongrass, galangal, and chili. The meats: Generous portions or maybe they're good at gauging the right portion for the number of people. We only had to make one meat order (lamb, pork belly, tripe, beef) during our order for a group of four and we ate every bit of it. The hotpot ingredients in the back: A decent variety of veggies, mushrooms, meat/seafood balls, seafood, and noodles. All seemed to be washed well and fresh. The sauce bar: Decent selection. A couple of interesting, not-so-typical sauces and mostly typical hotpot sauces. Service: Every table has a service button and an ordering tablet so you don't have to wave anyone down. Very nice staff who stays on top of maintaining the food and area. Space: Lots of seating. Leg room is not great for tall people unless you sit on the ends. Personal Note: Group vote - half of us liked the hotpot and would come back for the hotpot here and the other half of us were not into the broths and would prefer to do hotpot elsewhere. Note: The half that would not come back are the ones who grew up eating hotpot in the US and in Asia (we've tried Chinese, Japanese, and Vietnamese style hotpots), so that might make us two more critical with higher expectations.
