Order to a minimum staff warns as portions are huge and overwhelming for any appetite. Flavor is savory and appetizing. Staff and management is very attentive and friendly. Dining area is filled with aroma of authentic Vietnamese cuisine further supported by the heritage filled interior. Definitely off the major hustle bustle of near by Flatirons Mall but definitely worth the turn to this hidden gem. This place is more than just another option for PHO as the menu is packed with an abundance of alternative and weather accommodating options. Definitely a top 3 for PHO or any other Vietnamese cuisine. Management and Staff make the dining experience memorable from the moment you step through the door. And an added bonus if visiting for a special occasion.

it was pretty good but when we walked in and took a seat to look over the menu for take out, this dude keeps asking every 2 mins. "Ready?!?!?" If I'm ready, I'll let you know I'm ready. Geez!! And they write the order in vietnamese so when I get a receipt, it's the cc receipt that doesn't detail what I bought. I asked the dude for the vietnamese itemized thing for my expense purposes. Kinda weird ask me what for. Food was pretty good but the dude seem always in a rush but it's not that busy.. calm daafk down yo!

Well well well, we stopped for a day in the Denver area for biscuits and this will be the reason we stop in Denver again. I can't say enough lovely things

Food was good but definitely will not be back due to the rude service; not sure if he was a part owner or what, but when we ask if we can order our appetizer first and main course later, he said no, because he is busy ( including our table, there was only two other table with 2 patrons at each table) . There is too many Vietnamese food options out there, you're not that special to be rude to your customer.

Tu's Kitchen is an up and coming Vietnamese restaurant in the Broomfield area, and I would say that of the restaurants located here, it is pretty solid! We decided to swing by Tu's Kitchen on a Friday night around 7pm and were seated promptly for three people. The parking situation is open and easy as it is located in a big shopping plaza near the Great Wall Asian market. Since there wasn't too many too many customers on the day we visited, service was relatively fast. Since Tu's was a new up and coming restaurant in the area, the owners were pretty generous on having us try new appetizers on the house - we were very grateful on this generosity on their part! Just a heads up, the menu is massive - there were probably 100+ things that you can order. We ordered a good variety of dishes to try out what Tu's Kitchen has to offer, which I'll review a couple down below: 31. Combination Rice Plate ($20): This is a very generous rice plate! It will definitely fill you up if you are looking for something hefty. The plate comes with several cuts of meat, some grilled shrimp, an egg, rice, and a small salad. The cuts of meat are seasoned well and tender, you can taste the barbecue/slight lemongrass flavor that usually comes with Vietnamese rice plates. One more thing was that it also came with some crispy spring rolls, which had decently flavored fish sauce in the filling. H. Rare Steak and Brisket Pho ($16 for large): I've had my fair share of Pho in the Broomfield area, and this pho is decent. The broth had a stronger black pepper taste than I'm usually used to for pho. Personal preference - though it was taste was good, I don't think I would go for the pho again here. But if this suits your tastes, go for it. Buddha's Delight ($13): For $13, you get a ton of vegetables, which is great. The sauce is a bit light on flavor, but come on - you probably order this dish to get your intake of vegetables. The vegetables are tender, not too soggy and not raw, and taste good with the coconut sauce. 4. Deep-Fried Pork Dumplings ($8): We actually got this appetizer on this house, which was very generous of the owner and we are very grateful. The dumplings were crispy and the filing was seasoned well. The sauce was advertised as sweet, and it does have a subtle sweet tangy taste. We spent around $75 for everything that you see here, which I think is a good price considering you get a very generous amount of food no matter what you order. I personally think that for this area, this is a very solid option for food. I would definitely like to revisit sometime to try the numerous other options on the menu!

Great food and service. It's a nice dining environment. Six of us to be seated in 5 mins, received all of the food about 15 -20mins after we ordered. It's reasonable waiting time. The food is yummy we will visited again.

What a nice hidden gem. Met up with a friend here for dinner tonight. Both of our first time here, so this was great. I got there first and was quickly seated. Was not too busy for a Monday night, which was good for me. The ambiance of the place is nice casual. Bathroom was clean as well as the place. They have a huge menu selection and everything looks very good. We ordered the tofu garlic with eggplant spicy and the catfish and ginger sauce. The fish platter came out first. Don't let the presentation disappoint you. The catfish dish is very good and is as described. The fish is perfectly crispy and the vegetables perfectly cooked and paired with the fish. Light sauce at the bottom of the dish that you can lightly drizzle over the catfish when you take some portion onto your plate. The tofu eggplant then came out. Looks very delicious and spicy, but I didn't really taste any spiciness at all. It's unnoticeable, but that's just me since I love spicy. Lol The flavor of this dish is delicious. We made two great choices for dinner. The dishes were distinct and flavorful in its own way. Nothing was overly salted or too much sauce. We very much enjoyed dinner. I look forward to coming back here and trying other dishes! Come and try this place and help support this little hidden gem. A good restaurant we need to keep around.

Awesome Pho soup. It's very nice inside, one downside is it's a little higher compared to other Pho places nearby.

    One Vietnamese Restaurant

This was a surprise find!…read more I stopped here to pick up something quick to eat before I headed to my side hustle shift. The Vietnamese food was something I hadn't had in a while so when I realized that this was in the same shopping center as the gym I worked out at I simply couldn't think of anything else. As soon as I stepped inside it a very clean roomy dining room was in front of me. It looked new as there was no old restaurant feel to it. Then a young man quickly came to me to assist. I thus asked for a menu to peruse to which he kindly handed a beautiful booklet. The menu is a fancy booklet type with leather looking covers. In it, almost all the menu items had their accompanying photos. This type of menu truly helps so I could get a good understanding of the food they offer (yes, I'm more of a visual person.) I definitely wanted some healthy choice so when I spotted the Papaya Salad I looked no further (and yet I didn't want to pass the opportunity to eat the Vietnamese food staple, the deep fried Vietnamese Egg Roll so I, without hesitation, added that to my order. The Papaya Salad is/was $13.99 and the Vietnamese Egg Roll (6 piece) is/was $11.95 (as of December 4, 2025.) I placed my order with the same young man who greeted me. The time was still a bit early for the rush dinner hour. The restaurant only had several tables occupied. My food thus came out from the kitchen quite quickly. The bag the young man handed me was quite the weight. Once I was back to my car I immediately investigated what was inside. I was surprised as to how massive the Papaya Salad was! The portion for the Vietnamese Egg Roll was also very generous. I realized that I simply ordered way too much food for myself. I was able to eat only one of the dishes (the Egg Roll) before my shift. The Egg Roll was crispy on the outside. Not too oily or greasy; just the perfect texture. The accompanying noodles on the other end of the container were also delicious; they surely put a generous amount of crushed peanuts all over it (as of this writing, I have not eaten the Papaya Salad but like I said earlier, the portion size is big. And the way it looks is promising where I have no doubt that this dish is as solid as the Egg Roll.) This Vietnamese restaurant is a gem. I tend to get job assignments in this neighborhood here and there so if I end up coming back to this area next time now I know a solid restaurant that I can count on.

Food while traveling is always iffy for me but I lucked out with my order here…read more I can only comment on my to-go order of a combo eggroll bowl which included meatballs, pork, and shrimp. A huge portion, so I was really happy. Some of the best eggrolls I've had in a long time and the shrimp was delicious. I found the meats to be tough because they were sliced so thin. Stick with the shrimp here and I think you'll be pleasantly surprised! If you're ordering to go, ask for utensils if you need them as they didn't provide me with anything to eat with!

The pho broth was delicious, I love that the pho also comes in stainless steel bowls, the broth stayed hot for awhile. The amount of food was a good size, but you definitely pay for it in the pricing as well. Compared to some other Vietnamese restaurants, the medium sized here with the combination $.50 add on is more than other's large sized pho. Love that you have the option to have the spicy broth, another $1.50 add on. I loved the house made chili oil, very fragrant. You can get it on the side as well, also $1.50 for a small dipping tray. There is no sate offered here - the Vietnamese lemongrass chili oil - just their homemade one or sriracha. Overall the pho was really delicious and the service was great. I definitely will be back again if in the area, but maybe I'll have to bring my own sate oil for my pho. I really liked their homemade chili sauce and thought it was tasty, but I still feel like I'm missing the traditional sate lemongrass chili oil that I usually enjoy putting in my bowl of pho. $23 for a medium combination pho, chili oil, and tips seems pretty steep for a lunch bowl of noodles. Thankfully they give you a small discount if paying with cash.
