We are very disappointed with the food quality and the service. Pho broth was mediocre and lots of msg. The beef tasted very old and a stale. Beef was also very tough. We arrived at opening time and did not get to order until 10 minutes later with no other customers inside. Owner / mgr. was on the speaker phone at full volume the whole time were eating, actually drowning out the back ground music, very unsettling. Prices were expensive even for Colorado. Vietnamese coffee was made with water not boiling and therefore did not blend well with the condensed milk. Needles to say will not patron again, there are better choices in this area. read more

This is a wonderful pho spot! I was craving some pho one night after work and didn't want to wait over an hour for delivery so I thought I'd pick up from a new pho place. I placed a pick up order in which the lady taking my order was very nice. Food was ready right on time with my pick up time which is always great. When I went inside to pick up, the restaurant looked nice and clean! The pho broth is quite delicious, very flavorful and not over oily. The noodles were a bit over cooked however it could have been an off night so no big deal. The price is reasonable and comparable to other pho restaurants in the area. I'd definitely recommend coming here and giving their food a try! I wish they were on DoorDash but this place is worth picking up! read more

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND PICK A DIFFERENT PHO RESTAURANT! I ended up going to Pho Saigon after leaving Pho Lee and everything was half the price and probably some of the best pho I've ever had! I went in to pick up a to go order and paid for extra broth. When they gave me my order I asked for a small container to take some chili paste that was sitting on the table. The guy that was working the register said that'll be $4. Apparently when you order pho to go you don't get any of the sauces with your order. I have seen other reviews about people complaining about having to pay $2 for a single packet of hoisin sauce. You now have to pay $4 per sauce to get what should come with any pho order. The owner came out and told me the only way that you get the sauces for the price of their $22 pho is if you dine in. Otherwise, everything is extra. I told him that is ridiculous and he became extremely irate and started screaming at me to get out of his restaurant. The owners wife came out and gave me a receipt for the reversal of my payment. There was not a single customer in there other than me. Although I didn't end up trying it the broth they brought out was clear and yellow which seemed strange. Go to Pho Saigon!! read more

My husband and I were passing through the area and decided to stop and try a new pho restaurant, and we were so glad we did! Pho Lee had quick and friendly service and a COVID-safe environment. I ordered a small F1 (filet mignon), and my husband ordered a medium F2 (filet mignon & brisket), and it came out quick and hot. My husband loves pho, so he can be picky at times, but we were so full and happy after our lunch. The filet mignon was tender and delicious. If you're a vegetarian, their veggie broth is freshly made, and (as someone who eats meat, and has tried other veggie broths) would actually 10/10 recommend, my kid loves their broth. 2. Pho combo, one of the best, clear, yet flavorful pho broths, there's barely any oil from bone fat and yet you can taste the bone broth. And lastly 3. Bun Bo Hue, not the usual meat cuts but a perfect offering of steak, brisket, and fatty brisket, along with copious abouts of tendon. The broth is just exquisite, spicy and umami. It's definitely the must try dish after you've had their pho the first time. They offer their chili oil at each table, that you can add to your dishes. We came down from fort Collins to visit the Orchard for their Trick O Treat Street and Decided to eat at this restaurant. There was only one server for the whole restaurant. My niece orders the Sesame chicken and it did not look very cooked when she spoke with the owner about it her began to argue with her then tossed a piece in his mouth and said it was cooked then aggressively went and tossed it in the trash. This behavior was so shocking to all of us and we could not believe what we were seeing wishing we could have got it on video. I ordered an appetizer and pho and the pho arrived no more than two minutes after the appetizer. So the appetizer got cold and was wasted in lieu of the soup. The Pho noodles were over cooked and sticking together. The overall order was incorrect and I didn't get the drink that was ordered. Majority of the wait staff was hanging around at the bar.
