Food: Pretty good. We had the Vietnamese egg rolls, they were good, they were tinier than I was expecting, but the flavor was good and they gave a good amount. I had the pho with rare steak and brisket and it was perfect for a cold day! The broth was better tasting than some other places, I always want more noodles in every pho place I've been to and this is true for this place as well, but still very good. Service: Self seated basically because it's usually pretty quiet. The food comes out really quickly (5-10 minute wait maybe) which is nice. My husband and I tried this place together for the first time and we weren't disappointed. We've been looking for a good pho spot near us and so far -- this is our go to spot! Food: Pho 4.8/5- the broth is very much flavorful. I love skinny noodles so I def loved it more! Grilled Pork Spring Roll 5/5- we also have to get grilled spring rolls and these were so good! Super flavorful and great size for them. Drinks 3/5 -- my husband got a Vietnamese coffee and I have a coconut juice. Tbh, they were totally fine and good but for $5 for a small to go cup -- isn't really worth my money. Service -- is pretty fast and attentive! The space is like any other homey Vietnamese restaurant. The service was good. We only saw one person the whole time we were there which was about 45 minutes to an hour. Food came out relatively quick but was really tasty. The rice was good, fluffy and steamed to perfection. The beef was great too and as a whole was yummy. The ambiance here reminds me of an island hut. Friends said it felt Hawaiian which isn't a bad thing, but I knew the vibes they were going for. Husband and I have already been to this place 2 more times in the week that we've moved here, that's how much we love it! Their seats have been newly upholstered so now I have no critiques at all. Great portions, delicious freshly made food, and the staff here are so sweet and friendly! I think we're regulars now because they remember us and greet us warmly. I order the sugarcane juice every time; their large size is comically huge and I love it! So far we've only tried their pho and rice plate - highly recommend! Posting this review leaves a heaviness on my heart because I have so loved this place for such a long time. It has been a great place but now I must admit now that I have suffered food poisoning from this place I have to put this warning out there for others. I got e coli and trust me you will not enjoy what that does to your guts. This place has always had great service and still does and yeah it's like a cafeteria to eat in but this has been one of my go to places that doesn't break the bank and the food was always good, until now. Great service on a Sunday at 2:30. I had the spring rolls and a small rare beef steak pho and it was delicious. I am typically very picky about my pho broth and normally drive long distances to go to my favorite pho. This location will be bad for my wallet as my son and I rode our bikes here. Love the name, but everything else was sadly lacking. We ordered chicken dumplings (gyoza) which came out dripping in oil but somehow mushy, which was a neat trick. The water had a terrible taste, like mold, and smelled awful too - that didn't bode well for the pho. My friend and I both had pho, and we were given a small plate of veggies to share, with the saddest looking basil and sprouts I've ever seen. The pho itself was sub-par - very little flavor, not a lot of meat or noodles, and overall just not worth it. Just moved to the area not too long ago, decided to try this place out since it's so close. The menu is big with many options, the first time I ate here I tried everything on the menu from Vietnamese to Chinese . I choose to just stick to the Vietnamese side of the menu... I always get the egg rolls and spring rolls as appetizers, the appetizer chicken wings are really good as well. Pho broth is always really flavorful and they are very generous with the portions of meat. Overall this place is good and definitely recommend if you're craving Pho. Pho Ever Yum was truly yummy! I got the large beef pho (pho dac biet) and my friend got the chicken fried rice. I have to say the fried rice is a little small for 9.95 but it's ok. The booths were ok but were bouncy and uncomfortable. I found the pho really good. I got the beef medium well and it was perfect. The noodles and soup were delicious as well. Servers were ok but do not check waters frequent enough (waited 15 minutes for a refil) but I drank the soup so I was fine. We're rarely up in this area but we were today to help my sister-in-law move. After helping a bit we were all going to go out to dinner together. We looked around for what was close, good, and relatively cheap and this showed up. My sister-in-law said it was good and so off we went! The menu is extensive here. We ordered and all got something different. Everything came out pretty quickly and hot. Good sized portions and we all really enjoyed our food. The only minor complaint was having to ask for water refills and then waiting about 5 minutes for that to happen, even though it wasn't too busy. Ordered 2 vermicelli noodle with grilled chicken dishes for take out. The chicken was terrible, pressed and tough and the seasoning was bizarre. Fish sauce was also very salty. The spring rolls appeared to have been made with lunch meat and the peanut sauce tested odd. You do get a lot of food for the money but must of ours right went into the trash. Decent but the meat lacked seasoning. Very plain and everything seemed to be cooked to a medium rare. Portions were plenty generous except for the egg roll pieces seemed small. The fish sauce was pretty weak and unimpressive. The Interior is rather spartan; it reminds me of a Sams Club with a few pictures. I wish they had some soups outside of the large bowls for people eating an entree...it would have been nice on a cold day. What tastes better than HOT Pho on a cold and dreary day? NOTHING! Chelsey F and I ventured this way after a long day of work (for her) and a day of babysitting my niece (for me)! Because this place opened up recently, Chelsey and I decided to try it, over a pot of hot green tea and deliciousness. Here were the takeaways: 1. Pho was delicious! While the broth was a little interesting (full of cabbage, broccoli, carrots and other random veggies), it was tasty and HUGE. I always tend to order the large size, so I have leftovers later. mmm! Their appetizers are cheap and great! We started with an order of the wantons and spring rolls and found everything to taste great. the dipping sauce for the spring rolls was a little odd - as it was watery and fruity to the taste, which was kind of weird. 2. Their prices are really reasonable for all you get and the space is large! fits a large group or small :) 3. The staff is so nice and helpful. our server took our order, delivered the food promptly and never let our drinks empty. we ended up staying much longer than expected and our server brought over another pot of hot tea for us to enjoy! so nice! For this review, my students tried the vegetarian pho and egg rolls from Pho Ever Yum. The following review was created by my 4th and 5th grade students. Here is what they have to say: Slurp, slurp, slurp! What's better than some nice yummy pho and egg rolls from... drumroll please... PHO EVER YUM! The egg roll was a perfect blend of cabbage, pork, and sweet carrots. The wrapper was crispy and the temperature was just right. When you bite into them, there is a little hint of spice and the flavor explodes in your mouth. Compared to egg rolls from other restaurants, these are long and thin, which was unusual, but we thought they tasted amazing. The pho was also delicious. The ingredients were noodles, broth, onions, cabbage, broccoli, zucchini, carrots, and tofu. Most of us prefer pho with meat, but this vegetarian pho was still tasty. We thought the broth was a bit sweet, but the flavor was good. Overall, this food was divine. The dining room is open as well as takeout. Service is a bit slow, but the food is worth it. We came about a year ago and weren't blown away, but the food is much better than we remembered.
