One of the best authentic Pho in town, especially the broth has been simmered over 10 hours to make the soup more tasty instead of adding tons of MSG. I will definitely come here again

Pho was really great Chicken broccoli was so so Hot and sour soup that came wasn't hot but otherwise good spot and great customer service

Pho pad Thai

I'm here to give constructive criticism, The service was great but it was more of a Chinese restaurant and the pho was sadly disappointing, it was watered down and did not taste like traditional pho. The salted soda lemonade tasted disgusting and the pad Thai was too sweet and noodles were too chewy.

Combination pho

Uncle Henry, thank you for making My husband and I feel right at home. We'd been on the road 6…read moredays, and on our way to Idaho, we made a pit stop in Colorado, and on my Yelp hunt for vittels, I discovered Uncle Henry. The gentleman working the register, who then cooked our order, and served us Our food was very accommodating. I could tell he appreciated our business and respected My husband-who was at first hesitant to dine there. Uncle Henry's personality and communication changed that and made him feel comfortable and at ease. Thank you, I really appreciate you for that. My Husband enjoyed everything I ordered. The combination fried rice, lo mein, and chicken wings were made to order...hot, fresh, and delicious. It isn't a large restaurant, it's more like a take-out joint, with dining in as an option, we dined in and got to enjoy the warmth present of this family run business. We needed that. I don't know where GOD may lead us next on this journey called life, but if we're ever in Westminster, CO again, you can expect to see us. Til next time.

They ran out of roasted duck so if you're looking for that recommend not coming in late. Got the double meet dish with char siu pork and roasted pork belly. Tasted good, but pretty fatty for both. Not sure if they already used up the good parts of the meat and that's what they had leftover, but this is what's keeping them from being a 5. Otherwise it tasted good, I could see the potential. The stir fried beef noodles is as classic as it gets. No notes , adding sriracha is a personal touch for me and it tasted familiar. Otherwise, open to trying it again if their meat isn't as fatty. Prices were reasonable too.

Awesome happy hour spot. I always do 4-6 of their hand rolls and beer. Never been disappointed…read more Service is great and zero complaints so far. Haven't tried much of their other stuff as I only come during happy hour for the hand rolls, but i'd imagine everything else is good too.

A friend recommended Yonsei to us, and since our regular sushi restaurant closed, we decided it was…read moretime to give it a try--especially since it's conveniently located not far from our house and we were definitely craving sushi! We arrived shortly after they opened, so we had our pick of tables. Our waitress greeted us right away, took our drink order, and gave us a few minutes to look over the menu. We decided to start with the special as an appetizer, along with a Crunchy Spicy Tuna Roll (which was very tasty), miso soup, a house salad, and a variety of sushi rolls. The salad was large enough for us to easily share, and everything came out quickly. The presentation of the sushi was fairly typical of what we've experienced at other sushi restaurants, but the portions were generous and, most importantly, the quality was very good. We also noticed that the restaurant uses really nice ceramic dishware throughout, although the soup bowl was the one exception and appeared to be plastic or melamine. One of the things we especially appreciated was the service. Yonsei has that genuine mom-and-pop restaurant feel, which is something we really enjoy and prefer to support. The staff was friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and everything about the experience felt comfortable and welcoming. Overall, we were very happy we gave Yonsei a try. Good service, generous portions, quality sushi, and that local neighborhood feel make it a place we would definitely return to when we're in the area! One small suggestion would be to provide a better quality soy sauce. The soy sauce used at the table was a little too salty for our taste and not as "velvety" as others I have tried in the past.
