My cousins favorite Vietnamese restaurant to go to! They took us here for dinner Sunday night. We have been here before. Not my first time. Overall the service is quick and there's a large menu with everything you could want. Place is bigger than your typical Asian restaurant. Lighting is good with ample seating. I ordered the Bun Bu Hue, my sister got the vermicelli salad, one of my cousins got pho and the other ordered a seafood stir fry. My cousin also ordered the fried squid as an appetizer and it was delicious. My BBU on the other hand wasn't as good. It lacked flavor and non of the aromatics was present. They do not serve it with banana blossoms, shrimp paste or blood. It's been somewhat americanized in my opinion. Next time I will definitely stick to the pho. read more

Food here is absolutely delicious and abundant! We have been here a two or three times before, but it had been a few years now since the last time. The restaurant is always busy, but service is pretty fast, especially if you know what you are ordering. This time around my husband had a steak soup, and the medium size was more than enough for him. I ordered a steak lemon salad and it was ginormous, I think I was only able to eat a third of it. Walked in and the place was clean and bright with quiet, peaceful music- all great things! I ordered the special noodle bowl that had beef, pork, shrimp, chicken and egg roll. It came with the usual cucumber, pickled carrot and radish but also came with bean sprouts and peanuts as well (I asked for no peanuts). The meat was incredible! So flavorful and a decent portion which made a perfect noodle to meat ratio. My bf loved the pho and I did too, the broth was piping hot and was mild, no strong anise flavor like some I've had other places. Finally the boba- yum! Sweet but not syrupy. Service was quick and got our Pho bowls in decent time after sitting down. Servers could have been a little nicer and calm when servicing us water and food seemed rushed and distressed. Got charged twice on my bill, they say it was the machine but I'd be careful and always check your receipt before you leave. Have been here for both Pho and tried a variety of plates. Everything is hot and fresh, reasonably priced with great flavor. Can't go wrong with their pho but have also gotten their appetizer platter which is really great value. The y are very attentive to their guests with great service. I got in late due to a delayed flight, and called to see if I could still get food. The staff were very accommodating and let me place a pickup order near closing time. The woman in the phone was very helpful in picking something despite me not having read the menu. When I actually got the food, I was pleasantly surprised by both the quality and the quality I received. Everything tastes amazing, and the recommended mixed noodle bowl was spot on. Came here for dinner on our way back to Denver from the Rocky Mountain national Park. This restaurant is huge and packed for dinner on a Tuesday night. We ordered the spring rolls, pork chop rice plate and my husband got a combination pho. Portion sizes were HUGE!!! This is an out of town review so I'm not sure if this is a Denver portion size or just this restaurant portion size but my husband and I were amazed how big the portion sizes were for the price. I love the spring rolls and the sides that came with it. The mint added such a nice fresh element to the bite. Still can't believe I got two big pieces of pork chop with my meal. Pork chops were a little thick, but still tender. My husband was not able to finish his pho which is a rarity. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is craving Vietnamese food. This is a pretty big space so there's plenty of seating. Staff is quite attentive and food comes out pretty quick. The recommended dishes: the 3 treasure drink (Che bac mau) and the appetizer platter and the Bo luc lac. So delicious. The appetizer spring roll platter comes with a lot of food so definitely an item to share with the group. It comes with a nice amount of rice paper as well. The Bo luc lac comes with a lot of meat that just sits on top of lettuce with rice on the side. The 3 treasure drink is such a nice dessert. Also if you want something to drink, get the fresh lemonade. The skips: wings. The wings were sad and lack flavor. No seasoning whatsoever. I just had dinner here last night and it was amazing as always! My family and I usually order the Saigon appetizer dish which is HUGE and usually fills us up. We like it because you can make your own spring rolls and it is packed with veggies. We also got the Bo luc lac tonight and the sauce was perfect! I'll always get a Mongolian beef if it's on the menu so obviously had to order it - it was delightful! This place is charming even under construction. I thought it was closed because of the giant dumpster out front but I saw people walking out thank goodness. We were seated immediately. I wish I had gotten our server's name because I love her. I was with my mom and she confirmed the relationship and called her "Mommy" from then on. She admitted Mommy's rings and made sure that I take good care of her. The food was delightful. Mommy got the sweet and sour chicken. When she took her first bite I heard the crunch from across the table. She let me try a piece and OH MY YUM! The sauce was to die for! We ordered the soft shell crab, the fish special, the chicken with spring rolls to wrap. They have huge portions, literally overflowing from the plate. Everything was very tasty. So far this is the best Pho fusion & Chinese place by my house. The extra large Pho bowl is also massive, most will not finish it by themselves. Beyond the portions being enormous, the food quality is good, once again above average. The service is pretty good, I came on two different days and one day it was very busy and the other much slower. Service was awesome, but the food and ambience left much to be desired. My sister and I said how much the interior reminded us of a bingo hall. It's very drab. All of the food was pretty mediocre. The crab cheese wontons were way too crispy and not enough filling. The egg drop soup was probably the worst I've ever tasted.
