    Crab Fried Rice with Curry
    Janet D.

is a modern Asian fusion restaurant with multiple locations in the Denver metro area, including Denver, Lone Tree, and Broomfield. The restaurant is known for its "elevated" take on traditional Chinese recipes, often described as a modern dim sum or tapas-style experience that blends authentic flavors with a chic, contemporary atmosphere. Restaurant Details Miya Moon (Denver) offers an upscale but approachable dining environment that has quickly gained popularity for its high-quality ingredients and precise preparation. * Vibe and Experience: The atmosphere is often described as "hopping" and vibrant, particularly on weekends. While the space is intimate, the service is generally noted for making guests feel welcome, though some patrons have noted that handmade items can take a bit longer as they are steamed to order. * Pricing: Generally considered "not that expensive" for the quality provided, with a solid selection of liquor and cocktails to complement the meal. Overall, Miya Moon is highly recommended for those looking for a "modern" Chinese dining experience that moves away from traditional cart-style dim sum in favor of a more polished, made-to-order approach.

Ordered to go and everything was packaged so beautifully, just like last time. Glad to see it is the same. The interior decor of the restaurant is lovely. Service was friendly, but slow, as the order was not ready on time. We tried the Mongolian Beef, Wagyu fried rice, edamame and a couple other items. The Mongolian beef was delicious and tender, I definitely plan to order that again in the future. The Waygu beef was very chewy, that's something I would skip next time. If you want a soup and enjoy eggs, their egg drop soup is tasty. Plenty of parking spaces too, it's in a shopping center.

First of all I want to acknowledge how amazIng Trin is. I wish every restaurant had employees like him. I found this place on Yelp and decided to try it out because if the great reviews. So glad I did. Upon entering, the inside is beautifully decorated. You would never guess based on this being in a strip mall. Don't let that fool you. I was greeted immediately and seated and given water while I decided on what to drink. The menu was not loaded with pages of options, but had a great selection of different flavors and items to choose from. I wanted to try several items but I was eating alone do I opted for cucumbers and Sichuan chicken. They were both prepared well and the flavors were spot on. I also had the mango margarita and the presentation was lovely. I have found our new logo to place for Chinese food. As a side note, I was looking at pickup at PF Changs and their reviews were so bad, I kept looking and found Miya Moon. Glad I did. These guys are dialed in with everything from service to the to go bags. Well done.

I ordered the three-cup chicken (which is not officially on the menu) with fried rice. I also ordered wonton soup. For my beverage, I enjoyed a wonderful pot of oolong tea. The ambience was pretty chill, and the servers were very accommodative. The wonton soup was very flavorful, and the three-cup chicken was simply amazing in texture, seasoning, and presentation. The chicken egg rolls were phenomenal. Definitely a fine establishment to enjoy Chinese cuisine. I did not have a reservation; I was seated immediately.

First class Asian fusion place. Toby's pick is usually something Asian, usually Korean, but tonight she thought I might like this spot because it was less traditional than some places in the are. Oh, lords, was she right. I loved the three cup chicken with all its garlic flavor and hearty chunks of chicken served piping hot in a clay pot. This is a dish I wish every Chinese or Asian fusion place served. I don't have many go-to dishes like this so I immediately latch on to one when I do find one out in the wild. Scotch's drunken noodles weren't bad either. The service was amazing. I love when servers check on you just enough with courtesy and, when you do make a request, they make sure to fulfill it with efficacy. I know everyone gets busy and I don't fault them for having multiple tables to check, but it makes me feel special when I feel like my wants are somewhat of a priority. That's good customer service if you can make all your stations feel like that. The ambiance was great--modern and sleek but meeting with some kickass classic Asian restaurant elements. This feels like a place that's trying to make it clear they make some bombass food here in the old style but they're not stuffy about it. It feels welcoming and warm, but overall just alive. And that's the kind of place you should always want to eat in. In conclusion, eat here. The food is great and it makes you glad you came as soon as you sit down.

This restaurant is a standout in the area. My husband and I came with a friend and we all shared: - Salt & Pepper Asparagus - Chicken Peanut Curry - Stir-Fried Udon - Crab Fried Rice & Curry - Walnut Shrimp - Spare Ribs The entree portions are huge, so don't order this much food unless you want leftovers. This was enough food for 5 people. My favorite things were the asparagus, shrimp, and udon. I really enjoyed everything though. I'd definitely recommend sharing food to try more things. I'd happily go back to try more of the menu.

Located in a strip mall, so plenty of parking available all around. Not too busy on a week night, we did not have nor need reservations this time. Service was fantastic. Our server Kiel was very friendly, helpful with recommendations, and attentive. Drinks - the golden lotus and old fashion were solid options. Food came out quickly and portions are good, albeit a bit on the pricier side. For tapas, I recommend the crab rangoons and potstickers. We also got the chili wontons and spring rolls, which were fine, but I would try other tapas next time. For entrees we got the sesame chicken and drunken noodles with beef. The sesame chicken was tasty, though the breading is different than what you would normally see, not spicy at all. I would skip the drunken noodles next time, not a ton of flavor there. As others have mentioned, the to-go containers and bag are beautiful and can definitely be reused, a very nice touch. Overall we had a great experience!

Miya Moon is my go to restaurant for upscale Chinese takeout! I'm a big fan of their beef with broccoli, orange chicken, pork potstickers, wonton soup, and hot and sour soup. Their food is made with fresh, quality ingredients and you can tell that sauces are flavored with real fruit juice. Nothing artificial here! They also have the cutest packaging set up for takeout that includes reusable Tupperware and a reusable hot bag. We definitely keep the Tupperware for regular use at the house. The only reason I'm giving 4/5 stars is that I have ordered online in the past and my food has not been ready when I showed up. If you place an online order, I recommend calling the restaurant to ensure it was received, or you can just call the order in. I have not dined in, but the space is beautiful and it will be so cute for a date or get together with friends! They have clearly marked gluten-free and vegan dishes on the menu. They serve beer, wine, cocktails, and sake.

The ambiance was outstanding along with a very attentive wait staff and my food came out nice and hot and tasted fantastic. It was a little chilly outside so I ordered some hot tea and it just hit the spot.

Wow! So impressed with Miya Moon, from the excellent service and elegant, modern atmosphere to the delicious Chinese food. I had lunch there recently with my daughter, and we were immediately struck by how sophisticated the space felt. We were greeted by a very friendly waiter (maybe also the manager?) who offered great recommendations and was happy to adjust the dishes to our preferences whether for the spice level or the sweetness of a cocktail. We couldn't believe such a gem in this unassuming strip mall! Even though it's a bit of a drive from where we live, we've already decided to go back and add it to our lunch/dinner rotation. Highly recommended!

After watching the construction progress and spotting the "coming soon" signage, I eagerly anticipated the opening of Miya Moon. As a local, I love supporting neighborhood businesses, so I was excited to finally stop by for a weekday lunch. We were seated immediately in a cozy booth, a welcome respite from the cold weather. To warm up, we ordered a pot of jasmine green tea, which was both fragrant and soothing. The menus, made of paper and plastic, felt slightly out of place given the restaurant's elegant ambiance, but perhaps more refined versions are still on the way. I began with the Egg Drop Soup, which was rich and flavorful, followed by the Chicken & Lettuce Cups--a light yet satisfying choice for lunch. Service was excellent--attentive and professional without being intrusive. The restaurant offers ample seating, including intimate, inviting nooks. Parking is plentiful with options right out front and to the side. On my next visit, I'd love to sit by the "moon" area and explore more of the dinner menu, especially the intriguing cocktail selections. I'm already looking forward to returning!

I love that every item on the menu has a story. They carefully named each menu item as and to the culture and the way the wait staff explains it, takes you on a trip through said culture and makes you feel apart of it. A small yet intimate restaurant that invites you to enjoy all it has to offer. You can go wing with any menu item you choose The honey ribs are 10/10 and the drinks are not for the weak lol very tasty But the Ube ice cream stole the show for me! It comes with a shot of expresso and it was the perfect combination I never imagined!

I went to this restaurant for the first time for my anniversary with my partner! We chose this…read morerestaurant because of the high reviews And it did NOT disappoint! We ordered a pound of shrimp w/ heads, pound of snow crab and a pound of king crab with all in sauce and hot! It was very delicious, lots of flavor and very good spice level for my Mexican taste buds the snow crab was our fave! We also ordered the chicken fried rice and Cajun fries - the fried rice was excellent! Very well seasoned and I ate it to cool down my mouth from the spicy boil I would definitely come here just to order some fried rice. My partner was raving about how tender the chicken was. The Cajun fries came out hot and crispy we added the Cajun seasoning they had on the table and I really liked their sauce that came with the fries! Overall was a great experience, I would have appreciated a second refill on my soda but that's all I can complain about . This place will be my go to place for seafood now! I recommend %

I so wanted to be able to leave a good review, but alas, this was very disappointing. Asian cuisine…read moreand Cajun cuisine are both known for bold flavors and seasoning. Asian Cajun has neither. $20 for the fried oyster platter: the smallest flavorless oysters ever, obviously bought from SISCO, and a small handful of Cajun fries that I needed to dunk in ketchup, and if I need to use ketchup on your fries, that is a very bad sign, as I rarely use ketchup. I know from talking to the owner that the fries are $4 and you get a small handful. $16 for a soft shell crab basket: The difference between a basket and a platter is that the basket does not come with fries. These were small, overcooked, super oily crabs that tasted okay when dipped in their remoulade sauce. But nothing a Cajun or an Asian would say was seasoned properly. $50 for 3lbs of crawfish boil: I got the "all in" sauce, but could not taste any garlic, lemon, or Cajun seasoning. This is Prime time for Crawfish supposed to be the largest and best crawfish, harvested right now (but these were probably imported frozen from China; the shells were super soft and clung to the meat like previously frozen, cheap crawfish). There were a couple of medium to large crawfish in the bowl, and the rest were tiny, as small or smaller than my pinky finger. When you cook really small crawfish with medium to large crawfish, the little ones get mushy and are very hard to peel, and fall apart with the shell. $5 for added broccoli, which appeared to be frozen, thawed broccoli that turned to mush when cooked with the crawfish. When I got home, I added MSG and Old Bay seasoning to the bag, so hopefully it will taste better later. (I peeled all the crawfish there to make eating later easier and less messy.) You can buy a pound of frozen crawfish tails from Louisiana for $25 and get a ton more meat, much higher quality meat. $3.50 for a Diet Coke and $1.00 per refill. That is criminal pricing for the item on your menu with the highest margin of profit, and they do not tell you beforehand that refills are extra. And the waitress was so reluctant to get me refills, at one point, I had to walk to the counter to get a refill. They were not super busy, but she (the owner) was the only person working the front of the house. Three not very large sodas for $5.50 total... Circle K sells a 44-ounce soda for $1, tax included, and I am sure they still make a profit. Angel (the owner) was super friendly except for when asking for refills, but took a really long time to get back to me for anything. It was nice that she brought the check to the table and took my payment there instead of at the counter, since I walk with a cane. But no amount of friendliness, cleanliness, or nice decor will overcome bad food, especially at these prices.
