This was my first time trying and go fish. I got the tuna roll. It was OK and tasted fresh but I was just unsure about the texture. Packaging was good. Service was quick. I got it to go. May need to give another try to really make a good judgment. Penny seemed very interested, though!

If you were to ask me for a ratinf in 2020 or 2021 I would have said 4-5 stars; however, I recently went since Go Fish is typically my go to...and I wasn't really pleased. My usual order of the chicken fried rice hardly had any chicken and the chicken it did have was dark meat with a weird texture. The sushi was okay, but with smaller portions....it just didn't do it for me this time. There are better places to go to if you want sushi or Japanese fried rice. Go Fish is no longer on my list unfortunately.

J Biebs was playing when we walked in and I was not mad about it! We came here last night to celebrate a birthday and felt so welcome. There were a ton of interesting, delicious sounding rolls and specials that struck our fancy. Our server was lovely and checked up on us several times throughout our dinner. The ambiance consists of a sleek and chic interior design with pop hits playing in the background. After we sat down and started reviewing the menu, our server asked if we had any questions. I asked if they had any other gluten free sauces besides tamari (ponzu, yuzu, spicy mayo) but unfortunately they only had tamari. However, our server said that they were working on a new gluten free spicy mayo recipe and would maybe be coming soon. Love that they are working on something for the gluten free fam :) I ordered the yellowtail scallion roll and the salmon mango roll with a side of lemon and tamari. Lemon + tamari (kind of) equals ponzu to me, and the chefs prepared my yellowtail scallion roll with tiny little slices of lemon on top. It was a nice touch and I really felt the love in the food. My non-gluten-free friends ordered from the special rolls section and were super pleased with their meal. I asked them what they would rate their dinner and they all said 5 out of 5 stars. It truly was delicious. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is due to the lack of gluten friendly options. I would have liked to see the GF label next to some of the special rolls. GF ponzu, yuzu, and spicy mayo would have fully won me over but it sounds like they are on their way to making some more GF options available in the future. The prices were a bit higher than I had expected but their happy hour menu had a bit more affordable options. I'm not in the Broomfield area a whole lot but I'd definitely come here again, probably during a happy hour and hopefully once there is a GF sauce or two added to the menu :)

This place is excellent! My friend recommended we come here for the vegan options and they really did not disappoint. We got the impossible wontons, which the waitress was kind enough to ensure they were vegan for us as the vegan menu also has vegetarian dishes, and I got the agedashi tofu & a couple of pieces of vegan sushi; inari, the fried tofu sushi, and the shishito pepper roll which the waitress was again kind enough to recommend without the spicy mayo after she knew I was vegan! Everything was AMAZING, will deff be back soon!

The food is so good, but our waitress, Summer S, was even better!! She's the best waitress we've ever had and we love her so much! Such a lovely woman! Love the restaurant!

Look- does this place have decent sushi. Absolutely. Would I recommend it to friends who love sushi? Probably not. This is great for those who really really like tempura - if you are sadly celiac like myself then steer clear. It seems even the non tempura sushi items have tempura flakes in them so it's hard to find menu items that don't have a crunch to it (which is totally fine if you are into that!) My husband who grew up in Indiana gives this place five stars and talks me into coming back often. It's good! Just remember you're in a landlocked state so even really good sushi (the fish is always delicious) isn't the same as what you might find on the coasts. And that's okay! This is "my husband from Indiana" approved. Two enthusiastic thumbs up. Do recommend unless you are a sushi snob then maybe fly to a coastal city instead.

Visually stunning plating! Every plate brought out to each table was beautiful! They really put a lot of love into their rolls and the service was great! I cannot remember our servers name but she was so helpful and very attentive. The atmosphere was so chic but relaxed. I cannot remember what I ordered but the rolls were delicious and their Takoyaki was 10/10 but I forgot a photo of that too. Came here on a Saturday evening and no reservation necessary. We got right in! This was the perfect date night spot. I would absolutely come again.

Found my new favorite place for sushi on this side of Colorado. Right in Broomfield in a small shopping center down the road from all the outlet malls. Great lunch and happy hour specials. Went with my friends for a late birthday lunch, the food is awesome as always and very comfortable atmosphere. The staff is always friendly and attentive. We had our lunch favorites, sushi lunch, poke bowl, shrimp & vegetable tempura, and sashimi. I guess the waitress overheard it was a late Birthday lunch for me and brought out tempura cheesecake on the house. They're so wonderful there, left a great tip for the staff and chefs. You can come for a quick and casual lunch or sit down and eat with family or friends. Can't go wrong to get your sushi fix on at this place!

This is our go-to Sushi place. It is close and better than the other options in the area. It is a little pricey but good quality.

He managed billing considerations and to go boxes at the same time. He even saved the day when I embarrassingly used the wrong credit card. Our server was nice and ultimately got everything delivered. Volume level acceptable. The bad - it was a good 15 minutes before a server even came over to our table. I had to get up and get our table napkins. Extended wait times between check ins and refills. The ugly - after everyone was finished, our server checked in, but never cleared the empty glasses, dishes and boil bags. I had to clear our table to an empty table with trays on it. Overall, the food was good; Dungeness Crab, scallops, clams and a lobster tail were delicious. My tall beer was $10, which is a bit high. Iced tea was $3 each, higher than normal. Overall for four boils and beverages , $230.

The venue itself is kind of small, but they are able to accommodate a party of 10 last minute so that was nice. I had never been to this location, but my friend lives in the area and says he goes frequently. When we first arrived, they were kind friendly and greeted us immediately. They were able to see us at their largest table. My friend then placed all of the orders because he knew what we all liked and what they had on the menu already. The food came out in waves, which was nice so we got a chance to eat a little bit of everything at a time instead of being overwhelmed with everything all at once. The temperature of the food was great! Hot and fresh :-) the seasoning could've been a little better. My friend said some of the "spicy" food was not very spicy. My friend who suggested it said that tonight wasn't their best night though as well. He said he's been before and it was great while tonight's food was just mediocre. I would definitely be willing to give them another try, but it is a little far from where we all live so it might be a while till we head back. The service was amazing though, very friendly, very attentive and very kind.

Asian Cajun has neither. $20 for the fried oyster platter: the smallest flavorless oysters ever, obviously bought from SISCO, and a small handful of Cajun fries that I needed to dunk in ketchup, and if I need to use ketchup on your fries, that is a very bad sign, as I rarely use ketchup. I know from talking to the owner that the fries are $4 and you get a small handful. $16 for a soft shell crab basket: The difference between a basket and a platter is that the basket does not come with fries. These were small, overcooked, super oily crabs that tasted okay when dipped in their remoulade sauce. But nothing a Cajun or an Asian would say was seasoned properly. $50 for 3lbs of crawfish boil: I got the "all in" sauce, but could not taste any garlic, lemon, or Cajun seasoning. This is Prime time for Crawfish supposed to be the largest and best crawfish, harvested right now (but these were probably imported frozen from China; the shells were super soft and clung to the meat like previously frozen, cheap crawfish). There were a couple of medium to large crawfish in the bowl, and the rest were tiny, as small or smaller than my pinky finger. When you cook really small crawfish with medium to large crawfish, the little ones get mushy and are very hard to peel, and fall apart with the shell. $5 for added broccoli, which appeared to be frozen, thawed broccoli that turned to mush when cooked with the crawfish. When I got home, I added MSG and Old Bay seasoning to the bag, so hopefully it will taste better later. (I peeled all the crawfish there to make eating later easier and less messy.) You can buy a pound of frozen crawfish tails from Louisiana for $25 and get a ton more meat, much higher quality meat. $3.50 for a Diet Coke and $1.00 per refill. That is criminal pricing for the item on your menu with the highest margin of profit, and they do not tell you beforehand that refills are extra. And the waitress was so reluctant to get me refills, at one point, I had to walk to the counter to get a refill. They were not super busy, but she (the owner) was the only person working the front of the house. Three not very large sodas for $5.50 total... Circle K sells a 44-ounce soda for $1, tax included, and I am sure they still make a profit. Angel (the owner) was super friendly except for when asking for refills, but took a really long time to get back to me for anything. It was nice that she brought the check to the table and took my payment there instead of at the counter, since I walk with a cane. But no amount of friendliness, cleanliness, or nice decor will overcome bad food, especially at these prices.
