I was skeptical about this place but our usual place was closed. After seeing reviews on a FB group, we decided to stop by (especially since it's 12 min away). It's located in an awkward spot where it's not necessarily a plaza. The parking lot is quite small. They're brand new so they're still working out some kinks. It's operated by a family. You'll hear them speak in Cantonese and it sounds just like my childhood in the San Gabriel Valley. While they don't have an officially sit down service, you can order your food and sit down and eat it. Plenty of tables. You can also order from the kiosk. Very friendly staff. Food was actually quite delicious. The usuals are good such as the duck and charsiu pork. However, I highly recommend you get the soy sauce chicken. It's just seasoned so well. Really tasty chicken. The 3 combo rice bowl was a lot (good to share between 2). The jasmine green teas drinks were pretty good. They're on the sweeter side but I didn't hate it. Their pickled veggies were also tasty. I do like that they give you actual vegetables when you order a rice bowl and not a dried broccoli. Overall, very tasty and we will definitely be back.

I am half Chinese, born & raised near China Town in Bangkok, Thailand. Love Chinese bbq since I remember. Tasted different brands Chinese bbq in Denver. But, China bbq are difference: 1. Clean, nice service, self order at the Kiosk, or at the registration. Tidy bathroom. You can see some of the food and esp. Chinese bbq when you first walk in. 2. Their roasted pork is my most favorite. Very crispy, juicy, tasty & not oily at all. Then, the roasted duck. Very moist, well seasoned, tender with no duck smell at all! Then shoyu chicken is literally melt in my mouth. Garlic&pepper shrimp also very crisp, well seasoned & not oily. Last but not least, stew beef is out of the world my favorite. It is very tender, flavorful & so delicious. 3. $18 before tips & taxes for three meat combo plates and their addicted sweet, vinegary radish & carrot pickle are so unstoppable. I want to try everything. They just grand opening on Saturday & I went there twice already. Highly recommend if you like Chinese bbq. This is a new gems in Westminster.

We were just driving by and thought we would give it a try and I'm glad we did. The food was very delicious and had large portions. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was nice and clean and very well kept. I'm not normally on this end of town, but I would definitely stop by again if I were.

Food was really good! Been trying to find a good spot and we finally got one!! Chicken lo mein and jalapeño beef!! Won tons were good too!

I wish there were more substantial carb options on the menu or a side of bread to add to the salads. The greens are extremely tender and I thought the salad was dressed really well, it's just difficult to justify paying almost $20 for a lunch that is not filling. Atmosphere is very casual and airy, honestly it seems like a good option for a work lunch if you have an office nearby.

As soon as you walk in you can see their hydroponics system growing the most beautiful produce. You can also purchase their handmade dressings and greens to go!! They then use all this incredibly fresh and flavorful produce to craft intricate salads, soups, and sandwiches. All salads and soups can be ordered gluten free, and there are many vegan / vegetarian options. We ordered the lotus salad, lazeena salad, and tomato bisque. I was so jealous of the zhougg sauce on the lazeena that I ordered a side of the sauce for the lotus salad, it was an incredible addition!! The soup was the perfect compliment, and we were absolutely stuffed when we left. These portions are huge! Seriously check this place out for the ultimate sustainable, clean, organic, delicious, and stunning meal.

Wow, how fortunate are we to find this unicorn of a restaurant that serves bò kho and many…read moreVietnamese staples. Their bò kho definitely reminds me of my father's recipe, which is rich and not overly sweet. This aromatic Vietnamese beef stew is a fragrant broth infused with lemongrass, star anise, and spices. It's a bowl of distinct and complex flavor profile that balances savory, sweet, spicy notes, with a vibrant brick-red color from the annatto seeds. The cuts of beef shank, flank, and chuck were soft so you know they spent hours simmering to achieve this level of tenderness. The deep beef profile is highlighted when adding bean sprouts, Thai basil, lime juice to cut through the richness and carrots provided a natural sweetness to the savory broth. Bánh canh is a Vietnamese noodle soup featuring thick, chewy noodles made from tapioca flour, rice flour, or a mix, served in a flavorful broth with various toppings like pork, shrimp, crab, or fish cake. The broth is clean from the hours of simmering bones to create a savory, collagen-rich base. You can taste the freshness of the soup garnished with fresh cilantro, green onions, fried shallots, lime, and chili oil. Plus you get a boat load of proteins and garnishes - shrimp cake, imitation crab meat, shrimp, quail egg, mushroom, tapioca noodle, onion, cilantro and black pepper. We'll be back and try the bún bò huế and cá ri.

The good: Love the concept - fast casual Vietnamese. Nice…read morevibe and decor. Easy to order, lots of options but not too crazy so decision paralysis is minimized. Service was decent, like any fast casual. Nothing to call home for - they take your order and bring you the food. You get your own water/fountain drinks... and you get your own sprouts and basil at the station. The veggies were fresh and love that you can get as much as you want. You also get your own utensils and napkins. The amount of food you get for the order was plenty. I love the stainless steel bowls vs melamine at some other places. The not so good: The pho overall was decent but way over seasoned. I probably could have asked for a cup of hot water but they were looking to close 50 mins before the closing hour posted... so I hustled. The over seasoning has happened the last few times I've been here... I think maybe they are tailored to the local palate. The lady went around and cleaned up the tables around us when we were eating, I'm not sure what was in the solutions she was spraying vigorously around us, but made me feel nervous about the spray getting in my bowl of soup. Maybe it's her way of making us eat faster. Lastly, the last few times I've been, the floor was extremely slippery... it's one thing if I'm just sitting and enjoying my food, it's another when I have to go grab my own stuff and put my plates away. Definitely a hazard for the customers. I did notice a lot of their business is from take out so maybe not as big of deal... but if I have been here mid day, afternoon and evening... all are slippery... they might need to look into better cleaning methods for their floors. Maybe I'll come by to try the banh mi next time and skip their soups....

He looks like Superman flying over the dirt! Trying to make sense of the wall menu was difficult. Almost too many as to be confusing because several sandwiches are similar in content. The huge menu on the wall doesn't give prices for all the items and it's very deceptive in my opinion. Our bill for a Chicago dog, a pastrami sandwich and a Cuban sandwich with one order of fries and 3 drinks came to over $50 which is stupid pricey IMHO. There were at least 5 people working behind the counter and our order came out fairly fast. I felt the sandwiches were very skimpy on the meat and nothing came with a side included. The Cuban sandwich was underwhelming and not much flavor. If you want a wonderful deli sandwich go to The Bagel Deli off Hampden and I-25. The absolute best in my opinion.
