Chicken chickpea , my go to

This place is truly special as it's one of the only places in the city that has its own vertical greens farm in the house. It's spectacular in what it stands for and for the quality of the product. Simple , delicious and sustainable not to mention healthy fare that isn't a chore to eat. Being that they grow in house the food is fairly priced, beautiful location right in the heart of Rino , friendly staff , super consistent, love this spot especially after work

What a great concept. All of the greens are grown on site and everything tastes so fresh!!

Good spot for a healthy meal! I ordered delivery from their website. I recommend ordering from their website directly (through Chow Now) instead of Uber Eats or another service... the price difference was significant. It was about $24 from their website/Chow Now and $42 on Uber Eats lol. I ordered the Mushroom Miso Salad. I wanted to get it with salmon but it didn't display that option on their website oddly, just chicken and tofu. I tried to call the restaurant to see if they could switch out the protein for salmon after placing an online order, but they never picked up their phone which was pretty annoying. I called them 5 times and it always went to voicemail after ringing for a while. I decided to risk it and I asked them within the instructions to switch out the protein and I can pay for the upgrade. The order came in about 45 or so minutes. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they made the bowl with salmon so I'm grateful they were able to do that for me. The salmon was the best part, it's a small piece but it was cooked perfectly. The bowl had lots of healthy ingredients in it, the portobello mushrooms were particularly delicious. Overall it definitely hit the spot for a healthy lunch!

I had delivery from Farm and Market and I was just stunned how good everything was. Amazing Caprese sandwich. Super fresh where all the ingredients could be tasted and melded together to make one of the best sandwiches I have had in years. The chicken Cesar was also super fresh with tons of grilled chicken, a wonderful dressing, and snappy fresh greens. You know when you dream and drool about a meal you have several days ago.....it is good. Farm and Market is just that GOOD!

I am sooo excited that I get to buy food so fresh and so sustainable. There is also some local goods like sauces, products, etc. Do you know it takes 90% less water to grow indoors?!? And you can try some samples before you buy it! And yes - there is an indoor cafe for salads and soups as well. Is it slightly more than sprouts or natural grocers? Yes - but barely and the produce stays fresher longer. You can taste the difference when you make a salad and need some really good parsley!!

What an amazing restauraunt. When you walk in you will see a full greenhouse full of herbs and veggies grown ALL in house. You can see right through but it is closed off to the public. The cafe itself is pretty open and bright (to be RiNo/Five Points) and has a very welcoming and fresh vibe. The tables are clean, the floor concrete, and the salads... oh the salads. I am obsessed. I was referred here by my supervisor, and I truly cannot get enough of these salads. My favorite so far is the Jumper. It contains various greens, grilled veggies, and salmon. YUMMY. You can make slight modifications like adding cheese like I did with my parm because - I love cheese. The staff is incredibly sweet, friendly, and FAST. The prices truly do vary depending on what is in season, but I promise it is worth it. I make the 5-10 minute drive on lunch just craving these portions. Fresh. Fast. Friendly. Fantastic!!

As we were strolling around the RiNo district, we saw this cool market so we decided to walk in.... The main attraction was the vertical vegetable and herb garden that faces the street by means of a glass window wall, making the view, just amazing.... Inside the found lots of organic, vegetarian, vegan and fresh items for sale....the market pulls out about 100 lbs+ of fresh green every day, which they bag and pack to sell or use in their restaurant for items like salads and sandwiches. We loved getting to know more about this market and concept and ended up getting some snacks on the way out. Cool views and concept.

Clean, cold, and awesome place with vertical growing. The staff was super nice, patient, and helpful. The menu is simple, but it is hard to make a choice! I went with the El Jefe since I love aji amarillo peppers. It is kinda like a taco salad with ground pork and some decent spice. Delicious. There were a few people dining in during lunch, but they seem to have a ton of call-in orders. I will return to try a few other things that caught my eye.

honestly, I kinda forgot about this place after driving by it once and wanting to try it. but im so glad it popped back into my brain. salads always taste better imo when someone else makes it. but combine that with literally the best lettuce and most freshest ingredients, and you've got a killer meal. the tom soup on a chilly day? heaven.

This is the bag the food came in.

I was so excited to order food from Farm and Market on Uber Eats. I called the restaurant as I usually do with new places to make sure they stapled or taped the bag so that no one can tamper with it. They said they would but the order I received looks like the attached pic so I can't eat the food. So disappointed. I think it may be time to stop ordering from new places.

    Lazeeza salad with salmon

Lazeeza salad with salmon add on, a winner! Make sure to get the salmon if you like salmon as it's delicious. Crispy skin, yum! Even the water there is unique as they have plain and infused. Service good and fun to look out and see the greens being grown hydroponically.

Orange & Beet Salad with salmon, Miso Chickpea Noodle Soup - Cup
    Marina H.

The salmon I decided to top my salad with was beyond amazing, especially for being in a delivery meal. Crispy, crunchy skin and no fishy scent. Noticeably fresh and fragrant salad ingredients with a very zingy, tasty dressing to help accentuate the other flavors. The soup, however, was minuscule for about $8. This was the "cup" size and honestly I ate it in 4 spoonfuls. Generally underwhelmed with the lack of miso flavoring and chickpea quantity in the soup. I will have to try this restaurant out again and definitely go inside next time rather than use a delivery app.

Such a cool urban market. The salad I had, orange and beets, was delicious and had unexpected flavors. Also it was really neat to see the salad grown right there. I grabbed a mixed salad bag to go and the salad I made at home that night tasted SO FRESH!

The ambiance was indeed attractively designed, bright and open, not too loud even though we sat ourselves near the kitchen. We ordered from menus with our smart phones, and our drinks and food arrived promptly. I ordered the Shakshuka, a northern African dish of stewed tomatoes with feta cheese and spices served with warm crusty garlic bread. A perfectly poached egg was nestled on top, and the dish was accompanied by a side salad of baby lettuces dressed very sparingly in oil and vinegar. Now, ordinarily, for me more is more when it comes to condiments. But the way the salad was dressed allowed the flavors of the lettuces to come through, and its blend of tart and slightly bitter was the perfect foil to the shakshuka, which was hearty, delicious, and spicy indeed! The stew was a generous portion that could be easily shared if you ordered an extra side of garlic bread, which I did. I was lucky to be able to request it from an employee who came around to ask how our meal was. The overall experience was memorable in the best way. I'm already craving the Shakshuka!

Not the icky too sweet, too sour that I taste in others. The hummus also tasted very freshly made and was good, but they did not put anywhere near enough on the board. The ratio was so bad, it was like 1/4 cup of hummus and 8 triangles of pita, not to mention if you were to dip anything other than the pita in the hummus. It really needed like 3 to 4 times the amount of hummus I got. Then, they're weren't any vegetables to dip other than pickled beets. Something like carrots, celery, radish, cucumber, tomato... anything! The olives are a nice side bite, I love olives, but you need more veggies. The price for that was way overpriced and that was their "happy hour" deal, too. Ok, come on now! They also have some cocktails and wine for $5 - 6 for HH so, that is a good deal -- daily 3-5pm. The patio outside is pretty large. But, ps you not supposed to leave with your drink whether inside or outside. Terminal bar you can wander more on the inside.

We started with the burrata based on Yelp reviews and they weren't wrong. Super fresh tasting, and the focaccia paired with it perfectly. It's an upcharge but worth it, and you aren't at a place like this to pinch pennies anyways. We both chose the rigatoni, we had a heavy lunch, and it was perfect. The sauce was deep and hearty and the pasta was exactly al dente. We split a strawberry guacamole sorbet and glad we did, it was larger than expected and absolutely delicious. Place has the feel of a modern restaurant, very sleek. My only complaint was that we were seated next to a room with a large group and it was hard to hear each other talk, but nothing to be done about that. Really great place with a highly focused menu that knocks it out of the park. J.Ja

Backed that up with a solid salad, then moved into a homemade pasta with ragù that had no business being that good. Finished with dessert and walked out wondering why we'd even bothered with Utria in the first place. Here is the thing though... sometimes you need a bad experience to land in the right place. There are a bunch of different places to check out inside, so everyone can grab exactly what they want and still sit together. Today, I specifically visited Call Your Mother, a Jewish deli, and Izzio Bakery. Atmosphere: Since I went right around the time they opened, the atmosphere was exactly what I needed. It was super laid-back and chill, making it the perfect place to get out of the house for a calm morning. As it gets later into the day and through the weekends, I know it gets very busy, but there is plenty of random seating throughout the hall and even some outdoor spots if you prefer. Parking: Parking is going to be street parking. Make sure you read the signs, but it is usually free. Even when the market is busy, I usually don't have to walk more than a block to get inside. So it is a very convenient location for the RiNo area. Service: The customer service throughout the market is great. At Call Your Mother, the cashier was very sweet, and they even text you when your food is ready. Over at Izzio Bakery, everyone is super kind and helpful while you're looking at their amazing pastry display. Even with a line, you're usually only waiting about 10 to 12 minutes for your items. Food: The food variety here is incredible. I tried the Sun City breakfast bagel sandwich from Call Your Mother and the hot honey was the perfect balance of sweet and spice on a toasted bagel. For a sweet treat, I went to Izzio Bakery for the Dulce de Leche Queen. The pastry case there looks like something out of a movie. The pastry itself was perfectly crisp on the outside with a delicious yellow vanilla cream and cinnamon on the inside. Overall Experience: Overall, I really enjoy coming here and trying new places. It is a fantastic destination for groups or just a solo morning out. Whether you want a savory breakfast bagel sandwich or a beautiful pastry, The Denver Central Market always hits the spot. I'll definitely be back to explore more.
