My experience inside of the restaurant was just okay. I didn't feel like the staff was overly attentive or kind. But it's fine, it's a quick service restaurant, and it was during the lunch hour. My main critique is for corporate-- I think y'all have a little more work to do on the new wraps. I tried the KBBQ, and the flavor of the sauce and chicken was good, but I was expecting there to be some greens in there. We ordered lunch for a team meeting from Sweetgreen and it definitely was a hit amongst all. I got the Elite bowl with an addition of miso glazed salmon and it definitely was amazing. The bowl had a base of Spring mix with a slight dressing of Lime cilantro served with Miso Salmon and Fajita as the hot items in the bowl. It also had a topping of some chopped cabbage, cucumber and tomato. The contents were very fresh and so was the dressing. I think this was my first time having Sweet Green in CO and it was good but it's not great. I'll eat here if I'm too lazy to make my own salad because it'll do the job. I am annoyed that whomever was working at Sweetgreen at 5pm on 10/16/2021 had the audacity to prepare - then serve - old, wilted, and nasty kale. Like, are they blind? These are expensive salads, so it's not like we're doing them a charity by "taking" their old kale off their hands. Could he not see that the kale he was serving was on the verge of rotting, and perhaps it shouldn't be sold? Instead of goat cheese, almonds and sweet potatoes, I added Parmesan, raisins and walnuts. It also had kale, wild rice, chicken, applied, and balsamic dressing. My body is a temple and I sacrificed myself to write this review. So that you can read it! Anyway salads were so mediocre I had to go make my own dressing and try to salvage the veggies. It's supposed to have chicken in it but maybe I got three little pieces. They also just threw in a whole bunch of cilantro without even chopping it up or anything. I selected a delivery time from 11:40-11:55 and when I received my email the email says 12:00-12:15. I try to contact customer service to correct the time and they gave the excuse that they don't have enough delivery drivers/couriers.
