I am a pretty big fan of Cava. Semi healthy fast Mediterranean food. I haven't ever been in there store but I order from them quite often. Delivery always arrives on time and warm. My favorite is the Chicken and Rice bowl. Perfectly cooked grilled chicken, brown rice, tzatziki, hummus, feta, pickled onions, tomato, arugula, greek vinaigrette. Its the perfect medley and bowl. I recently tried the steak and harissa with feta, red pepper hummus, tomato, cucumber, slaw, and brown rice. I found it to be very salty and unsatisfying. I also have tried the blueberry lavender lemonade. This tasted heavy of lavender and felt very bitter. I was not a fan. The best think on the menu is the pita chips. I eat them just how they come and would order from Cava just for the pitas. Absolutely delicious.

I'm hooked Service was excellent & prompt! First time here & staff explained the options .

Among the most underrated spots to get a bite in LoDo. The place is a grab n go style, but with ample seating (they have a hidden upstairs). At $15.66 for a full, nourishing meal loaded with vegan options and a drink, the price can't be beat (except maybe by Chipotle). This Mediterranean hot spot gets busy at the lunch hour, so you may opt to avoid peak times. Enjoy!

Chicken/steak pita with saffron rice, red pepper hummus, tzatziki, fire roasted corn, cabbage slaw, lemon tahini dressing, garlic dressing.

I love this spot! If you're looking for healthy "fast food style" Mediterranean food, this is the place. This pita came in around $16 (extra charge to add rice + steak). Service is incredibly quick even when there is a line out the door! It's super casual and caters to any vibe. I've been 3 times this week!

Always been a huge fan of CAVA and enjoy when I find a state that has locations. No different than other locations and get in line order your proteins and extras then proceed to check out. I like that it is so u pique and offers a healthy choice if you'd like. I especially the sauces that you can pick. The ambiance is lively and a bit loud as music blares but the overall interior is clean!

literally a chipotle but for Mediterranean food! The sauces were to die for and the falafel was wonderful! Definitely recommend trying if you have one in your area!

3.5/5 I have ordered from this location using the Cava app three times now. The staff is super nice, but none of my ordering experiences have been smooth. Twice, I realized ingredients were missing from my order once I got home, and once, my order wasn't ready for the pick-up time and the store seemed to have list the order in the system, and it ended up taking forever. Each time I have come in, there has been a slow-moving line, so don't count on this being a quick stop! That all being said, I still like Cava and the food quality here seems fine, and the space is clean. The staff likely just need some time to find their groove and beat the chaos.

Balsamic chicken bowl done right.

I thought it…read morewould be an attractively designed hipster coffeehouse with uninspired food offered as an afterthought. I was pleased to be wrong!! The ambiance was indeed attractively designed, bright and open, not too loud even though we sat ourselves near the kitchen. We ordered from menus with our smart phones, and our drinks and food arrived promptly. I ordered the Shakshuka, a northern African dish of stewed tomatoes with feta cheese and spices served with warm crusty garlic bread. A perfectly poached egg was nestled on top, and the dish was accompanied by a side salad of baby lettuces dressed very sparingly in oil and vinegar. Now, ordinarily, for me more is more when it comes to condiments. But the way the salad was dressed allowed the flavors of the lettuces to come through, and its blend of tart and slightly bitter was the perfect foil to the shakshuka, which was hearty, delicious, and spicy indeed! The stew was a generous portion that could be easily shared if you ordered an extra side of garlic bread, which I did. I was lucky to be able to request it from an employee who came around to ask how our meal was. The overall experience was memorable in the best way. I'm already craving the Shakshuka!

Not the icky too sweet, too sour that I taste in others. The hummus also tasted very freshly made and was good, but they did not put anywhere near enough on the board. The ratio was so bad, it was like 1/4 cup of hummus and 8 triangles of pita, not to mention if you were to dip anything other than the pita in the hummus. It really needed like 3 to 4 times the amount of hummus I got. Then, they're weren't any vegetables to dip other than pickled beets. Something like carrots, celery, radish, cucumber, tomato... anything! The olives are a nice side bite, I love olives, but you need more veggies. The price for that was way overpriced and that was their "happy hour" deal, too. Ok, come on now! They also have some cocktails and wine for $5 - 6 for HH so, that is a good deal -- daily 3-5pm. The patio outside is pretty large. But, ps you not supposed to leave with your drink whether inside or outside. Terminal bar you can wander more on the inside.

We started with the burrata based on Yelp reviews and they weren't wrong. Super fresh tasting, and the focaccia paired with it perfectly. It's an upcharge but worth it, and you aren't at a place like this to pinch pennies anyways. We both chose the rigatoni, we had a heavy lunch, and it was perfect. The sauce was deep and hearty and the pasta was exactly al dente. We split a strawberry guacamole sorbet and glad we did, it was larger than expected and absolutely delicious. Place has the feel of a modern restaurant, very sleek. My only complaint was that we were seated next to a room with a large group and it was hard to hear each other talk, but nothing to be done about that. Really great place with a highly focused menu that knocks it out of the park. J.Ja

We started with the burrata, and I'm not exaggerating when I say it was the BEST burrata I've ever had. Not the best in Denver. The best, period. Backed that up with a solid salad, then moved into a homemade pasta with ragù that had no business being that good. Finished with dessert and walked out wondering why we'd even bothered with Utria in the first place. Here is the thing though... sometimes you need a bad experience to land in the right place. Tavernetta didn't need our five stars: but it earned them anyway.

There are a bunch of different places to check out inside, so everyone can grab exactly what they want and still sit together. Today, I specifically visited Call Your Mother, a Jewish deli, and Izzio Bakery. Atmosphere: Since I went right around the time they opened, the atmosphere was exactly what I needed. It was super laid-back and chill, making it the perfect place to get out of the house for a calm morning. As it gets later into the day and through the weekends, I know it gets very busy, but there is plenty of random seating throughout the hall and even some outdoor spots if you prefer. Parking: Parking is going to be street parking. Make sure you read the signs, but it is usually free. Even when the market is busy, I usually don't have to walk more than a block to get inside. So it is a very convenient location for the RiNo area. Service: The customer service throughout the market is great. At Call Your Mother, the cashier was very sweet, and they even text you when your food is ready. Over at Izzio Bakery, everyone is super kind and helpful while you're looking at their amazing pastry display. Even with a line, you're usually only waiting about 10 to 12 minutes for your items. Food: The food variety here is incredible. I tried the Sun City breakfast bagel sandwich from Call Your Mother and the hot honey was the perfect balance of sweet and spice on a toasted bagel. For a sweet treat, I went to Izzio Bakery for the Dulce de Leche Queen. The pastry case there looks like something out of a movie. The pastry itself was perfectly crisp on the outside with a delicious yellow vanilla cream and cinnamon on the inside. Overall Experience: Overall, I really enjoy coming here and trying new places. It is a fantastic destination for groups or just a solo morning out. Whether you want a savory breakfast bagel sandwich or a beautiful pastry, The Denver Central Market always hits the spot. I'll definitely be back to explore more.
