During a nightmare situation where my partner and I are temporarily unable to stay home, we left our hotel for a quick lunch date and were absolutely delighted by Bonchon's food, atmosphere, and service. The restaurant while not boasting an extravagant interior has everything I could ask, it is clean and well maintained, our server Anthony was pleasant and checked on us regularly, and the food was TO DIE FOR. Genuinely cannot express how yummy it was, the breading on the chicken is perfect, the sauces taste so so good, the potstickers are delicious and come in a fairly large portion, overall I have nothing but praise for Bonchon and will absolutely be returning. The flavor could have been better we got the spicy and i felt like it was more soy sauce flavor than spicy. The goyza was amazing came out nice and hot a d the spicy was there. And the bulgogi fried rice delish. Could have been more meat but eh still was enough and filling. I ordered an extra app. Was craving cucumber salad. Wasn't great. Seem like it was sitting in the sauce for a while wasn't any crunch. There was a special that we did which was 1 app, 2 entree and dessert for $40. Worth it. Loves it! I came here a few months ago with my niece and her family. I accidentally thought it was going to be like Korean bbq- it's actually its own specialty. You can ask for advice, trust your dining companions or go rogue and start tryng delicious foods. They have rice noodle and sausage on a stick, korean corn dog mozzerella goodness, wings, fried chickensalads, rice noodles and things you didn't dream were possible until you put them in your snackhole. This location is pretty decent if you're craving some fried chicken. It's a decent price for the amount of chicken you get. The soy garlic was a little too salty for me. It was good but not great. The fries were pretty well seasoned. The corn was kinda pricey for what it was. Overall, it's a good location and nice to get a meal after watching a film at the Alamo. Service was friendly. had a mid experience-- I've been to other locations and the food is great but unfortunately wasn't impressed today. Our wings weren't hot, but the fried zucchini was PIPING hot. I recently found out that Bonchon opened up a new location here in Westminster, and that is both good and bad news foe me. Good news because I now have a location slightly closer to home, and bad news because I'm going to end up going there more often! My first visit to the new location was nice. Friendly and prompt service, and the same high quality of food. I again ordered an order of the Pork Belly Bao Buns and and Korean Fried Chicken. My second visit featured an order of bulgogi. The Pork Belly Bao Buns are great. I've been looking for a place in the Denver area that serves Bao Buns well and I'm very happy to have finally found a go-to place for that craving! I've tried other Korean fried chicken places in the metro area, but none compare to Bonchon's. They are incredibly crispy and juicy, and the sauce they are served in is fantastic! Finally, the bulgogi is a favorite of my mom's. The flavor is rich and every bite somehow tastes better than the last! You cannot go wrong with any of the above 3 options I mentioned! I'm a huge Bonchon fan, & I was excited when this location opened in our hood years ago. Unfortunately, after multiple visits, this spot (and the other CO location) falls short. The Good: The wings are still delicious and I love seeing this expanded menu. They definitely added a couple of different options for the more budget focused folks . Let's face it, these ain't cheap wings. The Issues: This location struggles with customer service and cleanliness. I worked in the restaurant industry many many moons ago... and cleanliness was always a big deal for us. Here, the napkin dispensers look like they haven't been wiped down in months, which makes me concerned about the state of the kitchen and bar. Exhibit A: During our last visit, my husband's frozen margarita arrived mostly melted. The service varies dramatically from visit to visit--sometimes fine, other times you're on your own. The overall the restaurant feels neglected, the vibe I've experienced at other Bonchon locations. Bottom Line: While the food keeps us coming back, it's pretty inconsistent. I'm sure with some management, attention to operations and cleanliness, this could easily become the neighborhood gem we hoped for. read more

First time at Bonchon! What a great experience and restaurant for Korean style chicken wings and other Korean/asian dishes. The food was hot (temperature) and the flavor was on point. FOOD ORDERED THROUGH DOORDASH I was excited to try Bonchon after learning about it as a fast casual Korean fried chicken place. I am a huge fan of Korean fried chicken (which should really be called KFC and the KFC fast food place should close down). I like my fried chicken SUPER crispy so that was my only desire to fulfill when getting food here. First and foremost, I ordered too much food. I was ordering for me, my wife, and my daughter and the amount of food I got was way too much. I got the K-Meal to go for 4-6 and I should have listened when it said 4-6. I read 12 wings and 6 drumsticks and was expecting small pieces of chicken for some reason. These are not small pieces of chicken. Not to mention the deal came with two sides and I ordered potstickers, kimchi, and pickled radish too. I will get right down to it. The chicken was very crispy and flavorful. Honestly, the chicken alone is all you need to get here. The meat was succulent too so you don't sacrifice crisp for juicy meat. The sides we got were fried rice (okay), Korean street corn (good but couldn't eat too much), potstickers (meh), and the kimchi and radish. The radish was delicious but the kimchi wasn't the best I have had. I would for sure go here again and get a smaller plate of chicken but don't go here looking for unexpected treasures...the chicken is where it's at. read more

Their soy garlic wings are so DELICIOUS. Their wings have an airy, crispy battered crust that has such a satisfying crunch under their sticky sauce. I ate here with a friend before catching a movie at the nearby theater. We ordered their sampler plate to get a little bit of everything. Their wings were great and I was pleasantly surprised by the great fry on their fried zucchini and their seasoned French fries. We didn't receive our pickled radish side dish. Which was sad because I was really looking forward to that tart, sweet palette cleanser between all the fried food. We were also missing a side dish of the cheesy corn. All in all, I will be visiting again for that garlic soy flavor alone. Delicious!!!! 4/5 stars, but it could closer be a 5 with some improvements. Parking is a bit sparse at this location. There is some limited street parking, but if you're willing to walk just park near the large lot near the movie theater. It's free as long as you leave before 4 hours. Wanted Korean and this place looked interesting. Bulgogi came out sizzling on a skillet, most impressive. Took some wings to-go; the tempura had a satisfying crunch. With only one host working as the server he was pretty busy but was able to take care of everyone in the dining room. Three or four people came in for takeout while I was there. Modern seating tables and chairs only and three TVs on one with the Disney channel on for the kiddos. People who live in the area are lucky to have a great spot like this I will try to stop by again next time I'm in the area. read more

We got half soy garlic and half korean bbq. I couldn't tell which was what flavor but they had an excellent crunch. However, they were too salty for my taste. The seasoned fries were covered in Parmesan with some parsley and just average to me and not worth $7. This is typical for most Asian restaurants that serve large bottles of beer. However, I was given a 500ml bottle and when I asked the server about it he mentioned that the menu was supposedly a misprint and then went to do something else. This doesn't make any sense as price-wise, it would never make sense to order the larger beer if it was going to be the 500ml bottle. On top of that, the restaurant was supposedly running a promo for a free item with the order or any wing, drum, strips, or combo. I know, it's unusual for me to not have pictures! It's because I was sharing plates with friends and they tore into the food before I got to take any. Just take my word for it, it looked good. It was very busy so we sat at the bar, and it took us about 30 minutes to even get the attention of the person serving the bar area.
