So many wonderful flavors, including white pepper, which I love. This is not a spicy soup just very flavorful and rich. The nice lady that took my order and brought me the soup was very quick with taking my order and getting me my soup. My thanks to her I was hungry ! I definitely will be doing H Mart and two sticks Café again.:) I saw some people eating some of their dishes and it looked great!

The sesame chicken and sweet and sour pork were good but too much breading for my liking. Wings seem plain but they're quite salty. I like them but it's a toss up.

They were all really tasty, but my favorite was definitely the furikake potatoes. The furikake seasoning gives them the perfect amount of flavor and spice, and I absolutely love the lime leaf aioli that comes with them. The cucumber salad was probably my second favorite. It has so much flavor, and I could honestly eat it all day. The crab cheese wontons were my third favorite, and my favorite part of those was actually the dipping sauce. For our main courses, we got the Korean fried chicken, tom yum noodles, and Three Treasures. My favorite was the Three Treasures. It's a vegetarian dish with stir-fried potatoes, eggplant, red pepper, and garlic sauce, and it was just incredibly flavorful. I was really impressed with how much flavor they packed into a vegetarian dish. The tom yum noodles were a very close second. They had shrimp, king trumpet and brown and white beech mushrooms, tomatoes, tom yum sauce, and spaghetti. Once again, the dish was just an explosion of flavor and really unique. The Korean fried chicken was my third favorite, but that definitely doesn't mean it wasn't impressive. The sauce on the chicken was to die for. It's a spicy garlic gochujang sauce, and it was absolutely delicious with the perfect level of heat. And then there's the Hong Kong French toast, which is one of my favorite things at this restaurant. It has a crispy cornflake crust, kaya coconut jam, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. It is seriously out-of-this-world good. If you're looking for an excellent place to eat or somewhere you want to take someone to impress them, I'd definitely recommend The Ginger Pig. Everything we had was fantastic, and I can't wait to go back.

It's a great option if you enjoy fresh greens with garlic. And the Mongolian beef? Absolutely delicious! The flavor was amazing, and it was one of the highlights of our meal. The restaurant seems to focus primarily on takeout, but they do have seating available, which is a big plus for us since we live about 30 minutes away. That being said the restaurant is clean and comfortable but I think it's could be a real destination restaurant if they made a few changes. After a year of searching for good Chinese food in Colorado, we're excited to have finally found a place worth the drive. Trust me, just go. It's really good! We'll definitely be back.
