First time trying this place and it will be the last. I downloaded the Wingstop app and placed an order for a chicken sandwich combo no pickles extra fry seasoning and well done. Sandwich was just ok, they doused the entire filet in hot sauce which was just weird. Also came loaded with pickles. Receipt specifically showed no pickles. The fries were delivered in a basket with wax paper and not covered at all and not seasoned. So naturally they came super cold and soggy. It bothers me when restaurants participate in food delivery and have no idea how to properly deliver food hot and crispy. The sandwich came in a styrofoam container which creates evaporation and soggy bread. This is delivery 101. The delivery was also 50 minutes late. The app is awkward and very poorly made. I've tried to give this Wingstop a couple chances purely because it's the only one in the area. But, after a couple of incidents we've just finally given in. We've come in to eat in and either the food takes forever coming out, or the wings are just dry when we take out. We tried asking for the ""wet"" option so they weren't so dry, you know? Little did we know that ""wet"" meant soaked in oil. It was so gross, the oil had went through the bag and all over my fiancé. Once we got home and cleaned up the mess we Worked for 10 minutes to soak up the oil, appetite was lost by then. I gave 2 stars purely because the employees are generally nice upon arriving. I ask if she can do anything for me - no, it's the "system's fault", I should try putting another order in the app. Why, so I can wait another half hour to find out if it worked? Never offers to take my order over the phone, never offers any kind of apology - it's all somebody else's fault, and I need to figure it out myself. Moral of the story - if you order from Wingstop, you may get your meal - but you may not! There's no way to be sure!
