This was a surprise find! I stopped here to pick up something quick to eat before I headed to my side hustle shift. The Vietnamese food was something I hadn't had in a while so when I realized that this was in the same shopping center as the gym I worked out at I simply couldn't think of anything else. As soon as I stepped inside it a very clean roomy dining room was in front of me. It looked new as there was no old restaurant feel to it. Then a young man quickly came to me to assist. I thus asked for a menu to peruse to which he kindly handed a beautiful booklet. The menu is a fancy booklet type with leather looking covers. In it, almost all the menu items had their accompanying photos. This type of menu truly helps so I could get a good understanding of the food they offer (yes, I'm more of a visual person.) I definitely wanted some healthy choice so when I spotted the Papaya Salad I looked no further (and yet I didn't want to pass the opportunity to eat the Vietnamese food staple, the deep fried Vietnamese Egg Roll so I, without hesitation, added that to my order. The Papaya Salad is/was $13.99 and the Vietnamese Egg Roll (6 piece) is/was $11.95 (as of December 4, 2025.) I placed my order with the same young man who greeted me. The time was still a bit early for the rush dinner hour. The restaurant only had several tables occupied. My food thus came out from the kitchen quite quickly. The bag the young man handed me was quite the weight. Once I was back to my car I immediately investigated what was inside. I was surprised as to how massive the Papaya Salad was! The portion for the Vietnamese Egg Roll was also very generous. I realized that I simply ordered way too much food for myself. I was able to eat only one of the dishes (the Egg Roll) before my shift. The Egg Roll was crispy on the outside. Not too oily or greasy; just the perfect texture. The accompanying noodles on the other end of the container were also delicious; they surely put a generous amount of crushed peanuts all over it (as of this writing, I have not eaten the Papaya Salad but like I said earlier, the portion size is big. And the way it looks is promising where I have no doubt that this dish is as solid as the Egg Roll.) This Vietnamese restaurant is a gem. I tend to get job assignments in this neighborhood here and there so if I end up coming back to this area next time now I know a solid restaurant that I can count on.

Came back for a second visit--and still impressed! The pho here is definitely better than most places in the area. The broth is flavorful, and the meatballs are especially good. It's clear they put care into the ingredients. The inside feels like your classic pho spot--nothing fancy, but a bit more spacious than usual with plenty of seating. Service is consistently friendly and fast, which makes the experience even better. I also tried the vermicelli bowl, and it was not only larger than what I've had elsewhere, but also tastier. Bonus points for the Vietnamese egg rolls--they're excellent. All in all, this spot stands out from other similar restaurants. If you're a pho lover, it's definitely worth checking out. Best in the area, hands down. Recommended! Happy eating!

This restaurant has great fresh food at a reasonable price. I come here at least once a month with my wife and I often bring out of towners here too. The Vietnamese egg rolls are my favorite. They come with lots of fresh veggies and great sauces. I don't have another staple of the menu but my wife and I are making our way through it. The Pho is really good, the curry, and everything else we have ordered here, you can't go wrong. Service is always great but sometimes they can be a little crowded since they don't have the biggest space or that many employees. It's well worth it.

Food and service is consistently great. West Trio is a fantastic place to start and Pho and Noodle bowls are always great. Some of the friendliest service anywhere.

Discovering a spot and actually liking their food is not easy as others would think. But this spot is an open and shut case. I ordered the Combination bowl with noodles. This is the dry bowl dish. Looks like pho but without the broth. One of my fave Vietnamese dish. It's packed with flavor and the combo bowl has the grilled chicken . Beef, pork . A couple of tasty fried egg rolls. You pour the sauce that comes with it and enjoy the dish! Company ordered the Chicken Pho small with a very rich delicious broth! We started with an order of the most delicious Spring Rolls with shrimp. Deliciousness! They're close to the freeway and if you haven't been it's time to go.

I love the vegetarian egg rolls and the veggie & tofu pho! All the ingredients were fresh, and the broth was flavorful and clean-tasting. Our son had the beef pho and said it was great! My husband ordered a guava-pango boba drink, which he really enjoyed, although the boba pearls were a bit hard in the center--maybe slightly undercooked? He also had the chicken and egg roll vermicelli bowl. Our friend ordered the combo bowl, and both of them thought the rice noodles were a bit too soft and slightly soggy. Aside from that, everything tasted fresh and flavorful. We'll definitely be back!

By far the best new restaurants I've found in years!! So excited that I've eaten there ten times already! My favorite thing was the curry pineapple fried rice!

A plus service, super clean and delicious food. We had Vietnam coffee, sesame chicken and chicken vegetable, and chicken noodle .

Honestly pleasantly surprised by the quality of this spot! I don't think it competes with any of the Federal restaurants, but no one does. Fresh ingredients, solid flavors, and one of my favorite cha gio orders anywhere. Pho: 3.5/5 - mostly salt-driven broth, lacking the aromatics a little, but tasty. - Noodles: 5/5 proper square banh pho noodles - Meat: 5/5 lots of meat, good quality - Fresh garnish plate: 2/5 way too small, not enough culantro, Thai basil, mint etc. but fresh Cha gio: 5/5 fantastic filling super tasty with a perfect crunch Bun thit nuong: 4/5 very tasty meat, but noodle to salad ratio is a bit too noodle-heavy

Was looking for highly rated restaurants in the Westminster/Thornton area, and One Vietnamese popped up as an interesting option that many people mentioned had yummy Vietnamese food. So we decided to swing by on a Friday around 6pm and had no wait to get seated. The restaurant is located in a shopping plaza, so there is adequate amount of parking in the vicinity - though parking spots directly in front do get filled up quickly during peak meal hours. Service is fast, after we placed our orders, we were able to get our foods about 10 minutes later. It seems that this restaurant does get quite popular on Fridays as soon as we seated, many more large parties arrived and the restaurant was packed with a wait time. The ambiance of the restaurant is sit down casual, with some take out orders - there is a bar area to the left side of the restaurant and nice decorative art with Vietnamese influence. I got the Grilled super combination platter ($16), which came with a decent amount of meat, fried eggrolls, and some rice. I would say that the flavor here is delicious! There is a pleasing amount of grill char on each meat option, and you can taste the marinade - a sweet and tangy (kinda of like lemongrass?) flavor. I would say that my favorite was definitely the pork chop on the bone cuts, as they were the most tender and mimicked beef short rib that you get at Korean BBQ restaurants very well in terms of texture and flavor. The egg rolls have an aggressive crunch and texture, they are slightly more chewier than the egg rolls I've had at other Vietnamese restaurants and were still flavored nicely. I was a fan of the cucumber and tomatoes as they served nicely as a palate cleanser. I would say that I would One Vietnamese restaurant was definitely a good find, and I would like to revisit to try the other options that this establishment has to offer!

The dining room where we enjoyed our delicious noodles and beef was so elegantly decorated. I plan on going back and getting more pictures as my phone was getting ready to die. I couldn't take pictures but anyways it was a wonderful experience. I plan on going back the gentleman that owned it. I can't say his name, but he was very respectful honorable and explained the meals to us as it was our first time and he saved us quite a bit of money explaining to us that the order of noodles and beef was big portion and that we did not need to order any appetizers, which was wonderful of him to point out. I came in on a very busy day of the year so am rounding up since the staff was working really hard to get orders out the door. I ordered a large chicken pho and roasted pork fresh spring rolls to go. The portion of pho broth and bean sprouts was great, but the amount of chicken was a bit disappointing (about 6 total pieces of shredded chicken). Broth was just ok, I added quite a bit of sriracha, lime, basil, and hoisin sauce and still felt it lacked some flavor. The spring roll portion size was great and I loved the massive serving of peanut sauce. The roasted pork inside was incredibly dry. I'd probably opt for tofu or shrimp next time.

On my search for the best Pho in Denver, I visited Faifo Noodle House last year and got their Beef…read morePho with extra Beef Rib. The broth was deep and aromatic and the portion size, especially with the beef rib, was massive. Everything was so impressive that since that visit, this place has been on my regular rotation for pho. Beside Pho, they have a few other offerings, one of which is rather unique. For the more adventurous, Faifo offers a spicy beef pho. This is a dry-style pho serves with all the fixin' and a spicy sate style sauce that makes for an amazing meal on a hot day. It also comes with a bowl of pho broth for satisfying sips between bites. This is easily one of my favorite dish on the menu and a must try here. Beside that, I've also had their Bun Bo Hue, which is pretty dang tasty. The broth is very tasty, though not as funky or spicy as ones I've had in Vietnam. Nonetheless, it's a mighty tasty bowl and something to get for the colder days here in Denver. Both the Bo Kho and the Banh Canh are also very good as well, though not a must compared to other dishes on the menu. Overall, Faifo is a great Vietnamese restaurant. The value is also tremendous given the portion size. This is an easy 4/5 for me.

Wow, how fortunate are we to find this unicorn of a restaurant that serves bò kho and many…read moreVietnamese staples. Their bò kho definitely reminds me of my father's recipe, which is rich and not overly sweet. This aromatic Vietnamese beef stew is a fragrant broth infused with lemongrass, star anise, and spices. It's a bowl of distinct and complex flavor profile that balances savory, sweet, spicy notes, with a vibrant brick-red color from the annatto seeds. The cuts of beef shank, flank, and chuck were soft so you know they spent hours simmering to achieve this level of tenderness. The deep beef profile is highlighted when adding bean sprouts, Thai basil, lime juice to cut through the richness and carrots provided a natural sweetness to the savory broth. Bánh canh is a Vietnamese noodle soup featuring thick, chewy noodles made from tapioca flour, rice flour, or a mix, served in a flavorful broth with various toppings like pork, shrimp, crab, or fish cake. The broth is clean from the hours of simmering bones to create a savory, collagen-rich base. You can taste the freshness of the soup garnished with fresh cilantro, green onions, fried shallots, lime, and chili oil. Plus you get a boat load of proteins and garnishes - shrimp cake, imitation crab meat, shrimp, quail egg, mushroom, tapioca noodle, onion, cilantro and black pepper. We'll be back and try the bún bò huế and cá ri.
