The B2 Pork Sandwich

The food is always good.....!!!! In this case, STFU and do your job. Maybe do it w/o the snotty attitude and 'I hate my life glare' as you look past me with no respect.

I ordered the classic B2. grilled pork banh mi and a winter melon tea. Both were incredible flavorful and portioned well. I got this to go, and it traveled well too!!

Ha, we went out of our way to visit this cafe. Yes it's that good and staff are very nice. The prices are moderate, ample seating, and delicious Banh mi. I like the smaller Banh mi version on a croissant or a bun. Staff were amazed when we told them where we drove from and thanked us for our patronage. We ordered the pork meatballs Banh mi and a shredded chicken croissant. Just as delicious as we remembered them. Shared parking lot.

Amazing Vietnamese sandwiches that come in so many flavor options! We came for their ice Vietnamese Coffee (highly recommend). Perfectly balanced sweetness with roasted coffee flavor. I loved the crispy pork belly sandwich! We ended up leaving with sandwiches for lunch and pastries for the following days breakfast. Check this spot out! Very hospitable and helpful staff. Thank you Paris Banh Cafe&Bakery!

Stopped by here when we were in the area and thought we would give it a try. The employees were kind and efficient. We opted to try a few different sandwiches, and they were all delicious. I loved the crunchiness and freshness of the bread. I think this might be my new favorite banh mi place. I also appreciated that they had a variety of pastries and drinks to choose from. We didn't get any drinks today, but we did get plenty of baked goods that I enjoyed later.

Great tasting banh mi at this place. It's very quick to order and you'll get your food within 5-190 min. Amazing place for a quick 20-30 min lunch. I'm not from Colorado and was craving a banh mi and I'm glad I found this place. I ordered the banh mi special and it didn't disappoint. It was expensive compared to other places I've been to though. The baguette itself was very crispy when you bite into it, pate tasted amazing. They also offer Korean cheese corn dogs, croissant sandwiches and boba/smoothie drinks! Wide variety of options to choose from. The guys working at the front was pretty easy to talk to and it seems like they have plenty of regulars who come in here

This is the go to banh mi spot up north for us and probably one of our favorite banh mi places the Denver and north metro areas. The bread is crunchy and fresh along with the vegetables. Beware if you are not used to spicy bites to ask for no jalapeños. My go to is bbq pork which is a standard good sandwich. The pork belly with pate are also nice, and the pork belly is super crispy. If you are feeling breakfast, you can also add an egg. My favorite drinks are Vietnamese iced coffee and the fruit tea which has fruit and chia or basil seeds added. We also love the pasties and baos in the hot case. They also have springs rolls, pandan cake, and lots of other pastries that are good in the cases. The service is good but can sometimes be busy, and they have lots of seating. Come hungry and leave satisfied.

I really like this place!! Definitely a solid sandwich (Banh Mi), pastry & dessert spot! The sandwiches are really good, my favorite are thier croissant sandwiche- the bbq pork. They also have really good drink options, my favorite is their milk coffee, it's like a vietnamese coffee and it's really good but their other drink options are also great. They also have eggrolls premade that are super tasty. The other nice thing about this place is that it's a very cost effective place to go. Perfect for a quick bite, or to order takeout. The place itself is really nice, and has some seating in case you'd rather eat their. Even though you can sit down and eat this is not a traditional sit down restaurant. To get service, you go to the front register and order & then they call your number. I go here often for lunch and I recommend it. Happy eating!

I ordered 2 flank steak and 1 meatball banh mi sandwiches to go. Both my boys and one of the girlfriend really enjoyed it. The service was really good and the wait wasn't bad.

Great place for Vietnamese coffee and bánh mì. The coffee smells nice and is not too sweet. I have not tried their fruit teas they came out nice from someone else's orders. I'll be back to try the fruit tea. Good service. Clean facility.

My favorite spot for a sweat treat. I can't stop bringing my friends and door dashing their product. The service is often friendly and nice. I have a genuine fondness for my boba girl she's wonderful and always treats me right. They offer a self service kiosk for those busy moments when staff is locked in on crafting your drink. The actual space in the cafe is small. I typically come to pick up and leave, not an ideal space to hang out in just because of the size. The lobby is well cleaned and cared for. They offer two claw machines and tokens can be purchased at the front, they have a small bathroom down the hall.

Too mushy and not very sweet. My friends and I visited in the middle of the day, so it wasn't "end of the day" quality boba. The milk tea was also okay. The shop and service were fine, but I probably wouldn't come here again since there are a few other boba places in the neighborhood.

The drinks are great (I highly recommend the Purple Galaxy), but what really makes this place special is the tea culture that Qingqing shares with the community. One day my little sister noticed that the owner, Qingqing, offers tea classes, and we decided to try one. It ended up being such a wonderful experience. Qingqing is a tea master from China and I have never met someone so passionate about sharing her culture. Through her classes I've learned so much about traditional Chinese tea, and it has honestly opened up a whole new interest for me. If you're coming for boba, you'll find delicious drinks. But if you're interested in traditional tea, I genuinely challenge you to find a better traditional Chinese tea experience anywhere in the Denver metro area. Their loose-leaf Oriental Beauty tea tastes the way a honeysuckle flower smells -- it's incredible. Qingqing and her husband Long are incredibly kind people, and their shop adds something really special to the Lafayette community.

There is a display cabinet with beautiful and unique tea sets and accessories. They have a great selection of boba drinks and traditional teas. On a recent visit, my friend and I tried a couple of the teas. At first, the prices felt a bit high, but considering the quality of the teas and the fact that each order came with a full teapot, it actually was reasonable. When serving our tea, the owner took the time to explain about our drinks. She was very friendly and passionate about her craft. It's such a treat to have this special place in Lafayette!

My father and I were really craving boba and when we went inside, we saw three employees working away... which is great; however, we were waiting for maybe about 5 minutes and not one greated us, or maybe tell us they woyld be right with us.... we weren't even acknowledged. Then I heard one of their employee's speak to possibly a friend of hers who walked inside the shop about 7 minutes after we were inside, and she began having a great conversation, laughing with him, etc. so I thought we'd get lucky and be acknowledged after he'd leave. We were waiting for another minute, and she got back to work making drinks. I looked at my father and he looked at me shocked about what was happening. I then said in a raised voice, so they could hear me over their loud blenders, "Hello, we are ready." I saw one worker, turn her head to our direction, and there was no acknowledgement and ignored us. I then began literally waiving my hands in the air, then arms to them and nothing. Then finally I raised my voice to say we were ready and one of them turned around to tell us, "We are busy, doing other drinks!" So my father and I looked at each other in disbelief and left the shop empty handed and quite disappointed. Instead, we went across the street to a local Pho restaurant in their busy place and ordered the boba we originally wanted. We loved them way more than Shiba Boba because we felt acknowledged and they helped us with our drinks. Maybe Shiba Boba is getting too popular and is forgetting what is keeping them employed.

Let's be real, there aren't a lot of options to get bubble tea around here. But what I like about…read moreDream Bubble Tea is that, for a tiny little stand at the Flatirons Crossing Mall, it provides an extensive menu of tea flavors and toppings. Honestly, it beats Master Tea in this area. I was worried that the drinks might not live up to this bubble tea fan's standards, but my usual favorite order of almond milk tea with rainbow jellies (my attempt at recreating the almond tofu pudding dessert in drink form) was pretty darn perfect. The fact that they even offer toppings like rainbow jelly, lychee jelly and herbal grass jelly among others makes me feel at home and at peace, like all is still right with the world. Speaking of all being right with the world, the boba straw will come in its own packaging, so you can be sure it's clean and safe to use (just in case you take my photo out of context). Also, how cute are the little cups? You can choose between a small size like mine or a large sized cup. They do feel just a little flimsy, but it's OK because you'll probably drink it all within a few minutes anyway.

I had seen this one on Yelp as it was nearby in the food court. As we placed our orders, we discovered the lowest amount of sugar customization was 50%. We all were typically ordering at home at 25% but as it turned out, this shop uses a different scale of sweetness so we were all fine. I had my lychee iced teas with boba , another had mango and the third had a milk tea of some sort. All were good and if back in the mall would do it again. They have another location on South Boulder Rd in Lafayette under a slightly different name. Staff or owner was friendly and helpful and the other who made the drinks was quick and accurate. I would have enjoyed a larger menu as my local choice has, but for a mall kiosk, it was ok.
