This is such a pretty coffee shop. The aesthetics match the vibe I like. There are so many seats and cute cubicles if you wanted your "own" space. The decor is really cute. They do partner with Rebel bread for their pastries. My partner really liked his coffee. I had the ube matcha drink and it came out black. I couldn't taste any of the ube - just matcha. Could've saved $2 and ordered a regular matcha.
Got a Black Sesame latte (iced) and K pop croissant (gochujang) from Rebel Bread, and I was very happy with the quality and taste of both. The staff were super friendly, and they were able to make my drink quickly!
I had one of the most pleasant cafe experiences at Sweet Bloom. The bright space, friendly baristas, delicious latte and muffin, was a great start to my day. The blueberry muffin had a unique spice blend - I was able to taste cardamom (amongst other spices) - that really elevated the muffin beyond just a sweet bread. The latte was rich and tasty. I asked for the best latte art they could make and they delivered! The baristas were so nice about the request too. The space is so pretty and functional offering bigger tables as well as smaller private tables for folks working or looking for their own little corner.
We were in Colorado for a business/vacation trip and wanted to end our trip with a good cup of coffee. SWEET BLOOM was perfect! The baristas went out of their way to find out what notes and types of coffee we were looking for and even offered samples to taste. My hubby enjoyed a brevé and I tried the Ginger Creamsicle, one of their current signature beverages. Loved the vibe of the coffee shop, tucked away in a neighborhood and then when you walk in - it's like stepping into a cozy coffee shop/coffee lab. Love that they offer classes and tastings too. We ended up taking a bag of their Nery Montilla beans home to savor back in Wisconsin. If you are looking for a great cup of coffee and smiling, happy baristas - this is your place.
Trendy vibe in this modern style coffeehouse. Very new and clean look to this shotgun style layout anchoring the corner of a newer apartment/enteratinment area. Indy pop music playing overhead makes this a fun place to hang out by yourself, with some friends, or for a remote office for the day. Coffee selection is average+ with all the favs and a few seasonals mixed in. Ample parking (free and paid) around the location makes it easy to get in and out.
Top 3 roaster in the city imo! it's pricey but well worth it! the staff are knowledgeable and know what they are doing leading to a great cup of coffee. this location is one of my favorite for working out of. they have a variety of seating options from booths to conference tables. reason for 4 stars - there are many shops that give a complimentary cup of drip coffee when you purchase a bag of beans. this is not one of them. for this reason, i only get their beans every once in a while. if they ever start doing this, this'll become a 5 star spot!

I love the ambience, you can tell a lot of love was put into designing the space. highly recommend stopping by this location or either of their other sites.
I love spending a few hours working from coffeeshops so I don't get distracted by home tasks. Sweet Bloom has a few locations, and I fell in love with this one at first visit. It's super cute, open, and spacious. All the baristas are so nice. Lots of private booths and tables to work from. For my beverage, I got one of the specials (Garden Party) which was refreshing and delicious. I already loved buying Sweet Bloom beans for home, and coming here validated supporting the brand even more. That and the vibe felt like HUSTLE, so I will definitely be coming back.
Sweet Bloom is a great space for remote work! The atmosphere is so pleasant & there's a large space to choose from if the establishment isn't already busy! It's a popular spot, so you gotta scout out your seating if you go during a rush hour. I really enjoyed the cold brew & appreciated that the menu doesn't offer too much variety. Sweet Bloom knows what they're good at & so the menu reflects that. Plus, it's nice to not feel overwhelmed by too many options & have plant-based options too! I've been here a few times & plan to keep coming back.
I want to thank one of my earliest friends on Yelp, John V. of Denver for highlighting this coffee shop. It made such an impression on me as it is located in a created Downtown Westminster on land that was repurposed from the old Westminster Mall, a part of my personal career history . In Feb 1977, I was transferred by my Boulder employer to their new location, the first store built on the land that became the full Mall over the 6 months that followed. I left that company while the Mall was still vibrant. I also am familiar with Sweet Bloom Coffee Roasters of Golden as I had tried it at an independent shop in Boulder, Beleza, a locally owned shop in North Boulder though not close enough to me to be my regular store. Decaf is hard to get properly roasted so it is not sour. The only two I can tolerate is Sweet Bloom and a national chain within walking distance of my home. As vision impaired, I cannot drive, so most days, walking is mandatory. The staff at Sweet Bloom was efficient, pleasant and very welcoming. The drinks were ready quickly, my Cortado was perfect, my husband enjoyed his short black. We both had the ham and Gruyère croissant, warmed and they were tasty. It was nice and indulgent to have real plates, glasses and flatware. They have a row of sleek mini booths for 2 against one wall. We chose more open seating by the bright glass walled, front area. Good light matters a lot to me. They have various coffee products to buy at retail. There is a nice parking lot across the street. If I lived nearby and could drive, I would go here occasionally as it is a bit more expensive than my normal place but also a classier spot for sure. Wonderful to know that this local roaster has expanded to their own retail shops.
Great atmosphere, wonderful roaster with tasty coffees. You can choose a single origin espresso for your order and I got one with Rainier cherry, peach and toffee notes. My wife got their usual hometown blend and we were very happy with our choices! I'll be back to buy a bag of beans for sure!

The woman behind the counter apparently responsible for making drinks was too busy chatting and the wait for a latte was over 5 minutes. While taking care of guests and chatting is important knowing how to prioritize the job is important too. This place needs locals to stay in business and ignoring five for gossip time with one is a bad business model. I hope she wasn't the owner. The coffee was decent but not amazing.
Lovely coffee shop with great ambiance and people. I came here with my partner to work during the morning on a Thursday. We split a pot of tea and they gave us multiple refills of hot water so the tea could keep coming. It was delicious and such a good deal (about $5 for the pot that we refilled again and again). I also got their wheat free muffin which was good and my partner tried their monkey bread which looked amazing and she enjoyed. The baristas were kind, hip, and helpful.
Came here on a Monday morning for a coffee tasting - a truly wonderful experience. I work in Westminster but hadn't had the pleasure of checking out Sweet Bloom until now. It will not be my last visit! Not only was the decor artfully done but it encompassed a somehow cozy yet spacious atmosphere; great vibe. Also anything bee related is a win for me. Various seating arrangements depending on what you're there for. These folx take their coffee seriously. The coffee tasting I purchased a ticket for was expertly hosted (thanks, Bella!) and I learned, sniffed, and tasted a ton. It's evident Sweet Bloom really values the culture of the bean and do their absolute best to keep the industry sustainable, healthy, and filled with people who value the craft and can earn a living practicing it. I'm looking forward to more experiences they host. The coffee itself was of course, delicious and expertly crafted. I stuck with an espresso after the tasting and it was perfect. They also have some delicious pastry options from a local bakery. I had the sausage roll and... Yes. If it isn't clear, I am sold on Sweet Bloom and look forward to checking out their other locations as well. Cheers! read more

This place is the bomb. I've had their beans subscription in the past so I knew it was reliable and solid, but their in house coffee is also great! Tried their orange creamsicle seasonal latte and it was fantastic. Not overly sweet but still just a nice solid latte. Glad we came! read more

Just simply amazing. This particular location is great because you experience less downtown traffic getting here. The interior is spacious and aesthetic, and the vibes were immaculate. I was visiting from LA, and this coffee shop is on par with some of LA's best (Kumquat, Loquat, Dayglow, Mandarin Coffee Stand, etc). The beans itself were such a stand out - I tried a pour-over of their gesha offering - Mario Alarcon Guatemala. I also had a cappuccino with the single origin espresso, Don Teo Natural Nicaragua. I also tasted a cortado with their flagship espresso. All were simply amazing. I'd probably pass on the gesha next time- but the natural Nicaragua really impressed me. I would pay that dollar extra for the single origin espresso- it was worth it for me. The service was great. I thought the baristas also did an excellent job pulling the espresso- it didn't come out over or under extracted, and the milk wasn't burnt/the micro-foam was just prefect. The barista also recommended which beans would be great for espresso drinks and which beans to take home. I bought two bags to take home. Both are delicious, brewed using my v60. The migration 6.1 blend really surprised me. And the Don Teo Honey Process was also very delicious. All beans were balanced, flavors were not muddled when brewed - all with the perfect amount of acidity and fruitiness. Some of the tasting notes were missing, in my opinion - I got some caramel notes in the migration blend in addition to the ones mentioned. The Don Teo had blueberry notes - tasted like chocolate-covered açaí berries. Next time I visit, I'll check out their tasting room in Lakewood! read more

A little pricey, $6.75 for 12oz vanilla latte but it was good. Also got the spiced monkey bread which was really good. Service not great. Had to ask for everything. A for-here glass. A plate. Asked if they could warm the bread. Ambiance is good. it was packed. Literally one place left to sit. You could stand at the pickup bar too if there is no sitting which some opted to do. Overall was good. Would go back. read more

Such an awesome little coffee shop! I love to come here to do my work as they offer free wifi. Their pastries are very good, super buttery chocolate croissants. But their coffee is the star here! The chocolate latte is so delicious and all of their flavors are made in house! Their drip coffee is also super delicious. read more
Very nice design insife and excellent service (quite a few people in the store, but my drinks came quickly). The oat and honey latte I got was delicious. The nitro cold brew was also excellent. Delicious pastries (both sweet and savory) are available for purchase. read more

Love the coffee and tea here. It's always my go-to spot to sit down and get work done. I also enjoy that they serve loose leaf tea in a pot; a lot of other coffee shops just use tea bags and it's an inconvenience to repeatedly ask for cup refills. There's an abundance of seating, although it can get packed early afternoons because many of the residents of surrounding apartments are college students and they also frequent this place. Inside is contemporary and chic, and due to the number of windows, gets a ton of natural light pretty much the majority of the day. My only minor nit is that the music is typically on pretty loud but nothing that some noise canceling earbuds can't fix. But it's not the right ambiance for intimate conversation, if that's what you're looking for. read more

Perfect ambience to have a coffee and chat with a friend, or maybe get some work done (with earbuds, no zoom calls!) The service was excellent. We had a nice conversation with Bella about coffee, the drinks, our options. Even though there was a line. This tells me the place truly cares to make you a special cup of coffee- and that's my love language. The current blend was so delicious we had to buy a bag- a little pricey, but it was delicious at home too! We got espressos which were perfectly made, and a cortado which was delicious (but probably had too much milk) We were visiting from the east coast, grabbed some stickers to remember the cool experience. read more
