What a great coffee shop - they have an incredible mix of high quality pourovers/espresso while also incorporating fun/funky drinks. Their use of pandan instead of regular simple syrup and the focus on Thai/SE Asian flavors in their drinks was a delightful experience and I would highly recommend!
Holy smokes, this place has a hold on me. Specifically their espresso tonic. Hands down one of the best 'spro tonics in all of Denver! I knew of this place, but had never been until the new year began after it was recommended to me by another Yelp Elite (shout out Caroline!). From the outside looking in, you might not know this is a coffee shop. Very minimal signage from 38th. However when you walk in, you are greeted with smiles and a warm welcome almost instantaneously. They brand themselves as an Indonesian specialty coffee shop. I think it's cool that they've have a special Lunar New Year menu. And their pastry game is top notch, sourcing from heavy hitters like GetRight's and Banh & Butter. But for me, I can't help myself from ordering their espresso tonic. They pair the espresso with a coconut yuzu tonic, with a hint of vanilla, and a dried lemon wheel for garnish. It's sweeter than what I typically enjoy, however it's so damn delicious and refreshing! OBSESSED. It normally gets crowded in here, with plenty of people like me working remotely on their laptops. The owners are also extremely nice and have been behind the counter every time I've been. Coffeegraph has quickly risen to the core of my coffee shop rotation! I hope you give 'em a try!
I was looking to try a new coffee shop and I'm so glad I stumbled across Coffeegraph! It's a beautiful new spot with an Indonesian flair. I tried the Indonesian honey-roast pour-over, which was exceptional. My husband enjoyed his oat-milk flat white, and my son loved his oat-milk hot chocolate and strawberry cronut. The service was fast and friendly, and the place was buzzing. The prices are a bit steep, though, and I'd also love to see some vegan and gluten-free bakery options in the future. Overall, this is an excellent coffee shop, and we'll definitely be back to try some other drinks.
What a fantastic coffee shop! We drove through a monsoon (almost!) to get here and it was worth the trek! Troy and his wife and sons are so kind and knowledgeable about coffee! The Ombligon pour over that Troy made was delicious and almost a religious experience the unique way it was served! I've bought these beans before, and I must say that he is an amazing barista! My son loved his mocha latte!
Have to says that the service here is through the roof. The young lady helped me choose my coffee. I have to say , it had very earthy flavors and love the berry pastry , was sweet enough and not over powering .... Love the location .... The vibe is very soothing , calm, and quiet in case you need to work or study

The staff was super friendly, and they were great at handling the crowds during the Sunday rush Aren Fire Spice -- A modern spin on Indonesian Bandrek, with double espresso infused with coconut palm sugar and five aromatic spices-ginger, cardamom, clove, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
A short paragraph for Coffeegraph Easily a 5/5! Visiting from Austin, Texas I was in search for good coffee and knowing it was Thanksgiving day I knew this would propose a challenge. Coffeegraph came up on the very short list of places that were open and they over exceed all expeditions. This place offers a variety of quality drinks and and an atmosphere of comfort & happiness. The service was amazing and it goes without saying that they truly understand the meaning of "hospitality". Catering to our requests and ensuring we had a memorable experience. What we tried and highly recommend: 1) Japanese Ice Style Pour Over with their "El Diviso Farm by Nestor Lasso" Beans. Easily an 11/10 and would definitely fly back to Denver to have again 2) Hojicha latte (w/honey and oat milk) - not too sweet, very nutty, and an overall "rich in flavor" experience Coffeegraph should be on your list to try if you haven't stopped by already. Hoping to be back soon whenever we're in town!
Wish I could give an extra star. This place is spectacular. I was looking for something different & this exceeded my expectations. I got the Kopi Klepon and it was hands down the most delicious coffee i've tried in the area. Rich, creamy and so ridiculously delicious. Theres a little sprinkle of coconut that takes the entire thing above and beyond. Sweet but perfectly so. Can't wait to come back soon. I will be pointing all my friends and family in this direction. They also serve goodies from Bahn & Butter (score!)
The Christmas HP menu is on point as usual! I always love trying their special menu items. It was a beautiful experience as always. They even gave my little one an extra marshmallow to enjoy while we waited. They always put so much care into each beverage and to presentation. We look forward to checking our their Christmas morning celebration!
Super fun quaint neighborhood coffee shop with rotating seasonal specials. They currently have a Harry Potter theme. Their staff are enthusiastic and personable. The drinks were top notch.

We stopped in before a walk with the pup, just wanting coffee to go and accidentally got a whole experience. It was our first time in and Jess gave us a full rundown of the menu while Luke had us smell a few beans before picking deciding on a pour over, tasted almost like a floral tea with coffee on the back end. So unique and fun to watch being made. I got the iced hojicha with house-made smoked vanilla syrup and I'm still thinking about it. Also! A salted foam?! Bright space, great energy, and a staff that genuinely seemed excited about what they do. read more

WOW! This one knocked everything out for me. Workers were very kind, and welcomed us in to Denver warmly. The ambiance and store is beautiful, many catchups and friendly meetings around us. I grabbed the cloud matcha and was in heaven. Each sip I was sad to drink, since it would mean the experience would be over soon! It inspired me to try and make a cloud matcha, but I couldn't match this level. Truly a phenomenal spot, try it out! It's a bit out of the main **since this happened, I've made multiple cloud matchas. I judge greatness by my desire to recreate a food item/drink on my own-and I did this one. I first heard about Coffeegraph during Mile High Asian Food Week and I am all about supporting and uplifting the AAPI community. This uses an Indonesian coffee bean which seems like it's a first in the Colorado area. There are drinks that seem like you can only find it here. This menu is actually quite extensive because you can do a lot of customization to it so I suggest you take a photo and slowly choose. There was a Harry Potter themed that I didn't see until after I had ordered my drink. I got the pandan matcha latte and it was actually pretty good. There's a pandan hint with the matcha. I'm actually excited to see what their other drinks are like. read more

This coffee shop in Highlands has been open for 1.5 years per the co-owner, Troy. They have Indonesian inspired drinks. Nice sized menu of standard coffee drinks + Indonesian drinks, Elixirs and hot tea. They have pastries from GetRight's Bakery and Parlor doughnuts. There are 2 counters and 10 tables. Several people were on laptops. Nice cozy space facing southwest with curtains to filter sunlight in the summer. Soft music being played. Troy explained their offerings. I got a hot Matcha Latte with Breve (half & half). It made for a creamy latte. The matcha was well ground with no residue, not a packet. I added a GetRight's Bakery ham & gruyere croissant which Troy warmed up in a convection oven. I was also served by Cmo (that's correct). I got a 2nd hot beverage, the Aren Five Spice. This Indonesian drink was made with Oat Milk and flavored with ginger, cardamon, clove, cinnamon and nutmeg. Very earthy & smooth latte. Free street parking, safer on Julian. RTD bus 38 goes down 38th Ave. read more

Pat and I visited Coffeegraph, and our first steps into the shop, and we were impressed. Maybe it is the feng shui, but the space immediately made us feel welcome and comfortable. Soon after arriving, we met Troy and his son. This is a family-owned shop with husband, wife, and 2 sons working together. Their friendly presence added to the inviting atmosphere, making the café feel even more like a community gathering spot rather than just another coffee shop. The coffee at Coffeegraph was excellent, full of flavor, and served just right. One standout feature was their offering of monk fruit sweetener, a rare find at most cafés and a great option for those looking for healthier alternatives. We also appreciated the cold, refreshing water provided alongside our drinks. The ham and cheese croissant was flaky and delicious. Troy gave us wonderful information about his family, the business, and some unique drinks and very unique methods of brewing award-winning coffees. Amazing! Coffeegraph left a lasting impression with its welcoming vibe, friendly people, and delicious food and drinks. Saw this on Yelp so I decided to come in to do some work with my sister and I was not disappointed! It was a cute little coffee shop and they have Indonesian drinks! We ordered the hydro cloud with matcha and it was really good. It reminded me of a drink I had in California and I'm really glad I could get a similar drink in Denver! Stopped in to try some matcha...they had the Asian mile high food week special menu and it was cool! We had two fruity ones...can't remember the name but wow were they good! Tasted like pastries. The $8.91 price tag hurt, but it's family owned and isn't just a run of the mill matcha shop. It was very busy, most tables were full and took quite some time to get our drinks but matcha takes time. Will definitely come back. Everyone was super nice. read more

I've been looking for an Asian coffee shop in Denver and I think I've finally found it! Coffee is immaculate and vibes are stellar - 10/10. Coffeegraph specializes in Indonesian coffee. When I came, I ordered off the seasonal menu which had combined Valentine's Day and Lunar New Year drinks. The seasonal menu looked soo good and you have a choice to make drinks with matcha or espresso. I ordered an iced Mon Cherie Amaretto latte with almond milk. They do not charge extra for alternative milk, which is AMAZING! The drink was so pretty with a few dried edible flower petals for garnish. I was impressed by the presentation alone, however, the drink was to die for! The espresso was rich and the milk was flavorful but not overpowering. It was a great balance of coffee, cherry, and cocoa. You can tell baristas put a lot of thought and effort into making the drinks. Specialty drinks range from about $7-8 and price tag is worth it for the quality! Inside is chic and inviting with different size table for chatting or working. It was quiet and inviting at 8:30 on a Thursday morning. I cannot wait to come back here and try more drinks! read more

I've been here a handful of times and the coffee is always great. They do a really good job of curating a creative menu, and it's been different each time I come. Crafted drinks that you won't find anywhere else. Their bakery items are brought in, but they're really good and definitely worth a try! High quality coffee and I believe the business is ran by the family. Baristas are always super friendly and kind. read more

I don't have enough good things to say about Coffeegraph. This spot has turned into my favorite coffee shop in Denver. I usually like to find a spot to knock out some studying on the weekends and was lucky enough to try this spot out recently. The shop itself offers all the standard coffee options I love along with a plethora of Indonesian-inspired specialty offerings on the menu that are truly unique. It is obvious the owner Troy and family put a lot of thought and care into their business. It's truly a great independent coffee shop experience. My favorite item on the menu so far is the coconut-flavored Kopi Klepon latte. You can't go wrong with this place. read more

this matcha was so good i logged my emotions about it We were visiting denver this week and after a week of airbnb keurig coffee, this hit the SPOT! we got several things including an iced pandan matcha, a vanilla mocha latte, and an incredible competition grade drip which ALL were perfectly sweetened. baristas were super knowledgeable and were quickly yet carefully crafting our drinks! the only critique i have is that there was a bit of confusion while calling out the drinks, but that can easily be solved by calling numbers or names and absolutely doesn't take off any stars considering how amazing everything else is the dining room was clean and the workspace was pristine! read more

This was my very first time visiting Coffee Graph, and I can honestly say it was one of the sweetest coffee shop experiences I've ever had. I ordered a hot vanilla latte with Gula Aren (Coconut Palm Sugar) and it was perfectly smooth and comforting - but what truly made this visit so special was the people & atmosphere. I was helped by Alaric, and he was incredibly sweet and welcoming. He not only guided me through their unique menu full of Indonesian style coffees, but we also started talking about the story behind the shop. Hearing how he and his parents opened Coffee Graph together made the whole experience feel so personal and heartfelt. You can truly feel the love and passion in the atmosphere :). The shop itself has such a warm, cozy vibe, and the hospitality is unmatched. It's rare to find a place that makes you feel so instantly at home. I left not only loving my latte, but also with such a warm feeling from the whole experience. Coffee Graph is truly a gem, and I can't wait to come back. read more
