Brew Culture Coffee offers their own brew called BC Blend, which is delicious (took home a bag of fresh roasted beans). The atmosphere is welcoming and cozy inside, where seating is plentiful. There is also some outside seating in the morning sun. Troy is the owner and roaster of Brew Culture for 7 years. There were plenty of staff to handle the increasing number of patrons as they came into the café. There were pastries, bars, burritos, cookies, and oatmeal. This is a well-loved neighborhood spot, but it is feeling some pain due to the construction on Colfax. Today we were lucky enough to be there when a guitarist was playing beautiful music, which we enjoyed while drinking our coffee. We were told he comes about once a month. We loved our visit!

Such a delightful spot with craft coffee , thoughtfully made kombucha with flavors like strawberry and peach with ginger , blueberry pomegranate and cold brew kombucha which is so good. The service is lovely as it's truly the owners baby , what a cool space with a quiet peaceful air to it , come here to have a good beverage and get some work / thinking done

Convert a garage into a beautiful coffee shop on gentrified West Colfax and you deserve 5 stars. Add friendly service, great music, good coffee, and tasty breakfast items and you're above and beyond any local business. BCC is the tip of the commercial spear, wrestling W. Colfax away from the homeless, the criminal, the degenerate, and the mentally ill populations that have invaded Denver. They offer a welcoming oasis for the growing neighborhood of young professionals and their families. Bravo!!

Came here from a recommendation. Limited parking on the side and the whole alley way was iced over, so I parked in the neighborhood a couple blocks away. Seemed fairly safe for being on a main road and free parking all around during the winter months. The whole cafe was quite busy and most of the tables were taken, but I managed to snag one. I ordered a matcha latte and a poppy seed scone. Came out to about $12, so I thought that was pricy for what I got. Amazing baked goods and the scone was so buttery and delicious. Don't know if it's worth the price ($6). Coffee was decent. The matcha latte (for dine in) was served in a to go cup, but my friend who got a black coffee got it in a ceramic cup. The matcha latte ended up being more warm than hot. A very lovely place to have a meet up and if you needed to work on your laptop or phone. I think if I figured out how to park in the alley it'd be more worth it. A couple homeless entered the cafe and they walked around staring at our table a lot, but we felt pretty safe.

*note - my review is for a mobile Brew Culture Coffee cart located at an apartment complex* I haven't been into the store but plan on doing so soon. I met Troy (Owner) and he was extremely nice and I imagine this is how he expects his coffee shop to treat his customers. I've tried the Nitro Cold Brew, Kombucha, and Yerba Mate and all were great. The nitro cold brew is full of flavor, strong, and gets you caffeinated! Looking forward to checking out the store. Thank you Troy for setting this mobile unit at the apartment complex.

Cheese Croissant - I took it to-go and warmed it in the oven for an afternoon snack. Delicious!

Brew Culture Coffee knows how to brew a cup of joe! It has super cool vibes with kind baristas and open sitting for people who want to bring a laptop to work. I'll definitely be back for a work day, soon. Today, I had a basic drip. It was hot and everything I needed this am, however, they have a ton of more interesting options: special lattes, kombucha on draft, unique teas and even coffee drinks I've never heard of. I really wanted to try the One - on - One. I wish I could repeat what it is but I've forgotten it's exact set up. It sounded super fun and delicious, tho! Other things to note, they brew Sweet Bloom coffee and serve Rebel Bread pastries! Which, if you've never had a croissant by Rebel Bread, you are not living. They are remarkably buttery and flakey ~ such a TREAT with or without coffee! Overall, I'd go back to Brew Culture Coffee 100 times over. Great place!

I have been meaning to try this place because it's so close to where I work and not far Away from where I live. I highly recommend checking it out. As soon as you walk in, it has such a lovely vibe. It was super busy on a Thursday morning, with lots of people working meeting, and/or enjoying their coffee. They offer vegan pastries, as well as lots of other food options . I had an oat milk latte, which was delicious! The service was friendly and they seemed very knowledgeable about coffee. I will definitely be back.

We stopped by Brew Culture Coffee on a Sunday morning and found it relatively empty. The vibe was casual with minimal decor - almost an industrial look with the exposed pipes. I didn't see any specialty coffee drinks on the menu, so I ordered a Mocha Cold Brew, which was ready almost immediately. Unfortunately, I didn't love this - it tasted somewhat watered down. I also got some Banana Walnut Bread (Spruce Confections, not baked in store), which was very tasty. My friend and I took our drinks to the large (dog friendly) patio, which was pleasant, with large picnic tables in both the sun and shade. Overall, just ok!

Formerly a plant shop, Blind Tiger looks nothing like your typical bar, and is not the place for typical drunken shenanigans. Too many aesthetic and fragile displays of taste. But, it IS a place for wild and wacky conversations, pop-up shops, and taste-full cocktails. Yes, NA besties included! Order from the counter from their regular or seasonal menu, and then settle yourself in on either of two floors of lounge-y seating. It's cozy without being crowded, and there are endless things to look at and examine. Hanging lights, fishnet tablecloths, a disco-ball wall. You might even try to ride the rolling ladder (just kidding, ignore those intrusive thoughts). If you're feeling generous, get some merch, which is located along the wall with a fridge full of NA apertifs. One of the staff will bring your cocktails to the table so you don't have to lift a finger once you're cozy. October seems the perfect time to come and get acquainted with their drinks. You could end up with a cute skull garnish and imagine that there are real candles on each table. We tried a Zesty Tiger (made with mango syrup instead of elderflower liquor, as they were out), and an Apple Pie Sour - both very smooth and very delicious.

Also they typically have DJs on Saturday but didn't today, still blasting some great music. Definitely has overall vibes that appeal to a younger crowd. Which I am not quite sure if I'm the exact demographic they are aiming for but as you can see 5 stars says I'm a fan! Perfectly located to a whole lot going on. A coffee shop, a cidery, recently opened spicy/romance book store, and others nearby means you can hit up lots of places in one trip. It has a uniqueness in every aspect really. From the seating, the DJ sets/music, hard kombucha (hooch booch brand - woman owned brand by the way). But besides the hard booch they have cocktails, coffees, teas, mocktails. Seriously a drink for every person in your party. The bartenders were friendly and answered any questions we had and let my wife try her hard kombucha before getting a full pour. Also while we didn't partake their menu offers an All You Can Sip from noon-6pm for $25 that includes coffee, tea, booch, and corpse reviver (electrolyte drink). Honestly a solid deal if you wanted to get some work done and have endless drinks. Give this spot a try if you find yourself nearby! Worth it!

Glad they have a sign by the street or else it seemed very inconspicuous. It's winter time so they didn't have those tents out with their branding. I guess maybe they're keeping it low key? The service was great, the bar is pretty small. I can see if there is not the best weather it can get crammed in here. Thankfully we came on a decent weather day and folks were sitting outside. My favorite is their Citrus Earl Grey, we also picked up Salted Chocolate Stout and Tropical Sour... all of them are so tasty. Really glad that we stopped by here to get some to bring home. We were greeted and served by the bartender Junebug and although it seemed like he was the only staff, he was friendly and attentive with us and all the patrons. The beer was great, there were so many great options to choose from and so we had some of the IPAs, lagers and ales. Staying true to the name, the decor has a woodsy feel and the handles are made of various wood shapes. It was nice to see that they also offer some mixed drink options, margaritas, and a slushy option. There were some salty snacks available for purchase which was also a nice option to have. Happy Hour M-F 3-6pm with $5 pints. The place and restrooms were clean (two singles), there were some canned beers and merch items available for purchase, an outdoor patio and plenty of street parking. Overall the service and place were great! Some things to mention, having the live band was great and the place is dog and kid friendly which are also a nice option to have at any venue. But the volume of the jazz band was just a bit too loud for the space and together with the many small kids playing and running around took away from this being a relaxing day. Nonetheless, the bartender Junebug made it an overall enjoyable evening after the kids left and we closed off the evening with another great brewery find that we'll be sure to visit again.
