Cute lil spot on colfax. Has garage doors that open up and patio seating as well. Friendly staff, creative drinks, nice vibes. Some pastries for sale too.

The line was long but for good reason. Fun, delicious drinks including matcha and ube lattes. They also have unique rotating/seasonal flavor drinks. There is limited food and some pastries as well. The staff was friendly and whipping out drinks. So much indoor and outdoor seating - great spot to get some rays and catch up with a friend over a delicious drink!

Moonflower Coffee has taken the entire space of this former gas station. When I was last here it had a much smaller counter and was a bit rustic. Now the space is very inviting with multiple tables, a counter, cushy chairs & couches plus picnic tables outside. I noticed quite a few people on laptops and a few actually reading books & magazines. They offer mostly coffee + matcha and chai lattes + hot tea. Pastries are available. I learned they have weekend food trucks parked in their dirt yard which has a metal fence around it. I got a Spring menu beverage, an iced Lemon Matcha with an Oat Lemon Foam on top. Very good.

I ordered the ube latte, and it was fantabulous to the last drop. The ambience was lovely, and the baristas were super friendly.

This place is so cuuteeeeee! I got a hot oat ube latte and loved that I didn't have to pay any extra for alternative milk. The latte art was spot on too. I had a really nice cup to look at! There's a pretty spacious outdoor spot with picnic tables and lots of people bringing their dogs. We just managed to miss the morning rush by being here around 8:45 am on a Sunday. They had a breakfast burritos table outside and I appreciated the variety of breakfast items I had access to!

Can't recommend this spot enough! Vintage meets industrial with the seemingly antique thrifted items scattered around, the garage door outlooks a cute patio space. A wonderful place to get some studies or work done. The Ube latte is a must-have, hot or iced! The staff here are all smiles and dwindle the line down quickly.

Was really struggling to stay awake today, and luckily happened to be near Moonflower for a pick me up! They have the best ube lattes. Good flavor but not too sweet. I tried it iced this time, but I think I prefer it hot. I can't comment on the other drinks because the ube latte is so good I never order anything else haha, but I'm sure they have other tasty beverages. Service is very friendly too. It's a converted gas station with cool kitschy decor and a nice patio area and small parking lot with adjacent street parking. It's just hard to visit as often as I'd like since they close relatively early.

One of my favorite Denver coffee shops! This place is so cute and the coffee is always really good. I've tried classic drinks and their speciality and haven't been disappointed. The sesame in many of their drinks is such a clever addition that gives a depth of flavor without overpowering. The staff is also very kind and welcoming. This is a regular spot for sure!

Cute coffee shop with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Great spot to meet with friends, for a meeting, work at, solo coffee date, or pick up and take to go. They always have a good selection of pastries and seasonal drinks also. Great coffee and service is good.

The vibes in here are immaculate!! I love coming to Moonflower for their delicious flavors, the comfy atmosphere, and the sweetest baristas (shout out Kendelle!). Their seasonal drinks are to die for, and their red miso caramel is SO delish. I also love their matcha!

it was super busy when we got here, but the line and service moved quickly! i'd highly recommend my order: iced oat milk latte + miso caramel syrup. it was phenomenal! i tried the matcha drink as a big matcha fan and it was quite below average. i also felt like the prices were a bit steep considering the sizes of the drinks. but milk substitutions were free!

    Thien L.

Wow the ube latte here was so yummy and it was perfect with oat milk! The color was also a really nice ube color. I love the indoor and outdoor areas and there's plenty of space to do work or hang out. Also the service was great and I can't wait to come back to try the other drinks!

This place is super cool, indoor and outdoor vibes, great selection of coffees, our coffees were great and not too sweet. The theme is refurbished gas station turned into a coffee house. The service was fast and recommendations were great. Lots of parking.

My friend and I arrived with laptops and left them closed. The whole place has an Elle Woods sleepover energy: pink-adjacent, unapologetically cozy, a little magical. We enjoyed our treats, caught up and people watched. And yes these are treats. There may be alcohol at other times; we were just there for coffee and tea, and the specials leaned floral. I had something built around orange blossom that drifted between citrus and honeysuckle, delicate enough to feel like a mood rather than a flavor. Lovely, if not exactly life-changing. But that's the point: Hello Darling pulls you in with its aesthetic and keeps you with its comfy, cozy seats. Definitely equally suited to a solo work session or a two-hour gossip spiral that was supposed to be a work session! Come for the drinks, stay because you forgot you had somewhere else to be.

There was only one bartender, but he was friendly and attentive and came over to our table quickly. The espresso martini I ordered was a nine out of 10 - very tasty but had a strong vodka taste (which tells me it was probably very cheap vodka). The other cocktail was a Manhattan and it was not served with an ice cube instead it was only watered down. Probably wouldn't order that again. Overall, the space was cute and comfy, and I'd like to stop back in and try a coffee sometime

And their pastry game is top notch, sourcing from heavy hitters like GetRight's and Banh & Butter. But for me, I can't help myself from ordering their espresso tonic. They pair the espresso with a coconut yuzu tonic, with a hint of vanilla, and a dried lemon wheel for garnish. It's sweeter than what I typically enjoy, however it's so damn delicious and refreshing! Even on a weekday morning, there was a gentle buzz of activity, yet we were pleasantly surprised to find a couple of open tables and no line at the counter. The friendly barista greeted us right away, and we were able to order our coffee drinks without any wait. While waiting, we took a moment to admire the pastry case and decided to share a beautiful pineapple Danish that looked too good to pass up. We settled into a cozy table by the window (the only small downside being the lack of outlets for working), and before we knew it, our drinks were ready. The coffees were served in the most charming handmade crockery cups, complete with lovely latte art. And I have to say--the latte itself was just as delightful as it looked: smooth, balanced, and perfectly crafted. The atmosphere immediately draws you in with its eco-conscious, Scandinavian hygge-inspired aesthetic. Think warm wood tones, soft natural light streaming through the windows, and thoughtfully curated, cozy decor that invites you to linger. It feels intentional and welcoming without being overdone. I also couldn't help but notice how dog-friendly the café is--from adorable bread-shaped dog toys available for purchase to water bowls set out for thirsty pups. It's clear they've considered every guest, furry ones included. One of my favorite features is the large garage-style front door that can open fully on warm days, seamlessly blending the indoor space with the front patio and making the café feel even more spacious and airy. For an intimate neighborhood café, there's a generous number of tables and seating options, along with a sizable menu offering plenty of food and beverage choices. I can easily imagine Hearth becoming a go-to spot for locals--whether for a quiet morning coffee, a casual meeting, or a slow start to the day. It's warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. I would happily return for another coffee (and maybe another pastry) again soon.

Parking is admittedly a bit cramped in the front and pretty awkward to get out of if it's busy, but there is a lot behind the building with more space. There are a surprising number of tables and comfy chairs inside, and the vibe is kinda retro which my sister and I both really love. Their menu is pretty big and they also had a ton of holiday drinks to choose from. My sister has raved about the coffee they use (kaladi), so I got a drip coffee and since I wanted a little festive treat, I also got "the grinch" lol, which was a matcha latte with oat milk and pistachio. Take a wild guess which cup was mine in the photo. My sister got a hazelnut latte, which also came out really pretty. The coffees were ready very quickly, and we were able to find a little table near the back of the shop. Our three drinks (all 12oz) came out to about $16 which I think is pretty on par with specialty coffee drinks, so I felt it was worth the price. The food is particularly good, especially for a place that I find is more coffee focused than cafe focused. I only have one comment, which is really a comment for many Denver restaurants beyond this one coffee shop. That is this: sandwiches should be cut in half when they're finished being constructed. A sandwich isn't really "finished" until it's cut in half. We should think of that final, decisive slice through the sandwich as a kind of signature at the bottom of a painting or a poem. This is complete. It is ready to be eaten. If a sandwich is too unwieldy to be cut in half easily, then some thought should be given either to the construction and ingredients or to technique. A sandwich may need to be wrapped in parchment, then sliced, or a different knife may need to be used. Whatever needs to happen to slice that thing in half should be considered. I say this is a comment for all of Denver, because you really don't find this problem back east. It's like in coming west people forget about this final, essential step in making a sandwich. Anyway the spicy father is a great breakfast. But it would paradoxically be made truly whole were it to be served in two halves.
