Their green chile breakfast burrito was hearty, delicious, and the perfect way to start the day, and my almond milk latte was great too. With the pink and green interior, the space has such a feminine, bougie feel that immediately made me want to come back with my laptop and spend a morning working here in luxury. Feels like this spot may always have something jiving! My friend and I arrived with laptops and left them closed. Stopped in for a cocktail after dinner one night and it was my first time in. Coffee shop by day and cocktail bar by night. There was only one bartender, but he was friendly and attentive and came over to our table quickly. The espresso martini I ordered was a nine out of 10 - very tasty but had a strong vodka taste (which tells me it was probably very cheap vodka). The other cocktail was a Manhattan and it was not served with an ice cube instead it was only watered down. Probably wouldn't order that again. This place is adorable. Lots of seating and a fun place to be in. My coffee was great, pastry great, and the barista was super nice and friendly. My only complaint was their WIFI. I wasn't able to do any work which is super disappointing for a coffee shop. I totally understand that internet can be spotty, but their guy had been out a couple times and it hadn't been fixed. If this is the case, then you should give your customers the password to one of the other 2 wifi networks you have listed. Otherwise, super cute! read more

What a FUN place in the Highlands! I met a friend here for a cocktail before an event we had. I ended up getting a Tiramisu nitro coffee instead (they have the MOST fun nitro flavors) and it was delicious. For only $7 more, I upgraded to their cute glasware (I feel like other coffee shops charge $15-$20 for something like this so I thought it was a steal). They had other tasty coffees that I'd like to come back and try. The cocktails also sounded great! Esp on Tuesdays, they have Tini Tuesdays (BOGO). This place use to be one of my favorite places to go and grab a cocktail or coffee to either do homework or catch up with a loved one but unfortunately I had a horrible experience recently at this location. Long story short I go in on a Saturday around 7pm and I grab a glass of wine and work on homework. 45 minutes later one of the employees comes up to me and tells me that I need to leave because they have a sold out event. What?! I was so confused. I would have never bought a drink if I knew I had to leave 45 mins later. It looked like other people around me were also confused and surprised they were getting kicked out. I wish they told us we couldn't stay long before ordering--otherwise I would have left without ordering. Very disappointed with that experience overall since I spent money on a drink I couldn't even finish and they just packed it on a to go cup. I always get an iced cold brew with vanilla and cinnamon which is always great and always tastes the same. They also have pastries and other food items. Drinks are hit or miss, I once had a peppermint filled chai latte that made my mouth feel burning with peppermint oil , asked the barista and she said there's only "chai" in the drinks , had to waste the whole cup away. Other times I had a great matcha drink. Service seems to have gone downhill after the initial months. This is Hello Darling's second location and I instantly fell in love when I walked in. We went on a Saturday morning at 8am and there were very few people in there.
