For mains, we tried the ribsteak (bone-in) and the sirloin with mushrooms and truffle from the Winter Grill menu. Both were cooked to our requested temps (medium-rare), juicy enough, and the grilling was competent with a nice char. The ribsteak came with sautéed mushrooms that added some nice flavor. The sirloin featured cremini and shiitake mushrooms in a creamy truffle sauce, which was rich and indulgent--the sauce was probably the best part of the plate. That said, the quality of the meat itself felt a bit questionable; it was tender but lacked the deep, beefy flavor or marbling you'd hope for at this price point. More disappointingly, there wasn't much discernible difference between the ribsteak and the sirloin in terms of taste or texture--both felt pretty similar, which made the higher-priced ribsteak seem less worth it.
