I ordered an iced London fog and opted for coconut milk, which is not typically available as a milk alternative. It came with vanilla syrup by default and was very good. I also tried the bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich on an English muffin. This was the only disappointing part of my visit. It seemed like a premade sandwich that had been reheated, so the bacon was soft rather than crispy, which is my preference. Overall, Vibe Coffee & Wine is worth a quick stop, but it is especially nice as a place to relax, hang out, or settle in and do a little work.

It was average in that completely forgettable way that makes you wonder why you parted with currency for a specialty drink in the first place. Most of the time it's Matcha mixed with a bunch of other stuff and at best it's culinary grade. The Matcha here was vibrant in color, smooth and slightly nutty. I elected to sweeten it with simple syrup and had it Americano. My husband opted for a vanilla latte with oat milk and while we've stopped at several places so far, this is the best latte we've had on our roadtrip. They make all of their syrups in house and the coffee was smooth and not bitter. The cafe is small and quaint. It does open up into a larger building with additional seating. Customer service was on point, and we even joked about the different types of Matcha and how some places use a ton of fillers and sugar.
