New digs, same great coffee. Procession is for the homies. I love watching businesses grow. Procession was the in-house coffee shop inside Zeppelin Station for a good chunk of time. Now they've graduated into their own brick and mortar space. It's cute, it's cozy, and their coffee still brings the heat. Albeit a tough corner to find parking, once you make your way inside Procession you can let out a sigh of relief. Their coffee and pastry game rivals the top dogs in town. On a snowy winter day I'm a sucker for a good cappuccino and damnit if there's isn't one of the best around I don't know what you're smoking. Good people behind the scenes who care about the quality of their product, their commitment to community efforts, and engaging with their clientele. Keep in mind the space is small so be prepared to mingle with others! But also it's a great place for a quick grab and go experience. Denver's coffee scene continues to raise the bar and it's all because of brands like Procession. Keep up the great work, dudes!

Their solid 5-star reviews might be due to their excellent service. At least that is what I experienced this AM when I stopped here for a quick cup of cappuccino. I've been to Zeppelin Station a few times in the past but I don't think I had noticed this coffee shop to be frank. Did it open fairly recently? Well, I have to say that it was nice discovery. At an early morning hour, this coffee shop was the only vendor that was open at the time. Whereas there were a few other people right outside of the shop, the whole building was still empty and quiet. Now, this coffee shop only serves drinks so no food they serve/sell. Once other vendors open though, people can rely on them for to satisfy their hunger (but not until close to lunch time so keep this in mind.) The gentleman at the bar was most welcoming. He even greeted me before I had fully reached the entrance to the shop. He then warmed me up by asking me things like "What have you got going on today?" and so forth. I felt valued and appreciated very much!! Despite being small and simple, their merch section had a good selection of items from mug cups to t-shirts to stickers etc. And let's not forget about packaged coffee beans. My cappuccino was beautifully crafted/made by him. And it tasted great.

Cute little coffee shop inside the Zeppelin station. They usually only prepare one order at a time which shows the care and attention they put into their product. Everyone is always friendly! The coffee is delicious. One of my favorite lattes for sure! It is on the pricier side but definitely worth it!

Ambiance: the coffee shop is located in the back of the food court area, very spacious and good for to go orders Service: very friendly and patient with specific requests Drink: standard choices of coffee drinks CORTADO - **** higher coffee and milk ratio, bitter version of CAPPUCINO, recommend Price: decent quality and moderate prices, it costs about $5~$6 per drink

This is the story of two best buds that both care for good coffee n almost nothing else. By that I mean no fancy milk or other stuff. Just strong coffee. So they became business partners! But they do a mean Matcha tea that's so creamy and actually done right. They use this bamboo contraption to swirl the matcha on a bowl. About as legit as they come. Their favorite band( why do I know this) is The New Order. Their most in demand coffee is Blue Monday a cold brew and the title of a song by the band and Procession is named after the band... Procession! You got it now? Their Cortado is amazing! Their Blue Monday deserves its popularity And I can say wow to their Matcha Green Tea! So creamy! They're going on their fourth month at the Zeppelin Station. Listen to this: THEY'RE GIVING AWAY FREE DRIP COFFEE FOR LIFE IF YOU PERMANENTLY TATTOO THEIR LOGO ON YOUR BODY! (Ask which body part to be sure) are you in?

We've been dying to try this spot and yesterday was finally the day! They are tucked into zeppelin station and have the coolest spot in my humble opinion. I loved their aesthetic. Steve was the best! He let us know they offer house made syrups (that are so delish) We tried the mocha and vanilla in oat milk lattes and the vanilla was the fave. We loved chatting with him! Can't wait to come back soon and try the blue Monday cold brew.

Spring Thing Hot Latte with Oat Milk

Spring Thing drink was so good! I got it hot and it wasn't too sweet and had varying aromatic notes. Lots of subtle flavors all in one drink. Delicious!

Did someone say ceremonial Matcha? Hell to the yea!…read more I had bookmarked this place for our stay in Denver on our trek from California. We always like to scope out the best coffee spots ahead of time. Little Owl did not disappoint! First, it's always difficult to find ceremonial grade Matcha wherever you go. Most of the time it's Matcha mixed with a bunch of other stuff and at best it's culinary grade. The Matcha here was vibrant in color, smooth and slightly nutty. I elected to sweeten it with simple syrup and had it Americano. My husband opted for a vanilla latte with oat milk and while we've stopped at several places so far, this is the best latte we've had on our roadtrip. They make all of their syrups in house and the coffee was smooth and not bitter. The cafe is small and quaint. It does open up into a larger building with additional seating. Customer service was on point, and we even joked about the different types of Matcha and how some places use a ton of fillers and sugar.

I knew of this place, but had never been until the new year began after it was recommended to me by another Yelp Elite (shout out Caroline!). From the outside looking in, you might not know this is a coffee shop. Very minimal signage from 38th. However when you walk in, you are greeted with smiles and a warm welcome almost instantaneously. They brand themselves as an Indonesian specialty coffee shop. I think it's cool that they've have a special Lunar New Year menu. And their pastry game is top notch, sourcing from heavy hitters like GetRight's and Banh & Butter. But for me, I can't help myself from ordering their espresso tonic. They pair the espresso with a coconut yuzu tonic, with a hint of vanilla, and a dried lemon wheel for garnish. It's sweeter than what I typically enjoy, however it's so damn delicious and refreshing! OBSESSED. It normally gets crowded in here, with plenty of people like me working remotely on their laptops. The owners are also extremely nice and have been behind the counter every time I've been. Coffeegraph has quickly risen to the core of my coffee shop rotation! I hope you give 'em a try!
