Super convenient location inside the Union station, across from the Crawford Hotel where my husband and I are staying for the weekend. I've been there twice now and NEED to go back for their intriguing coffee cocktail menu! I'm not sure why I continue to be surprised when coffee shops here in Denver, offer coffee cocktails! Makes sense! Why not?! I love it. I feel delighted when I see it. I have been enjoying coffee cocktails for as long as I can remember! However, I was on a sugar-free binge when I happed upon PigTrain so I ordered your basic iced oat milk latte!! And it was very delightful. Light, fresh, rich with espresso flavor and the perfect amount of ice to chill it. I love the straw free cold cup tops and the staff, both times were very conversational and friendly! They do have a small selection of pastries, but I would say this place is about quality and delivery. I love the trendy color-drenched pink salmon walls in the shop meeting the fresh mint color-drenched walls of the ice cream shop next door! It was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience for a gal on a break between gigs! I had passed by their previous kiosk installation so many times and never cared, but I love their new space! ORDER 01. chorizo burrito ($8) a light but satisfying breakfast burrito with chorizo, hashbrowns, onion, red pepper, black beans, egg, cheddar topped with green sauce that had the mildest kick. served with fresh ingredients and no frills. 02. tiramisu latte (large/16 oz, $6.75) a seasonal drink that was not too sweet! 03. sweet potato pie latte (small/12 oz, $6.50) another seasonal drink! unfortunately, there was a burnt, slightly acrid aroma that was stronger than the sweet potato flavor. read more

So cute! The workers were super kind and gave us thrifting recs (even though it's supposed to be top secret). I got a fun flavored matcha with peach, and loved it! It's such a fun fusion of flavors. Cute little coffee shop inside Union station, the line was long but the coffee was yummy! I tried the seasonal peppermint latte and i loved it! They had a pretty expansive menu with lots of options and i almost tried a London fog tea but after asking the man at the register his opinion he said this was yummy and i am happy i went with this instead, it was so pleasant to have to sip as we walked around the area. The prices are average and fair for the area, and they have cute branded merch all over that they sell, adding to their aesthetic. Enjoyed my mid-day coffee pick-me-up, will definitely come back again. read more

Meh. I got a latte which lukewarm on the first sip with mostly milk, and a pistachio cookie which was chocolate chip cookie sprinkled with a few pistachio for the effect. Tasted just like chocolate chip cookie. Don't waste your money like I did. read more

The tiramisu latte was delicious! I was visiting Denver for the weekend; this shop in Union Station was convenient. The station is lovely and spacious, and there is a really great bookstore on the other side. But I'm getting distracted - back to the coffee. Lots of selections, reasonable prices, service was friendly and fast. There was a case of pastries and baked goods, they all looked great, though somehow I resisted. I definitely could come back here next time I'm in Denver, particularly since I would probably end up wandering over to Tattered Cover bookstore. read more

I love finding coffee shops that cater to non-coffee drinkers like myself. The ice matcha latte was very bold, very matchay which I loved but it was slightly too sweet. I substituted the milk for a non-dairy option. If I was in the area again in the morning, I would drop in for a quick drink. Enjoyed the pumpkin spiced latte and the cinnamon monkey bread. The drip coffee was not as good but it was complimentary for guests of the Crawford hotel. The line moves fairly quick and it spill out into the station hall. If you're getting a beverage it does take awhile for these handcrafted drinks. There's an outdoor seating area as well that you can sit and people watch. read more

Great spot to stop if you're coming from the airport to Union Station! Quality service (was a bit busy today), great pastries, and good coffee! The ambiance is great as well. Coffee here was bad, very sour. My guess would be that it was under extracted or too coarse of a grind for the type of coffee. The Raspberry Croissant was very delicious though, and it even had a raspberry filling inside. Location is convenient inside Union Station. However only bar style seating is available. read more

Located in union station this coffeehouse hit the mark. Prices are steep but service and quality are excellent. No tables inside but they do have a bar with barstools. Lots of seating outside. I only tried the coffee but they had a variety of baked goods. read more

This is a very cute coffee shop inside Union Station! They have an extensive menu, with lots of food goodies and merch available for purchase as well! The lines can get pretty long depending on the day, but they move pretty quickly! There is a long table to stand and chat by inside the coffee shop and plenty of seating in the main area of union station to sit! I usually go for the matcha latte and I love how it is not too sweet! My friends who have gotten coffee here all love it as well! read more

I elected to sweeten it with simple syrup and had it Americano. My husband opted for a vanilla latte with oat milk and while we've stopped at several places so far, this is the best latte we've had on our roadtrip. They make all of their syrups in house and the coffee was smooth and not bitter. The cafe is small and quaint. It does open up into a larger building with additional seating. Customer service was on point, and we even joked about the different types of Matcha and how some places use a ton of fillers and sugar.

They were very busy, but there was still plenty of seating. The seating is extremely comfortable, and the atmosphere is bright, interesting, and extremely pleasant. The music was a little loud for conversation. Parking was no problem on a Saturday at 10 AM. Some parking is metered.

We also ordered the black sesame drink and both drinks were quite delicious and definitely worth the drive for the drinks (or at least the 14 min walk from the entertainment venues to here for a pick me up before the shows). They're not too sweet and I'm glad that they don't overload the drink with ice because I've been to some places where you get 90% ice. It's a modern milk tea shoppe but it's currently located in a plaza with plenty of outdoor seating and it's enclosed so you don't see the loudness of the city. It still had a good depth of flavor, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It had been a long travel day for us, so I didn't want oily soup. (Sometimes I do enjoy rich, oilier pho broth, but not that night.) I would give them 3.5 stars if I could, but I'm rounding up for the great service. My first visit was excellent. Service was very friendly and helpful, asking if I wanted to bundle the two empanadas I wanted with a sauce for $10, a deal I had not noticed. I got a mushroom empanada, a BBQ chicken empanada, and a side of chimichurri. I was told it would take about 10 minutes for my order, which I appreciated for two reasons: (1) it set my expectation properly and (2) it meant the empanadas would be freshly baked. My empanadas were ready on time and were excellent. They were crispier than other baked empanadas I've had and had great fillings. The chimichurri was one of the best I've had, packed with herbs and the right amount of acidity. I thought the size of the empanadas was reasonable, with two being enough for the light meal I wanted. There were different staff there the second time I visited, and the empanadas weren't cooked as well. The bottoms were a little soggy. The atmosphere is spare but clean, with seating only at counters at the windows. But they also had a nice outdoor patio and a water dispenser inside, which are nice features.
