The drinks were fantastic! My husband ordered a banana foster ice latte, and I opted for the banana ice matcha. Both were incredible, and I'd definitely return for the drinks. However, I had an issue with my berry brie cheese sandwich. Everything seemed great until I took a bite and pulled out a hair from the melted cheese. I understand if my hair fell on it, but there's no way my pulled-back hair in a ponytail would be lodged in the cheese. When I brought up the food, they offered to replace it, but I lost my appetite. At that point, I wanted my money back. They were understanding about that. However, the situation escalated when they asked what I had ordered. They interrupted me and said, "Got it," without even listening. Then, for a while, all three baristas stared at me. I don't know if they were trying to figure out how to refund me or what, but their expressions were not pleasant. When I looked back and smiled, they just had a mean face on. I went up with my card to try to help, but the person seemed frustrated. They told me they would bring the receipt out. At the end, they apologized, but honestly, the staring and the looks were unnecessary. If they were confused, they should have asked or let me finish explaining what I ordered. So, for now, I won't be returning to this restaurant. Stuff happens, but during the entire experience, I felt like I had done something wrong. Overall, just okay. I tried the black sesame matcha, jasmine matcha, mango matcha and vanilla coffee. The best was the jasmine matcha. The black sesame 3/5, very nutty flavor that hid the matcha completely. Mango matcha 2/5 not my favorite since the mango gave the matcha an odd almost fermented taste. Jasmine 4/5 nice floral flavor that didn't overpower the matcha. Vanilla coffee 3.5/5 just average but pretty solid coffee flavor. read more

One of the best breakfast sandwiches I have had in Denver. It was prepared fresh, and no microwave was used. They also offer catering. The space/atmosphere is inviting, and the seating is plentiful but spread out. The noise level is low, and conversation is a pleasure at this location. Parking is limited to city street parking. While traveling to Denver, we stopped at this coffee spot multiple times for the black sesame with espresso drink and the black sesame matcha drink. I also had the pandan latte (pictured) that was delicious, but hands down, the black sesame coffee was the best. Compared to many other shops, their black sesame flavor actually shown through without being overpowering. I will say that a friend ordered the Saigon coffee and it tasted quite watered down. Service was pretty good considering how busy they get. Great place to chill and catch up with friends over coffee. read more

The burrito I ordered was delicious and tasty. I was able to walk from my apartment and stay here for about 3 hours. I've never had potatoes with that texture--dry, like day old French fries that you microwave to reheat but you end up over heating and they become rock hard. I had to pull all of them out. I tried the strawberry matcha and the orange dreamcicle iced latte and both were so flavorful and had such a fun summery vibe that we cannot wait to come back! The gf chocolate zucchini bread was light and fluffy, while having a rich chocolately flavor that satisfied my craving for chocolate cake! They also have quite a large selection of gluten free pastry options and traditional flour pastries as well. I went here a few times while I was visiting my sister (I live in Europe), and Doppio is everything about coffee shops that I miss! Personally I love lattes that play around with interesting flavor profiles. They have lots of really interesting in-house creations that I was always super excited to think about what to try next! I tried to Passionfruit drink (both as matcha and a coffee latte), the Date-Sumac Matcha, the Ube Latte, and the Black Sesame Latte. The Passionfruit and Black Sesame were my favorite. They also have dog treats, and it was nice to bring my sister's doggo and give him a treat every time we went. I also really enjoyed being able to sit outside. The staff were friendly and I only had good interactions. I miss Doppio a lot now that I'm back home. My wallet does not XD read more

My friend and I stopped here before our drive, the space is airy, cute concept, staff wasn't very friendly as if we were the ones who are entitled and made them have to work. First coffee we tried in Denver, and wow, we were impressed. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and felt a warm Colorado welcoming. As a coffee connoisseur, this is definitely one of the best coffee I have ever tried. It was smooth and not too bitter. We loved the lavender too but the vanilla def hit the spot. The pastry was different to what I'm used to but it was still so good. Not only was the coffee good, but the staff are also so nice and friendly I would come back just to see how they're doing.
