A tac on that works well with the next door food options, with a focus on some simple coffee blends in the more mid/west coast purist form. Good location near some other things for your outings. Overall a little limited in the menu and options, not overly invested in some niche or signature drinks beyond a small overlay. Wasn't able to get a taste of much unique diving into their house made syrups but tried to jazz up some normal coffee. Overall, a good enough if you need a quick pass through. A bit steep in price for what it turns out to be. I'll be hunting for others on the swing around. read more

I've been here several times and am always impressed. There is usually a little line that forms but they get people through quickly! I went last Wednesday and the staff here were working like a well oiled machine, efficiently rolling through orders while maintaining cheerful conversation with each other and making the works of art that are their beautiful drinks! The staff here seems genuinely friendly. It can feel a little crowded and noisy inside, so I did opt to sit on the little patio. My cappuccino was delicious and just the charge I needed before shopping a couple doors down at Natural Grocers! read more

It is very very expensive, both for a cup of coffee and a bag of beans, which are 10 oz bags, so smaller than the average bag too. They don't carry any gluten-free food options. Parking is really challenging and the line to the cashier moves very slow. read more

This is the best coffee shop in the area for atmosphere and quality of coffee and tea. I come here regularly and have gotten to know the servers who are friendly, helpful and good at what they do. A gem! The atmosphere is just amazing when you step through the doors. Such a cozy, welcoming feel to Sweet Bloom. It's clean with so much indoor seating and outdoors as well. It's clear where to order - I find some fancier coffee shops don't have it well laid out. Once you get in line, you have to come face to face with the most gorgeous pastries. So we obviously had to order two. Pro tip- the first Saturday of the month is the only day they serve donuts! We happened to come in this day, so it worked out perfectly! read more

This coffee shop is so cute! I had one of the best oatmeal lattes I've had in a while. They only have three housemade syrups, and I chose the vanilla. You can literally see the specs of vanilla beans in the coffee. It was incredibly delicious. I just stopped in for a quick drink, but I will definitely be back to do some studying. read more

Girl time this morning! We popped out for some us-time and started our morning here. My daughter had a hot cocoa and a slice of banana bread. Both delicious and the design on the surface of the cocoa made her smile. I tried their savory pastry with a honey latte. The pastry was filled with bacon, cheese and green chilies. Wonderful combination! My latte was sweetened just right with honey and was endowed with a lovely design as well. The staff is pleasant and welcoming. There is both indoor and out door seating. They have internet access. I noticed several folks with their laptops. What a nice place to hang and get a bit of productivity in at the same time. read more

I really hate going out for coffee. Either tastes like cigarettes or too sweet. This place does neither They are true coffee alchemist! They make homemade syrups. And pour overs. single origin coffee beans that you can have a variety of ways including expressed into your favorite drink. Tea service is quite amazing! They steep it with a timer that they send with your tray. So you have your teapot with beautiful tea and a glass container. Your timer and a little cup. It's really fancy! Stay away from their turmeric tea because it's really spicy. It has ginger in it but it actually upset my stomach. I had to order a vanilla latte to calm down my tummy from the tea. That's where they really shine their homemade vanilla syrup has vanilla beans in it. Like you are actually kind of crunching of vanilla beans. It's really good. Their coffee is nutty and smooth and their latte is amazing! The staff is really friendly and expedient. The place is super clean! I will probably miss this place the most out of every place I've been in Denver! read more

We're new to the area and looking for a great spot nearby to get lattes and treats. This place was a little further away, but it had lots of great reviews. We ordered a dirty chai latte. The vibe was okay, the coffee was okay, the staff was friendly, but overall, it didn't hit the right notes for us. Even if closer, we likely would not return unless we were right in that area. I used to come here when it was Two Rivers, I love the location and the staff. It's still owned by the same guy who partnered up with a bigger venture, and still amazing! I am constantly surprised by the array of baked goods, new things constantly. And of course they are known for their beverages. I don't drink coffee but there are many things that I can indulge in- chai being my favorite. And back to the baked goods- I have never had anything bad here. I really enjoyed the cashiers and the quickness of service as well as the man barista on duty today! Their first Saturday donuts are a must! Get there early as they sell out (at times). Parking lot is generally full at those times but somehow manage to find a spot! I tried the matcha and it was okay, it was smooth and kinda watery. I know it's a newer drink so, they're probably still trying to perfect it! I enjoyed the chai too if I remember correctly though nothing special. Their pastries are quite good (cinnamon scone-yum!) Sweet Bloom Coffee always hits the spot! Instead of doing my usual chai tea latte I tried their signature drink the campfire cap. It was delicious but very small... I guess when I think of cap I think of cappuccino that tends to be in different sizes other than shot form. I still really enjoyed it but it felt like a lot of money ($6) for the small shot. I also tried their ham and cheese croissant... everything croissant with ham and cheese slightly warmed up.. yes please! We wanted to explore a new coffee shop in our area and had heard great things about Sweet Bloom. 10/10 recommend! When we rolled up, there was a line out the door (great sign), but it went really quickly! I got a latte, my husband got a cappuccino and my 3 year old got a milk steamer. We were very impressed with the quality of the coffee. We got a doughnut to share are it was excellent! Really great environment and friendly staff. This place is a suburban gem (when you walk in, you don't feel like you are in the burbs). A lot of seating inside and out! We came midday around 2:30pm. They have both indoor and outdoor seating with nice ambient music. There were people on laptops so definitely a great environment if you want to find a place to work. The environment had an urban feel. If you are looking for a cozy coffee shop, I would suggest going somewhere else. The latte had a cute horse design on it. My husband rated it 5 stars. I ordered a nitro brew ice coffee with oat milk. It was not as great as other nitro brews or cold brew I have had. It had a bitter/burnt taste. The store is also connected with a cute bakery. This is very good coffee. I have been on the road for about three weeks, doing a post-vax-see friends cross country road trip. I have stayed w my parents, who drink strong, but generic grocery coffee. I have stayed w my sister in law, who fell hard into the keurig and convenience plastic junk. I have tried donut shop coffee in rural east west north Texas out of desperation and failure to adequately plan caffeine stops and it was scarringly awful and diluted water coffee liquid. I did have a good coffee in Marfa, though. I have looked up S*arbuck$ off the interstate because it was easy and quick. But my dear audience, I am staying w friends in Arvada, and woke up earliest and thus said NO MORE to scrounging around for whatever coffee was present (I do think they have good coffee though, I'll see when they get up!). I looked up the nearest coffee. And by god, was it Sweet Bloom! A quick glance of the reviews (can't read too much before coffee) and I drove safely through the neighborhood to this spot. I grabbed two of the varieties of drip coffee they had, and it is so, so good. I bought an extra for whoever wakes up next but if no one does by the time I finish the first one, they're both for me. I live for good black coffee, the kind you don't need to add anything to because the beans are perfection on their own, and I have some apologies to offer my taste buds over the past three weeks.
