We always love a visit to Corvus, and the Arvada location is no exception. It's a great space with plenty of comfy seating, and I especially love the modern decor, the plants everywhere are gorgeous. The baristas clearly know what they're doing, and the service is friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed an iced Americano, a spicy sweet chai with almond milk, and a London Fog latte. My only gripe is that the gluten-free cookies are kept exposed right next to the non-gluten-free items. (Please stop doing this, cross-contact matters.) This was my first visit to Corvus. I had been wanting to go. I took my adult children with me on a Sunday mid morning. We were welcomed in and placed our order. The line was to the door by the time we left. We had originally planned to have our beverages there, but the seating was taken so we got our order to go. I had a latte with stevia, my son got their N'awlins Cold Brew and my daughter got an iced green tea. My son also chose an apple fritter and I got a ham and Gruyere croissant. My daughter did not want any food with her drink. I got my croissant warmed. The pastry was tasty. The latte was fine. My son liked his pastry and drink but didn't think he would choose that drink again. My daughter was not a fan of her tea. The interior is very nicely decorated. The people were pleasant. The beverages overall were ok. It is pricy so it may not be something that will have a return visit. read more

Corvus used to be my go to when I lived down South and would hit up the DTC location. We were in the area and swung by the Arvada location. It backs up to an open space right now with construction going on at adjacent townhomes being built. The shop itself is large with shelves full of beans, shirts, teas, chocolate, and other coffee related items for purchase. My husband and I shared an iced vanilla latte. It was disappointing, very weak and didn't taste like it had coffee in it, and seemed watered down. I know Corvus is capable of doing better, so hope it was a bad night and turns things around. read more

Great coffee (but expensive - like $7.20 for a 12oz vanilla latte - insane). Tasty unique pastries. Not a lot of plugs so not the greatest place to work, especially for a long period of time, but if your computer holds battery well they have good seating. I do wish they had a secure guest wifi network, though. Overall good once in awhile with a friend but not the best place to get work done. read more

I'm kind of a Corvus fan boy at this point. They make some of the best coffee in the entire Denver metro! Well, I just moved to a new part of town. And this Corvus location is pretty close to my new house. I didn't even know it existed until yesterday. From the outside, it looks fairly standard. When you walk inside, you're immersed to a a gorgeous open lay out with an abundance of seating and nooks and coffee-themed decor. One of the most beautiful coffee shops in town, hands down. Service was quick and the baristas efficient. Even though it was 22 degrees I ordered an espresso tonic. It's just so friggin' delicious, and it gets me to where I need to go. When I need to hunker down and get work done, I love sipping on this. As much as I love Corvus, the wifi is consistently a mixed bag for me. I'm not sure if it's because I need to have a secure network VPN. But it's not nearly as fast and reliable as other coffee shops in town. I do commend the layout of the space with 8 top community style tables for us remote workers. Additionally, they have beautiful chairs and little nooks for those who aren't working on their laptops. I see this as a place I will take many in person meetings. They even have a sizeable outdoor patio with lots of seating. I'll probably update this review to 5-stars in due time, but for a coffee shop that caters to people seeking wifi, I think there's room for slight improvements. We dropped in to buy some coffee before heading out to the trails. Yummy! We bought some cookies for the kids and some coffee for the grownups. The shop itself is bright with lots of natural light and has lots of available seating where there were plenty of people working diligently. It feels like a place where one could get work done without feeling so stuffy that I was self-conscious about taking four kids inside. The coffee itself is very fun and there is a wide variety of tastes. Our espresso was very fruity and almost too bright, but enjoyable nonetheless. I really liked the mocha here. The Nawlins iced coffee, not so much. I prefer my coffee dark and not acidic. The Nawlins iced coffee was very acidic. I loved their savory pastries. The Mediterranean one with olives - delicious. And the ham and cheese croissant was also delicious. Service was very good but both times I asked for the coffee for here and it was put in a to go cup. Even though my pastries were put on glass plates. I've seen people get coffee in glass cups. They had them so I don't know why. Also I'm not a huge fan of the communal tables. In the morning, half the cafe was in direct sunlight, making it miserable to sit there. Most everyone was at the communal tables out of the sun. They were hard to squeeze into. They need blinds or something as this place was quite small and half the seating was unusable unless you wanted to roast. read more

I want to start this review by saying I am a coffee person. Dunkin' Donuts and Ziggi's are always way too sweet for me. If I'm at Starbucks, but I usually decrease the sweetness level by half. I popped by yesterday and ordered a New Orleans Cold Brew. It was so freaking good! The coffee here is very smooth and the New Orleans Cold Brew was a dark roast with chicory and vanilla syrup. I added a little bit of almond milk, and it was perfect. One of my favorite coffee places is French Truck coffee, based out of New Orleans, and their NO cold brew is to die for! I'm so happy Corvus has a suitable replacement. If I lived closer, I would be here all the time. The interior is super cute, modern, and sunny. This is a great coffee shop for coffee lovers. Choose this over Starbucks if you're in the area! read more

Every Corvus location delivers a 10 out of 10 experience. I was happy to see this new location open up. I stopped in for my absolute favorite coffee, the nawlins. It's sweet, iced, and phenomenal. The baristas were so friendly and helped me pick out a perfect bag of coffee to take home with me. The pastry was honestly one of the best I've had in Denver. It was a blueberry almond croissant and was truly next level. This location has a very large patio area that's great for working remote or catching some sun. I really like having Corvus in our hood. It's a great place to grab a coffee and a pastry and relax. They have nice outdoor seating. My only hang up is that the chairs are incredibly loud when moved around on the cement floors. It would a much more ideal space if they could put some kind of sticky sliders under them. I think it would be awesome if they put cushioned seating outside for a more cozy seating situation. Like you're on a patio at your friends house or something. Bonus is they are open later than most coffee shops. They have a good amount of plugs for laptops and phones too. read more

Favorite coffee place. Their beans are a staple at my house - a little pricey but oh so worth it! I always opt for a cortado when I'm sitting in, love that they include the sparkling water. Cool vibe. Husband gets his beans from here. I don't drink much coffee so I like that they have different flavored coffee tonics that are sort of like a soda made from the flowers from the coffee plant (from what I recall..) They do not taste like coffee. Also they sell high end chocolate bars here, and have some samples out. Delicious! read more
