    Decisions, decisions....

I don't know why I slept on Huckleberry Roasters for the last 13 years that I've been here but.... glad I finally woke up to this wonderful coffee shop. Ambiance is bright and airy with the high ceilings and curving seated sections with pillows for added comfort ~ menu features local burritos from Bonfire and includes the veg/vegan options, which is perfect for me. There are also pastries that always entice me, but what I really want to try one day is, the lemon za'atar avocado toast. The coffee menu is not overrun with options - and that is a good thing. Two seasonal drink options are always up and the usual offerings otherwise. The syrup options are also minimal ~ vanilla, mocha, and seasonal. Again- I like this simplicity! Coffee beans are delicious ~ there are standards, of course, but also unique, specialty options stop in for a run. Today was an award winning bean, Majirane, from Democratic Republic of Congo that was incredible! And how about service? A+++ I've stopped here several times in the last two months and, every time, I have had great interactions with everyone. Today, Cass, stopped by to chat about the featured coffee bean and shared a small portion of the beans for me to take home ~ all because she overheard my convo with another team member to learn more about the coffee. That gesture speaks volumes on so many levels ~ you get the picture. If you have yet to try Huckleberry Roasters ~ learn from my mistake and stop in sooner rather than later...you will be glad you did!

This place is such a cute cafe spot! Love the art, decor, and seating arrangements. I would have given it 5 starts but I was not impressed that I had to wait 15 minutes for a medium matcha latte drink. They were busy but still....other than that, cute, friendly place. Clean. Parking around the neighborhood besides the business parking. Oh and they have drive thru services which was impressive!

Dam....that is some badass coffee. Had to drop someone off for a meeting and noticed Huckleberry. Stopped in and ordered a Cold Brew Coffee....probably THE BEST Cold Brew I have had. Super flavorful and loaded with caffeine....me Likey! Cute inside, drive thru, and great outdoor space to soak up the sun. You lucky wheatridge folks you.

Love the branding and vibe of this place! So colorful and vibrant Service was prompt. They have rishi tea which a lot of placing don't have in town. Got the dirty matcha (added espresso) lol Great place all and all.

Excited to see another coffee shop pop up in Wheat Ridge but here's why it gets 4 stars - honestly feels too much like a chain built for efficiency than a coffee shop that pays attention to what their customers are looking for. With the huckleberry brand on the front, i expected a coffee shop like the rest; cozy spaces built for connecting with others over a hot drink. instead, this feels like a fancy dunkin' mixed with a play place. the service was fantastic and the coffee did not disappoint, just not the place i would choose to grab a cup to catch up a friend. the drive through does set it apart from other coffee shops with comparable quality so if you're in a rush, i would highly recommend!

Huckleberry Roasters is a chain with a familiar and comfortable feel. Perfect ambiance for an elevated coffee experience. If you've tried their coffee, expect more of the same at this location. The baristas give off a boutique coffee vibe and the shop is filled with local plants. I can't say there's comfortable seating. You're going for the energy and the cool seating area setup. Keep expectations there and you have a five star experience! Also, there's great wifi that's consistent and strong (3 hours).

Best coffee ever. It actually tastes like coffee, the liquid, and not just burnt coffee flavored water like the big companies.

Connected to Seedstock Brewery off Colfax, we were able to spot the shop from the road, park on the street nearby, and make our way inside. The space is cozy, welcoming and offers seating for catching up with friends, to getting work done or simply soaking up the sun. Brew Culture offers both coffee, tea and fresh kombucha on tap! Once mom and I set foot inside, we headed to the counter to place our order - two different iced coffee (peanut butter and jam nitro cold brew and the Cinnamon Honey latte) and a glass of the peach ginger kombucha! The barista was so friendly and nice, complementing our orders upon receipt and whipping them up in a flash. He handed them over with a smile, making me smile in the process. We made our way to the patio to sit, chat, and try our coffees and nosh on the cookies we purchased. Everything was delicious, refreshing and totally hit the sweet treat spot! Pricing was on point and I would....and will, easily return!

I went in wanting to get a seasonal drink and was torn between the miso cardamom and pumpkin spice. The barista was super helpful and actually let me smell the different syrups to figure out what I wanted. I went with the miso cardamom and it tasted like banana bread! It was so very good! I'm still dreaming about it. They make their syrups in house and they're definitely known for having unique seasonal flavor combinations. There is some seating inside with plugs available to work on a laptop, and it wasn't too busy on a Monday afternoon. They roast their coffee and house so the interior smells incredible! Natural wine is available for purchase. They have breakfast burritos, seasonal waffles, pastries, and cereal. This is a good spot to grab a light breakfast and coffee. I'll certainly be back!
