They told me they prioritize the drive through orders before walk up even though I was there before 5 of the drive through orders that they made drinks for before mine. When I finally received it, I noticed a hair on the underside of the lid. They had to remake my drink because of it. What made the experience worse was the attitude from the employees. Instead of being apologetic or showing concern, they came across as dismissive, which made an already frustrating situation even more unpleasant. I understand that mistakes happen, but cleanliness and good customer service should be priorities. I hope this location improves both.

We paid at the front with the hostess. It was an extra $5 for 2 pieces of bacon. $2.50 per slice. Is that inflation or price gouging? This is the first time in my life I have never left a tip. I'm usually a really good tipper. And I feel bad about it, but I also want to be taken care of in order to give a tip for good service. This was not good service and the food was mediocre.
