Yum! Great menu offerings. I like how they offer small, medium or large as options for Pho as opposed to one size. Plenty of other options as well. Vn PHO is a gem of Firestone. The perfect spot for a warm meal this winter. Whenever the temperature drops this is my go to spot. The folks here make great rice plates too! My usual order is the P2. pho with beef flank and brisket (add some shrimp), with a side of shrimp/pork spring rolls. A Big Disappointment This used to be one of our favorites. On one visit I found the top of a seasoning shaker in my Pho. The owner said he didn't know anything about it. We stopped going. We gave them a second chance last night. The interior appeared a little rundown and dirty. I ordered a medium chicken Pho. It was terrible. No taste to the broth. The chicken was hard, cold, and old tasting. The rice noodles were in a big cold ball at the bottom of the bowl. I spent some time assessing it and made up my mind we were not going back. The other thing we noticed is the owner has a nail salon and tanning salon next door. The staff was going back and forth between these businesses and the restaurant. Others have experienced similar issues with the food such as hair in it. Someone should call the health inspectors. read more

Craving some pho and cheese wontons too, where do you go?! ++ VN PHO!! Enough with the rhyming. You get the picture. Having popped by VN Pho 3 or 4 times now, I can easily say they're as good as it gets! They're incredibly consistent, delicious, and friendly. I usually get the rare steak pho and crab cheese wontons - perfection! I think my only complaint is that the sweet and sour dipping sauce for the wontons is just a little on the runny side and lacks a little something in flavor. That being said, their delicious pho broth more than makes up for it! It is mouthwatering delicious. IYKYK, their broth is rich and flavorful every time, the meat is tender, the jalapeño is fresh, and the noodles don't clump together in an impossible to separate fashion. The restaurant is on the smaller side, but is rarely packed. Seems like they have a large to-go customer base, as they were a little behind on orders the last time I was in. I can't hold their popularity against them. They truly are delicious! Did I mention their prices are on point? Well, they are! Giving five stars for the only thing we tried but it was very tasty and a very big serving. We both had the Grilled pork and egg roll noodle bowl. The egg rolls were nice and crispy, the pork sliced in thin but very manageable slices and served with all the goodies of, lettuce, sprouts, peanuts, shallots, slightly pickled carrots, cilantro, noodles and the nuoc chom dipping sauce. I wish we lived closer but we will for sure go back when we are in the area. Happy that we used Yelp to find us a good place. read more

Came here after our flight to Denver for the week. From review, it looks like a decent place for lunch. My son had large pho ga (chicken), I had a large combination pho (think it was #7)? My wife had some stir fry beef with rice. The stir fry beef was tender and tasted good. But it was very saucy with lots of corn starch. The 2 pho size was on par for being large. But my beef didn't seemed to have enough meat to noodle ratio. And not pho noodles, it was over cooked in that when you use chopstick to pick it up, it just falls apart. It didn't have the proper texture expected. It's like one of those noodle soup that comes out of a can. These complaints are minor and I'm sure if it can corrected, this would be a solid 4 stars for sure. Taste wise, I have to say the pho in Texas and California are still far superior, but for Colorado, it really wasn't that bad. Has potential. read more

We cisited this restaurant to try out their Pho and other offerings. First of all, the service was fast and friendly. Second, the atmosphere was very pleasant and felt relaxed. As for the food, their Pho was really good with generous amounts of meat! I ordered the rare steak with tendon (a Vietnamese favorite). Most places that I've visited and ordered this pho combination gives you very little tendon. But here, not only did I get a generous amount of tendon but also got a very generous amount of meat. There was a little too much rice noodle in the pho, thus making the broth a little cloudy. But that wasn't a turnoff on any way. We also ordered their pork Vietnamese eggrolls. VN Pho seems to be always busy in the evenings and on weekends, but we are willing to wait because in our area, that is a sign of a great restaurant, since we don't have many that are consistently great. Excellent pho with tasty broth is hard to come by in Northern Colorado, but this place is superb, and rivals many of the great, authentic Vietnamese restaurants we have been to in Denver. They give you real small portions, and when we have ordered Pho for delivery they didn't send enough broth for the three orders. We got one container, and hardly any of the additions, we only got jalapeños and bean sprouts. We have picked up to-go from them 3 or 4 times in the last month or so and it's been fantastic every time. My husband has gotten the P1 pho each time and has always raved about it, and I go back and forth between the Firestone Noodle Bowl and Firestone Platter. Both are amazing, the flavor is incredible on all the meats and the noodles are great. The service is excellent as well. It's so nice to have something in this area that isn't fast food, so I really hope they do well. I haven't eaten in the restaurant but it's a very cute setup. I think it could only hold about 30 people (less with 6 feet distancing) but it's very clean and modern looking. Definitely check them out!
