Amazing food. The place was clean. Friendly staff. They also have a wide variety of items.

I've been going to Tu's Kitchen since they opened, and I've explored the menu extensively. I guesstimate I've tried 20 different dishes, and literally all of them are superb. Every dish, generous in portion size, has a great balance of flavors. It's clear to me that the kitchen prepares everything with love. My vegan wife also really loves their food. Don't be shy about asking for vegetarian dishes to be made vegan. The service is always friendly and quick. The chef often comes out to the dining room to confirm what a guest wants or to simply thank his diners. He is one of the nicest people I've ever met. Tu's Kitchen is a Vietnamese restaurant worth traveling to, but I'm very fortunate that it's near me. Oh, also be sure to try their sister restaurant, Chez Thuy, in Boulder. read more

Friendly, attentive staff! Every dish I've had here is tasty! Produces may appear to be on the higher side, but that's because the portions are huge and plentiful! read more

Exception, authentic food. This is Vietnamese restaurant with interesting choices. Not just the typical pho spot. Nice service as well

Absolutely five stars in every way. This is the place to go for truly delicious Vietnamese food. And, the owner and servers are so friendly! I have tried all of the highest rated places wherever I go or live (Portland, Seattle, Denver, Hawaii....) and this is by far the best I've found. The flavors are perfectly balanced, vegetables fresh and oh so tasty! We got the vegetarian egg rolls, mango salad, goi ga (chicken cabbage salad), and a tofu curry that blew our minds. Of the four dishes, it was the mango salad that was the stand out for me. So delicious. But the curry, too, was just magical in it's warm flavors. The menu is quite big, so we plan many future visits with hopes to try much more of the truly unique dishes on offer. Go here, you won't be sorry! read more

If you're looking for something different and of high quality, look no further. This was my first time at a Vietnamese restaurant. Everyone in our party of five was impressed and satisfied with their meals. The meats were all very tender and flavorful. The vegetables were all fresh. Nice and spicy Mongolian beef and some incredible peanut sauce with the best shrimp spring rolls I've ever had. A friendly staff in a relaxed environment. We will definitely be back. read more

Best Vietnamese food I've ever had, hands down. The pho broth is amazing and the portions were HUGE. I got chicken pho and added vegetables. The chicken wasn't chewy like most places around here, and the vegetables were cooked and seasoned. The Vietnamese noodle combo bowl came loaded with so much meat that was cooked perfectly and came with a huge container of fish sauce. The spring rolls - incredible. Huge container of peanut sauce and it was so tasty. I got tofu spring rolls and ones with cooked beef, both amazing. So glad I found this place, it wins by a mile. read more

Saw several five star Yelp Elite reviews and knew I had to try this place. Well... They were right! The food was amazing! Some of the best Vietnamese I've ever had! Service was super friendly and really fast! The restaurant was simply decorated but super clean. I'd probably drive to Denver just to try this place. read more

Really tasty food but the "new waiter" (he said) purposely overcharged us on our orders saying that there was a separate charge for the egg rolls in the bun bowls when the menu clearly states that it is part of the bowl, not an option! I pointed out the menu to him and he said the menu was wrong, then we pulled up the online menu and showed him that one and he made a pretend show of discussing it with the chef, whom we could clearly hear talking to someone else the whole time. Then he adjusted the price off the bill. I hope the owners are aware of this nonsense. He said he was new. Hmmmm. Wasn't born yesterday and made us not want to return. Check your bill when you get it to see if you are overcharged for the egg rolls. read more

Wanna try a new Vietnamese restaurant when I'm in town and so glad I did. I ordered bún mắm, which is rare to find in Colorado. And they did a good job, really flavorful. My friend got pho đặc biệt and she also loves it. The service is quick and friendly, definitely will come back to try other dishes. read more

This restaurant is beyond good. The chef is exceptional in every way and the food is an art form. Fresh veggies, creative sauces, tender meats, large servings and wonderful, friendly hosts. I used to go to a similar place in Boulder for over 20 years, guess what, that same chef owns this restaurant. Tu is a masterful creator of food. Best Vietnamese in the area. Quiet on a weekday. read more

From the boba smoothie to the Vietnamese egg rolls and entrees, the flavors did not disappoint. We tried some of the lunch specials , the best of which was the yellow curry with chicken. The service was very polite and friendly. The location is in a strip mall so there is plenty of parking. The decor is nice but not fancy. They played peasant Vietnamese music in the dining room which was enjoyable. read more

This is place has an incredible and unique menu. At first glance, the prices are a bit higher than the usual Vietnamese restaurants, but boy do the portions and taste make up for that. Portions are TWICE the size of most places. My wife had the curry noodles and I had the marinated grilled pork chops. Highly recommend this place. We'll be coming back read more

Excellent. Tasty fresh food. Friendly staff. Ordered a veggie spring roll for take out. Accidentally was given a shrimp spring roll. They quickly made the tofu spring roll and offered for me to take the shrimp home for the shrimp loving husband. They give a good amount of sauce! read more

Yesssssssss! A quality Vietnamese restaurant up north! This chef is not a new kid on the block. He's had years of experience at Chez Thuy in Boulder and our family often caters from him for our parties. His food is truly exquisite. Seasoning is truly authentic not like modern Americanized places. I am truly excited to see him break out and shine on his own! read more

What a great chance for me to get to this restaurant and had some awesome Vietnamese food! A group of 25 of us showed up here for our CHA-C Meet Up, and we were so happy to enjoy the food made for us. Menu is full of choices. Highly recommended if you are in the area. Even if you are not close by, take a drive and get here. The food here is amazing! The chef definitely delivers Vietnamese food cuisines. Thank you for hosting us. We will be back. read more

Amazing! Love the atmosphere and the food, they have the best crab rangoons I've ever had.

Love. Always good. Never disappoints. Every option available and I'm always content with them.

No idea how this place got as many good reviews as it did. We came in a large party and ordered various dishes. Starting with the famous pho... 1 star. The broth was not even pho broth. Literally some weird soup base with star anise and cinnamon. Second dish. Bun Bo hue. 1 star. They used the same broth as pho (which wasn't pho) and literally added some last minute lemon grass seasoning. 3rd. Bo kho. Diluted version with water of the second dish. With added carrots. Butchered dish. 4th. Fried noodle with combo proteins and veggies. Veggies weren't cooked. Grossest part was the mushroom. Came home w food poisoning. 5th. Bo lúc lắc. Okay.. too salty. 6th. Bo la lot. Decent. The dipping sauce made it tolerable. 7th. Fish sauce Chicken wings. The best dish here. I'm giving this place 3 high stars due to the nice ladies here for service. But will never return for food. This isn't Vietnamese food. I don't know the area well so I can't speak for broomfield but if you just drive down to viet town in federal area you'd at least experience authentic Vietnamese. read more

Everyone that i've met of the staff have been very kind people. The mango smoothie, along with the brisket pho and spring rolls make for an excellent meal! It's very cute inside, everything you need in a cozy little spot like this. I will definitely be becoming a regular here:) read more

I have been going to, and bringing friends to Tu's Kitchen practically since it opened. It is the best food, most friendly atmosphere, great service, and comfortable ambiance of any I have eaten at in the Denver area in over 50 years. They are my go to forever. If you've never tried the Tamarind chicken wings you are in for a wonderful surprise, not to mention the Pho, Oxtail soup, Catfish dishes, and the fabulous Green Papaya salad. Mmmm, it's hard to try everything on the menu because favorites keep being added, but it is a goal of mine! read more

Best Springs rolls I have ever had and everything else that we have had there is excellent

Heard about this place while getting my nails done. Amazing food, tastes and menu options. Service was incredible and the food kept coming out hot and fresh. Highly recommend eating at Tu's Kitchen. read more

One word sums it up for us - Delicious! Pho was very tasty, the broth had tons of flavor, the meat was so tender. We had the rare steak and brisket pho, both were excellent. The price was great for the portion size. Vietnamese iced coffee was bold, sweet and wonderful. We also tried the shrimp spring rolls, equally delicious. Service was friendly but a little slower paced than typical restaurants. Can't wait to go back again. This will be our new go to spot! read more

Wow!! Two full pages of vegetarian optons. We ordered the vegetable spring rolls and the tofu birds nest. The spring rolls came with fresh greens and bean sprouts - its neen years since I had them this way as most restaurants have stopped, including the greens (lettuce, mint, cilantro and basil). All the vegetables in the bird nrst were fresh. The menu has a typo as they are not served over vermecelli. read more

Tu's Kitchen is a nice addition this far north of Denver. It's in the spot where Golden Bowl used to be and the change in ownership was an upgrade in flavors. They slightly renovated and the interior looks and feels much nicer. Really enjoyed the bo la lot (beef in betel leaves). Very tender and good portion with great flavors. Only suggestion is they add more noodles to this dish as noodles somehow came really sparingly. 5/5 The large pho came with tons of broth and noodles, but meat and side veggies were on the stingy side. Broth was below average as well. It was bland and lacking. 2.5/5 Service was kind and outstanding! 6/5 Some of the menu's Vietnamese to English translations were really low effort and misleading. Examples: - Tom thit kho (caramelized shrimp and pork) was translated to shrimp pork hotpot. Ca kho (caramelized fish) was translated to fish hotpot. - Bun mam (fishy seafood noodle soup) was translated to just vermicelli soup. - Specifying quantity where it matters would also be helpful such as how many pieces of fried chicken wings each order comes with. They specified on a handful of dishes but left others out. A revision of the menu in the near future would be helpful. Would definitely return to try more dishes but most likely skip the pho based on this first impression unless they drastically improve it. read more

Amazing food!! We live in Boulder-and used to love Chez Thuy until the owner left and started Tu's. It is just like Chez Thuy used to be-or BETTER!! Only 20 minutes from downtown Boulder. Worth the drive!! The ambiance isn't a five star but who cares when the food is excellent!! read more

Me and my Dad went there. Oh my gosh! It was so good. We walked in and there was no one. I loved that you got to choose where you got to sit. We ordered the spring rolls with pork as an appetizer and I got a medium pho with chicken and my dad got a large pho with medium rare beaf. Defiantly recommend, just be aware that the medium and large are pretty big so make sure you are super hungry before ordering. Or you can even split a large. But no stress if you don't finish you can take it to go and have for lunch the next day. We did that and none of the broth was socked up by the noodles so it was perfect. Great family place. Go try it out! read more

1st time here to celebrate sister's day lunch get together. Place is steadily busy with people in and out as well as constant "take out" orders. Nice and cozy place with ample parkings. Service was great, constant water filling and cleaning up table after each dish served. Decent pricing! Quiet ambient for great conversation! Most definitely will be back to try out other dishes, especially vegetarian plates. read more
