I would give it a zero star if i could. First off, the food took forever to come out, even though I was the only customer inside. When I finally got my order, the fries were soggy and cold, and the burger was super greasy and just thrown together like no one cared. What really made it awful though was the manager. I'm pretty sure his name was Diego, and he was incredibly rude. When I politely asked about my order taking so long, he rolled his eyes and said, "It'll be ready when it's ready," in a really dismissive tone. Great burgers, tasty hotdogs, fantastic milkshakes, addictive French fries. What more could you want?! I usually order the Little Cheeseburger, "All the Way" toppings, and we split a large order of fries (bagged separately!). This is because bagging the fries separately minimizes the grease getting all over the napkins and foil wrappers of the burgers. If you're hungry while you wait, munch on some free peanuts! They have barrels of them sitting around for you to serve yourself until your food is ready. It's a ton of food when you eat from here, and eating here isn't for the carb-conscious, calorie-counting faint-of-heart folks. You come here because you embrace the "fat sweats"-- the inevitable "so-full-you-don't-want-to-think-about-food-again" kind of aches. It's super delicious! read more

Best Five Guys if you're Keto! I've been to many of the Five Guys in the area over the years but this one is hands down my favorite. For one, their service is top-notch. Kenny and his team are always friendly and they make hella great food. Also, if you're someone that prefers to get your burgers lettuce-wrapped, this location has consistently done a great job with preparing wrapped burgers. In many locations I've gotten absolutely pitifully wrapped burgers, and by the time you're halfway through, most of the burger has dropped out onto the foil.. Not here! I've always been impressed by their ability to make a lettuce-wrap burger that you can actually hold in your hands and eat without making a mess. Keep up the good work, guys! read more

One of my regular haunts now that I've embraced the keto/ultra low carb lifestyle! Consistent service, quality ingredients, and everything I could ask for to make customizing my meal painless. Out of dozens of phone or online delivery and pickup orders, only had a couple mishaps, once they forgot cheese, another time they added lettuce to my bunless burger. I've never been a fan of their fries, which quickly become cold and soggy, and start out with too much salt and not enough flavor. That said, I appreciate the alternative option of peanuts included free in the restaurant (and I can't have the fries anymore, anyhow!) Manager of store was hovering over raw food items without his nose covered by his mask. See below complaint from Katie G as only 25 days ago someone else had the exact same experience, so this is clearly not an isolated event. That manager (as noted by his black shirt) refused to disclose his name. Owner Robin Carst was unhelpful over the phone and told me I was 'unreasonable' at which point she made assumption I had never worked in a restaurant (Oh I have honey!!). She insulted her repeat client to excuse her employee's noncompliance with the county's heath and safety requirements. Thus, I have Reported this location to public health department of Broomfield. I was so disappointed last night. I ordered online so I just had to run in and grab our food. Everyone had on masks except one employee who I believe to be a manager because he was wearing a black shirt. He wore his mask down over his mouth but leaving his nose exposed. No wait when we came in, service was fast and friendly. You can snack on free peanuts while you wait and lots of seating. The only thing I didn't like was that there was too much salt on the fries, my boyfriend and I had a hard time finishing a large. I have had 5 guys burgers up and down the East Coast and not sure what to say about the one in Broomfield. It was still tasty and I loved the toppings which come in abundance as you tend to pick up yummy burger droppings from the wrapper.. However it was just missing that extra something, that really super bite or taste that sets a 5 Guys burger above the crowd. I have been their twice and both times were the same. They get two stars for speed, but my order was wrong. When I got there they were reopening my burger to add the grilled jalepenos. I got home (15 min drive) and my burger was missing the hot sauce. Not worth a drive back. I ordered a regular cajun fry since unplanned on sharing with my fiance, but I should have got a large. The cup was barely full and then at the bottom of the bag is a small sprinkling of fries. I finished my burger and all my fries and I am still hungry (normally a burger and small fry is too much). I could not believe how nasty and rude the kids who work at this place treated me this evening!! I came about a quarter til 10, had never heard of the place but really just thought a shake sounded great!! I ordered a shake and small fries. I didn't realize that they were closing until I walked out.. As soon as I sat down in my car, i realized after digging deep in my bag that not only did i have nothing for my fries, which were good, but just needed a little something - just so they weren't quite so dry at least, especially when I also had NO STRAW for my shake!!! :( I was already dying of thirst- literally the whole reason I popped in, let me just reiterate once more!! Now I'm telling you I noticed that I hadn't gotten any of these things literally as soon as I walked out the door.. I wondered if maybe it had been up to me to grab these things and I hadn't realized and certainly nobody bothered telling me!! Being barely 10pm, however, apparently they locked the doors behind me as I'd first walked out... I figured still that this was not a big deal, surely I could just grab the attention of one of the 6-8 kids all screwing around in there to jyst simply get a straw for me at least, RIGHT?? SEEMS REASONABLE I WOULD THINK!?? It was BARELY 10PM MIND YOU!!??? So, I knock on the door. I'm trying to just motion to my shake so they realize that I only needed a straw, real quick and easy solution, not a huge deal !!??? Stopped in this evening to grab some food ordered two drinks and two burgers. The drink machine is completely down yet they are still selling drinks knowing the macheine is down. Simply asked for a refund seeing that what I paid for isn't avavlible and the manager Evan states he can't refund me but can go check the machine out after yelling across the restaurant to a friend the machine dosent work good luck. Really good burgers, really good fries. (That's 5 stars for burgers & fries fast food category; it's not exactly a foi gras place.) I and my wife went there for lunch in the second week of this location's operation. By the way, their walls proclaim that this is a nationwide chain, with locations from Florida to Oregon. The place was packed. The grill area behind the order stations was also packed with cooks & helpers; hard to see how anybody could breathe there, much less move and make a burger. Nevertheless they manage, and do so really well. I had the regular, meaning double meat, cheeseburger and my wife had the small = single meat hamburger. Asked for mine "with everything, plus jalapenos." Their menu board lists about 20 toppings, all no extra charge, and "everything" means the first 10 of them. Jalapenos are in the second rank. I have to say this is the first time I've ever received food that looked just like the picture in an ad: Absolutely piled high. The meat was super flavorful, cooked perfectly, juicy and tender. My only complaint is that there weren't many jalapenos, but it really didn't matter. Other entree possibilities include a veggie burger, hot dogs, grilled cheese, and a few other things I don't recall. We shared a large order of home-made fries, also extremely flavorful. I really enjoyed them, and I'm not usually a fry guy. A sign on the wall indicated where today's batch of potatoes came from. (In this case, somewhere in Oregon.) We were advised that the large size for fries was appropriate for two people. Overestimate. We would have been satisfied with a small. Price: 1 regular (double) cheeseburger, one small (single) hamburger, large fries, one soda (I had water): $15.76 before tax. ($17.05 with tax) Service - well, it's fast food, so recalibrate what "service" means to that. On that scale, it's very good. You make your order, then wait for them to call your number so you can grab your bag. (Always a bag.) (Burgers are in double aluminum foil to stay warm.) The wait was short; it's not like grabbing a heatlamped McD burger, but clearly not much longer than it takes to fling down and cook a burger. If you're easily bored and can't take that much of a wait, there's a bag of free peanuts in shells available for you to scoop some out into a little paper dish and play with while you're waiting. This is a very welcome addition to this corner of the Denver suburbs. It has completely crossed Larkburger, down the street, off our list. I'd have added that it also beats out Smashburger (10 min away), since for me it does, but my wife isn't sure about that. read more

Came here 6:30 on a Friday night. Big line but it moved quickly. We ordered two burgers and fries. One burger came out medium, the other came out burned. Fries were soggy with grease and mushy on the inside. I.e. undercooked...oil was too cold. Fries were also unsalted. I wish I could say it was a fluke because I've had 5 guys at other locations and didn't have this problem. Its happened twice here. Recommend you go to a different Five Guys if you're after their burgers. read more

We've driven by many Five Guys restaurants and we finally stopped last evening. It was an hour before closing and the place was spotless. The restrooms were the cleanest we've seen at most restaurants and the atmosphere was quite pleasant. We told the assistant manager, Tina, that we had never eaten there and she proceeded to give us the grand tour of the menu. When we asked if they had fry sauce she said no but offered to make us some of her own recipe. We had the cajun fries and the combination was devine. I ordered their "little" cheeseburger which is much more than other burger joints and is well worth the $4.99 price. The burger is more like one I've had at Carl's Junior or Smash Burger. Use two hands and if you get all the toppings in black on the menu then some will be on your hands and foil wrap for sure. The fresh cut fries are apparently made from a special potato and they were delicious. All together, my wife and I spent $17.70 and couldn't finish our meal. We'll be making this one of our weekly stops whenever we feel like burgers. read more
