Had a great corn dog here! Big hot dog fan, usually go with traditional but feeling hungry. The batter tasted very crispy and sweet, like a honey bread. They have a variety of toppings, but it was sunny out so a corn dog with mustard felt like a summer day at the fair! Staff was nice and you can tell they go through a lot of people. The store is right off Arapahoe and has a good amount of parking. Inside is more fast food but with TVs, so kind of sports bar ish too. Like a cool hangout. I'll be back soon for more flavors!

Mustards is one of those great places to go when you want a classic dog and a treat. The chicago dog traditional style is a classic. The chili dog with white onions is as close to an east coast chili dog that I know of in boulder ( i know its not the same but its as close as you get here). Fries are a big helping so count on bottom bag bonus fries. Ordering on the phone and pickup at the outside window is a great way to go. This place is totally worth it.

Disgusting, clearly used chili that isn't fresh and the dog felt like it was made out of silicone.

Great value. A lot of food.

This place is a solid four stars and in my opinion five for the food. It's small and older with no real parking available but if you're from Chicago and crave a Chicago style hot dog or Italian Beef then you definitely found the right place. Was in the area for the Boulder Creek Festival. I have eaten here before but really didn't know they served Italian beef. I got the large and was in a food coma afterwards. LOL. The manager was great and chatted us up on all things Chicago. The prices are on point compared to other food establishments in the area. Clean, friendly and fantastic food, this place is a must!

fantastic hot dog. great for a birthday party! quick snack kinda vibe. workers are also very kind and quite cute

    Polish sausage

Do yourself a favor and get the Polish sausage with everything on it. It was SO GOOD!!! I will be back for another one as some point, I want to try the German brat but it will be hard to pass up the Polish sausage because it was delicious. The fries were OK. I'm not a big fan of hot dogs, so I avoided this place for years. I was surprised to find other options than hot dogs on the menu. It's a small space with limited seating. Service was good,, we didn't wait long for our food.

Most classic nostalgic place in boulder that I've found

Best atmosphere & food in Boulder ! Such a classic get out of your car and take a moment to just fully embrace just how nostalgic this place is ! Food always consistent and never disappoints, The only way you're leaving here unhappy is if you didn't order enough food! And tip your staff they are working hard pumping out magic in a super tight space nothing but props to the whole team here @ Mustards last stand

Great for Chicago style dogs and yummy burgers. Perfectly fried hand cut fries. My kids love eating here. Get a blanket and eat by creek.

Good burgers, solid crew. I could probably throw down 4 of their hotdogs on a nice day if my wife wouldn't flip shit if I did.

Good service. Food was less than you'd expect. The staff were hilarious and this guy had to check my ID every time I ordered a beer. Odd.

Some colleagues and I popped in for a late night cocktail. They also had some limited snack items available, so we decided to order a soft pretzel because, when in Rome! It was delicious. Crunchy on the outside but soft and pillowy on the inside. I loved the cheese that came with it! To drink I went with a hugo spritz. Kind of random for a biergarten, I know. But I wanted something light and refreshing. This did just the trick! Our server was kind and attentive. I imagine if I lived here, this would be a part of my rotation. Such an awesome spot!

Very European-equse with all of its character... Original brick work, wooden beams, big ol' ceilings, arched doorways, etc. Didn't get a chance to peak in the back but heard it's something to return for. Instead, we sat near the front at one of the long, communal wooden tables nears. Service was speedy and friendly. I went for the watermelon marg and it literally came with a big ol' watermelon as a garnish. Super refreshing overall. Beir is more their main attraction though, so no doubt that's to be enjoyed. Here's to returning next time I'm in town to try the food menu too.

They have hot dogs, Polish, Italian sausage, and fries too. All the necessary condiments to make you happy. Always out during the day. He retired again and sold the business about 7 or 8 years ago and I believe it has been through a few ownerships by now. It is not what it was in so many ways but it is still an OK dog and hits the spot when the craving occurs. Customer service and value are a bit lackluster though the new owner has a newer, bigger wagon with more of a kitchen and menu. Also, the busy, crazy holiday event on Pearl is probably not a fair time to truly evaluate his potential, so I will try again soon. The wagon was unoccupied when we arrived, with no sign to customers about a return time and neither of the booth operators on either side had a clue where he went or when he would be back. I understand a solo operator needs to leave occasionally but a posted note would have been nice. We waited awhile and then wandered the event some and went back about 20 minutes later and he was serving. He was out of the grilled beer brat my husband had wanted, had a very busy lunch crowd apparently and he was understocked. We both ordered hot dogs with toppings which were quite fresh and tasty but the toppings were very skimpy. The buns still have the poppy seed top. Now, I do have to say, he is still offering dogs for $3, I think about what Eddie was selling at a decade ago. But food costs go up, so if you plan to use Eddie's reputation for a well endowed dog, price accordingly so there is some substance to it. Maybe he normally does but was running out on the holiday, I am not sure, but it is not the same as Eddie! Please consider raising the price a bit to reflect the real cost of space on Pearl and plentiful servings. I am sure you will still have lots of customers. No one can replace Eddie's dynamic personality but the food should not be hard to duplicate.
