Exactly what you want it to be. Got a corn dog and some fries and sat at the little bench inside that faces the street outside. It's cozy, yummy, they have sweet staff members and amazing nostalgic vibes.

Had a great corn dog here! Big hot dog fan, usually go with traditional but feeling hungry. The batter tasted very crispy and sweet, like a honey bread. They have a variety of toppings, but it was sunny out so a corn dog with mustard felt like a summer day at the fair! Staff was nice and you can tell they go through a lot of people. The store is right off Arapahoe and has a good amount of parking. Inside is more fast food but with TVs, so kind of sports bar ish too. Like a cool hangout. I'll be back soon for more flavors!

Mustards is one of those great places to go when you want a classic dog and a treat. The chicago dog traditional style is a classic. The chili dog with white onions is as close to an east coast chili dog that I know of in boulder ( i know its not the same but its as close as you get here). Fries are a big helping so count on bottom bag bonus fries. Ordering on the phone and pickup at the outside window is a great way to go. This place is totally worth it.

Great value. A lot of food.

This place is a solid four stars and in my opinion five for the food. It's small and older with no real parking available but if you're from Chicago and crave a Chicago style hot dog or Italian Beef then you definitely found the right place. Was in the area for the Boulder Creek Festival. I have eaten here before but really didn't know they served Italian beef. I got the large and was in a food coma afterwards. LOL. The manager was great and chatted us up on all things Chicago. The prices are on point compared to other food establishments in the area. Clean, friendly and fantastic food, this place is a must!

Disgusting, clearly used chili that isn't fresh and the dog felt like it was made out of silicone.

fantastic hot dog. great for a birthday party! quick snack kinda vibe. workers are also very kind and quite cute

    Polish sausage

Do yourself a favor and get the Polish sausage with everything on it. It was SO GOOD!!! I will be back for another one as some point, I want to try the German brat but it will be hard to pass up the Polish sausage because it was delicious. The fries were OK. I'm not a big fan of hot dogs, so I avoided this place for years. I was surprised to find other options than hot dogs on the menu. It's a small space with limited seating. Service was good,, we didn't wait long for our food.

Most classic nostalgic place in boulder that I've found

Best atmosphere & food in Boulder ! Such a classic get out of your car and take a moment to just fully embrace just how nostalgic this place is ! Food always consistent and never disappoints, The only way you're leaving here unhappy is if you didn't order enough food! And tip your staff they are working hard pumping out magic in a super tight space nothing but props to the whole team here @ Mustards last stand

I got the Single Classic Burger. It's a smash patty with a good crust and crispy edges, American cheese melted all the way to the corners, and pickles for a little bite. The bun was soft and held up to the last bite. The beef comes from their own regenerative ranch, Corrida Cattle Co., and you can taste the difference. For eight bucks, it's honest value. The Tallow Onion Rings are the real star. They're fried in beef tallow the old-school way, crunchy outside, sweet onion inside, and a big portion. They're not greasy, and they don't have that frozen-bag taste. I'd come back just for these. I washed it down with a Coke in one of those can-shaped glasses. Andrew took care of me and was quick and friendly. It's a clean space with good lighting, and my order was out fast. Heads up: there's a 2.5% market fee on every check. It's small, and they print it right on the menu, so no surprises. Bottom line: quality ingredients, fair price, and no nonsense. I'll be back, and I'll probably bring the crew.

It is almost always closed when we got to Starbucks so sharing some of the parking is not problem. Some mornings they open at 8am, some at 9am. Starbucks is through a good deal of their morning traffic by then. Order ahead is available at Taco Bell now like most fast food options. You can park and go in to pick up or pick up at drive thru which is what we decided to do. The line was fairly long as many people still order at the speaker/kiosk. It moves slowly. If we do go back, we will try the other method and see if it is any quicker. The food selections have increased a lot as we have seen in their advertising over the years. The new thing we tried and perhaps our favorite part of the meal, was the Nacho Fries, and since you can customize everything, we added the black beans. Meat and cheese already in the basic option. We ordered the Taco Supremes, which were OK. We also got some cinnamon crisps and some of the Cinnabon balls which look like donut holes filled with frosting. My husband loved those. I did not try them, not a frosting fan. The twists were a flimsy attempt at churros, but I will eat cinnamon on anything. But I do remember those from the past. Our decision is that it was OK, better than we had expected. The prices seemed fair and we had plenty for two for under $20. But not nearly as quick as we had wanted.

The workers wanted to be smart. They're very rude. Did not give me what I ordered. Left me without…read morefood.

We got enough food to feed a lot of people and the crazy part was that they got the order right the first time and everything out so fast to us. Some of the things I tasted included the buffalo chicken sandwich, cheeseburger deluxe, wild fries, the cherry lemonade, and the banana milkshake. The cherry lemonade was excellent and well worth switching from Dr. Pepper (it tasted very fresh). The banana milkshake was also the perfect texture and had just the right amount of ice cream and bananas. The buffalo chicken sandwich was a bit soggy and could have had more lettuce/veggies in it. The cheeseburger had thick cheese in it, the patty was crispy, and the bun was soft yet crispy --it was delicious. However, I think there was too much lettuce in it, compared to the amount of other veggies. The "wild" fries tasted just like regular-seasoned fries, and I didn't think they were anything special. We had a lot of food for under $60, and the service was fast and accurate. It was a very enjoyable meal!

They have changed their Bunz to a lower quality bread which I threw half away. The meat is thinner and the lettuce was shredded rather than slabs of leaves that made it taste so good.
