Had a great corn dog here! Big hot dog fan, usually go with traditional but feeling hungry. The batter tasted very crispy and sweet, like a honey bread. They have a variety of toppings, but it was sunny out so a corn dog with mustard felt like a summer day at the fair! Staff was nice and you can tell they go through a lot of people. The store is right off Arapahoe and has a good amount of parking. Inside is more fast food but with TVs, so kind of sports bar ish too. Like a cool hangout. I'll be back soon for more flavors!

Mustards is one of those great places to go when you want a classic dog and a treat. The chicago dog traditional style is a classic. The chili dog with white onions is as close to an east coast chili dog that I know of in boulder ( i know its not the same but its as close as you get here). Fries are a big helping so count on bottom bag bonus fries. Ordering on the phone and pickup at the outside window is a great way to go. This place is totally worth it.

Disgusting, clearly used chili that isn't fresh and the dog felt like it was made out of silicone.

Great value. A lot of food.

This place is a solid four stars and in my opinion five for the food. It's small and older with no real parking available but if you're from Chicago and crave a Chicago style hot dog or Italian Beef then you definitely found the right place. Was in the area for the Boulder Creek Festival. I have eaten here before but really didn't know they served Italian beef. I got the large and was in a food coma afterwards. LOL. The manager was great and chatted us up on all things Chicago. The prices are on point compared to other food establishments in the area. Clean, friendly and fantastic food, this place is a must!

fantastic hot dog. great for a birthday party! quick snack kinda vibe. workers are also very kind and quite cute

    Polish sausage

Do yourself a favor and get the Polish sausage with everything on it. It was SO GOOD!!! I will be back for another one as some point, I want to try the German brat but it will be hard to pass up the Polish sausage because it was delicious. The fries were OK. I'm not a big fan of hot dogs, so I avoided this place for years. I was surprised to find other options than hot dogs on the menu. It's a small space with limited seating. Service was good,, we didn't wait long for our food.

    Chicago Style Hot Dog yummmmmm!!!!!

Best atmosphere & food in Boulder ! Such a classic get out of your car and take a moment to just fully embrace just how nostalgic this place is ! Food always consistent and never disappoints, The only way you're leaving here unhappy is if you didn't order enough food! And tip your staff they are working hard pumping out magic in a super tight space nothing but props to the whole team here @ Mustards last stand

It is a rare find in Colorado! Snarfburger had four guys working between the counter and the grill and they were busy on a Sunday. There were six seats inside and about six picnic tables outside. The menu is posted on the wall, offering customizable burgers, five speciality burgers (all double patties) like the Bacon Guac (with hot sauce), The Hatch (hot peppers), Hot Island (hot peppers and 1,000 island), Spicy A1 (hot peppers & A1), and Triple B (grilled onions, bacon, bbq, and the burger). They also offer veggie burgers and gluten free buns, hot dogs, a chicken sandwich, fried bologna, BLT, grilled cheese, and milk shakes. The French fries, onion rings and tater tots came out of the fryer hot, crispy and perfect. The Hatch was flavorful and beefy, wonderfully messy with a nice balance of different spice from the hot sauce, pepper jack, the hot peppers and the green chilies. The regular snarfburger with cheese was a single well-done patty. Note: add avocado or sauce and request a thick slice of tomato because without it, it was dry like a low-fat 90/10 beef and not 80/20. Service was fast and great. Malted strawberry milkshake was thick as a brick and great. Atmosphere was great. I think I saw them feed a guy who needed a meal and I appreciate what an asset they are to our community.

Still an iconic spot for great burgers! Tried the Maui Wowie and it was great post hike.read more

Neither of us could finish that amount of meat, no matter how tasty. The lettuce and tomato was ample and fresh, the cheese nicely melted, the special sauce quite messy though so very tasty. Worth trying for sure but made for bigger appetites. Lots of screen if you want something to watch. Friendly efficient staff. Just a little more variety would be nice. I'm a creature of habit once I find the menu items that appeal to my palate and belly. I'll likely just add more pickles and onions to up the deliciousness. And I'll get some extra special sauce on the side to dip my fries in. It's super tasty! I will try the onion rings next time just to mix it up. I'm usually a beer or wine gal but this g&t was recommended and it's the perfect accompaniment on this warm day. Cheers to the crushed ice too. IYKYK So glad to have this in Boulder and on Pearl. Nothing, absolutely nothing. ++ There's a variety of ways to further customize your meal, whether it be adding toppings, sauces, or swapping out the grass-fed beef patty for a chicken or veggie patty. ++ Did I mention they offer up some additional specials to add a little something different from time to time? It was just what my sweet potato fries needed. -- The only drawback we experienced was brief uncertainty over whether they were actually going to be open during our visit. Sounds like the hours may fluctuate a bit from day to day. Not what our grumbling bellies were wanting to hear. So glad that ended up not being the case.
