I visited on a Saturday night and chose to use a scooter instead of driving after drinking. I was denied service in the drive-thru and wasn't offered another way to order. I understand "safety" policies, but it was frustrating to make the responsible transportation choice and still be unable to get food. I watched the drunken fool in front of me barely make it through the drive through, scraping the curb multiple times as she finally got to the intercom to make her order. I understand that this may be a company policy, but the fact that they disincentivize safe transportation practice rubbed me the wrong way. I've gotten so much food at this location throughout the years I've lived here, but after the snarky remark I got from the young lady working here on 4/26/2026 at 2:00am about not being able to serve me because I was responsibly riding a scooter, I will never be getting Wendy's ever again. Highly recommend Taco Bell right next door, great people over there who have compassion towards responsible human beings (the taco bell employee and I chatted about how inconsiderate Wendy's was for rejecting me. Fries have a good, but not great, outside crispness to inside softness ratio; could be crispier. Unpeeled potatoes are used. Sizing is a bit uneven. Salting is a bit too light for my tastes. Ketchup is much too sweet, overpowers the whole dish. The quantity to price of fries felt like a good value. Overall, perfectly decent fries, a good option in a pinch. read more

This really just be a negative zero star! Absolutely horrible service and food! I normally love Wendy's... But this location is terrible... food and service. I asked for my burger with no tomato and no ketchup. After I paid for it, I pulled over in the nearby parking lot to eat and took one bite into the burger only to discover it had ketchup and tomato on it. I am allergic to tomatoes so I asked for it to without these. And also btw, the patty itself was cold. So I went back through the drive-thru, explained what happened and he asked me to show him my burger... I was very surprised because usually it's a health hazard to take food that's been eaten back through the window and I mentioned that to him and he said, "Lady, if you want me to fix your order, you have to hand me your burger!" WOW. Because his attitude was so bad I told him I'd just like a refund. Well, he grabbed the burger bag out of my hand, and my card, and instead of refunding me right away he took my card and my burger to the kitchen cook. We're getting into a battle about this whole situation right in front of me And I called him through the window and told him he still had my credit card and I would like my card back and he still went on arguing with the cook! So I once more asked for my card back and a woman overheard me and came to the window and asked how she could help me. She announced that she was the manager so now I had to explain the whole thing over again to her. She left the window to go get my card and it took another couple of minutes because now all three of them were arguing until he handed her my card! I FINALLY got my card back and the refund. But what a JOKE! I understand this is the norm for this particular store and I'll never be back again. I strongly recommend you don't give it a try. Went with boyfriend on our way to Rocky Mountains, would usually never submit a review about fast food but this was amazing! Crowded but the line moved fast, very efficient and the food was amazing! 19 September 2023. On entry to Wendys at Baseline, Boulder, Co, I was second in line. After ten minutes I was second in line. The staff looked very busy but in ten minutes not one of them looked at the growing line of customers inside the restaurant. Then one member of staff announced that she could not accept any orders at the counter so orders must be placed via the touch screen order system. So why did she or some other staff member not say the ten minutes ago? I asked the question but there was no satisfactory answer so I walked out and went next door. service at this Wendys was fast and the cashier was not as absent minded as they usually are. I ordered a JR Deluxe Cheeseburger and it was overcooked about the same size as a slider sold elsewhere. But I dont expect much from fast food places, as long as my food is good and I get it within a decent amount of time. Went through the drive through and they yell at my mom because she couldn't hear them over the loud traffic even though us in the backseat could not hear them either and we had our windows fully down. It sounded like they were whispering into the microphone when they went to go get one of their co-workers. He started screaming into the microphone and yelling at my mom and when we pulled through to the window they were being really rude and kind of just like through our food at us. read more

It kills me that I'm giving Wendy's a five star but they are one of my guilty pleasure and if your gonna choose a fast food place to indulge this location should be it. I've been to a lot of Wendy's across the country and this one always has friendly service and they've never gotten my order wrong through a ton of visits. Plus the older gentleman who works here is always very gracious and welcoming to anyone who walks in. Something else I should add is that I've only been here during the daytime hours and walked in, no drive thru. The food here is standard fast food affair, but they always switch up their menu items and have a great value menu selection. The food here is crap compared to most real restaurants but I mean for fast cheap food they get it right. I'm not expecting much when I come into Wendy's so when I come to and get a frosty burger and fries and I leave satisfied I take it as a win. This Wendy's is a great option for travelers and high people, but don't expect anything culinarily life changing from this place whatsoever. The only thing that is spot on is that the daytime service is great and attentive. I'm giving this place 5 stars because dammit I love Wendy's a hell of a lot! read more

No longer has the Value Menu. The 'special' requires the drink, which adds the Boulder excise tax. This makes the $4 deal $6 after taxes. 50% tax is too much. As a Senior, the oversize ala carte sandwiches are too much, especially if you add fries or other side. The Value Menu used to give me the choice of the smaller portions and sides, without the 50% tax penalty. read more

I was doing DoorDash here and I saw the line was very very long so I parked and walked up to the window and they told me I had to go through the line so I did. I pulled up to the window and told them my DoorDash order and the lady said I had to go through the line AGAIN so I said absolutely not. Then she went over to the manager and they where obviously making fun of me and she was mocking me. Then the older guy walked up to the window and instantly started mocking me and making fun of me for door dashing. I have never been treated so horribly at a place in my life. Then I waited another ten minutes in the parking lot, making it 40 minutes and when I got the orders they ripped off the bottom half of the receipt so I couldn't see the names or orders. I really hope someone higher up get this because I manage a different fast food place as my main job and I would never treat someone like that. read more

Have been here on 3 separate occasions now and each time they have completely messed up my order. Each time I use the drive thru and each time they get something wrong. Most recently they messed up my order on a #1 combo meal. Even after I corrected the individual who took my order. It's as if they could care less about getting your order right or what you truly want. Additionally, their inability to fill your fries is a weak attempt at best. Even if you ask for a medium your lucky to get enough fries to qualify as a regular. Plus the drinks most time are not filled to the top. I've even had them look at it before serving and still give it to me well below full and then act put out if you ask them to top it off. The workers they have serving at night need some serious retraining and the attention to detail on orders needs to be handled by someone with some competence. I go here once in awhile for the convenience of getting food while at work but I think I've learned my lesson. 3 strikes and your out!!! read more

Great management, awesome employees, good teamwork in the kitchen, and clean facilities! I say great management because every time I come to this place they seem to be well staffed. Today they triggered me to write a review because I was so amazed by the speed in which I got the food. The parking lot was full and every table in the house was being used. I thought to myself that I would be waiting 5-10 minutes to get my food. I ordered and the food was ready before I even got to the drinking station. I waited more to serve my drink than for my food. :) (This is so incredible because they had constant traffic, and they were operating efficiently and effectively. People were moving like ants and they were getting warm and fresh food.) When I sat to eat my food I decided to study how they work and noticed the drive thru was constantly moving. It was fast I tell you. The people coming in the lobby received the same speed that I did. Beyond the speed this restaurant really cared to keep the lobby clean. A gentleman was cleaning tables and the serving stations, so above their speed was their hospitality! This Wendy's fast food location amazed me and they deserve recognition for how well they work! I'm a business student at Leeds and this taught me something I can't learn in the classroom. I hope to carry this experience with me to the real world after graduation. I'm so happy for the employees that work there, because they're not receiving the complaints tha other fast food places receive in response to being understaffed. Out if all the fast food restaurants I have visited, this one is the best by far! The employees are always so friendly and I have never had one complaint about my food. They get my order right every single time. I visited there today to get a strawberry iced tea and Jack served me at the window. He is always so polite and professional. Most of the time I go through drive through but the few times I have been inside, the tables and bathroom have always been clean (which is a huge deal and unfortunately somewhat rare especially at a fast food place). So I'm walking with my friend coming from some long function and all we want are Frosties. We get to this Wendy's and they're closed for dining but not for drive through. So we go to the drive through and we're talking to the thing saying all we want are some god forsaken Frosties we have money we just want Frosties to go. They don't answer us and as we're leaving to go get stuff at a better restaurant they're staring at us like the rude people they are. Awful customer service and they just lost some customers.
