I came to Chick-fil-A after taking my sick daughter to the hospital and was hoping to drive through while she took her nap but the person that was taking my order IPAD had went down and I sat there for almost 20 minutes waiting for them to take my order while they struggled to get support and figure it out. Two people eventually came out And didn't say a word to me. They barely helped the kid. I'm not sure why the guy who is taking the order in the other lane didn't come over and take mine, but I proceeded to watch upwards of 10 cars to go past me to get their food. The guy that was taking my order was pretty young so maybe he didn't think about it. he seemed a little shaken up by his tablet, not working also mentioned his hands were freezing cold and they were not allowed to be under the heater for some reason.seemed a little cruel to me. You guys might want to give them gloves. I was able to give him some hot packs that I had in my car for his hands, and he was very grateful and always very kind. Nobody offered their apologies except for the guy who took my order and once I finally got my food my kid was waking up and once I ate it a few minutes later, the chicken was completely over fried and inedible really except for a very small portion of it, so I am shocked that this Chick-fil-A food was so bad and is not supporting their staff the way that I expect a company like them to do. Also Shocked they didn't offer apologies for the wait nor any kind of additional compensation for the trouble. I was just telling the owner the other day what an awesome location it is, and these kind of experiences kind of change the way I look at it

The little bucket of chicken we got was scalding hot... but SO greasy we all picked at it. When we gave up on eating and went to wash our hands the women's bathroom had one working toilet and the paper towels in the trash had spilled over onto the floor.
