I came to Chick-fil-A after taking my sick daughter to the hospital and was hoping to drive through while she took her nap but the person that was taking my order IPAD had went down and I sat there for almost 20 minutes waiting for them to take my order while they struggled to get support and figure it out. Two people eventually came out And didn't say a word to me. They barely helped the kid. I'm not sure why the guy who is taking the order in the other lane didn't come over and take mine, but I proceeded to watch upwards of 10 cars to go past me to get their food. The guy that was taking my order was pretty young so maybe he didn't think about it. he seemed a little shaken up by his tablet, not working also mentioned his hands were freezing cold and they were not allowed to be under the heater for some reason.seemed a little cruel to me. You guys might want to give them gloves. I was able to give him some hot packs that I had in my car for his hands, and he was very grateful and always very kind. Nobody offered their apologies except for the guy who took my order and once I finally got my food my kid was waking up and once I ate it a few minutes later, the chicken was completely over fried and inedible really except for a very small portion of it, so I am shocked that this Chick-fil-A food was so bad and is not supporting their staff the way that I expect a company like them to do. She just blankly looked at me and said that she was unaware and had no communication about any Sunday 10 am pick up orders. At that minute, I went into panic mode and started to think where I needed to go to buy chicken or order something else that wouldn't take too much time to wait as my niece's graduation was going to start in an hour! She quickly took charge and told me not to worry and that she thinks she can help me fulfill my failed order as there were chicken cooking already. She asked me what my order was that I placed with Leon. I told her and she said she can do it as they already started cooking some chicken since 9 am and the chicken is about to be done and to give her like 10 mins. Oh my gosh! Nellie saved the day!!! Thank you for being professional, a quick thinker, and taking away my panic. While I had to wait, she offered me and asked if I would like a drink and I took her up on it. When she got my orders ready, she told me that she felt bad about the failed order and said she threw in a few extra pieces of chicken for me. Nellie went above and beyond in customer service! Another customer came in and waited at the counter for over 5 min without anyone coming back up to take his order, he left. The soda machine had no ice and the soda was all flat. We had to ask for ice and drink to be filled ay the counter (no big deal). I noticed that we were the only ones in the dining room area, which had multiple filthy tables and both the trash bins were spilling over. At this in time I assumed maybe we had just missed the dinner rush... after 24 minutes of standing and waiting another gentleman came in. He told me he had gone through the drive thru -35 minutes ago and was told to "pull around to the front and his food would be right out". Needless to say we both watched the front counter girl ignore us and take selfies and play with her pink phone. I finally received our order after almost 30 minutes ... and I wish I hadn't. It was awful. The mashed potatoes were cold, the macaroni and cheese was old, the biscuits were so dry they wouldn't pull apart but crumble into a heap. The little bucket of chicken we got was scalding hot... but SO greasy we all picked at it. When we gave up on eating and went to wash our hands the women's bathroom had one working toilet and the paper towels in the trash had spilled over onto the floor. I will never go back, and I feel extremely lucky that all we left with was a feeling of "ick" and a slightly upset stomach.

I do not recommend ordering anything from their cold items or deli menu (chicken salads, fruit cups, etc.) because I have ordered items multiple times that have had mold on them or wilted/brown lettuce leaves. When you bring this up or try to return these items it takes them a long time to fix the issue. You can tell that some of the food items are usually left premade and sitting because they want to improve their efficiency and delivery speed metrics that they struggle with (fun fact: you can see their charted performance when you pull into the drive thru and look into the window... judge for yourself if it is a winning number). There were "frowny faces" scribbled on the margins. Additionally, they do not offer allergy substitutions and when you press on this issue, they're reluctant to make a salad without cheese or a breakfast burrito or sandwich with egg whites vs yellow egg. I have received items with cheese/dairy in them even though I have a dairy allergy; I cannot eat these items and usually end up giving them away and wasting my money and time... even though I requested "no cheese" on their app or in the drive thru window. There are better Chick-fil-A's in the area that offer better quality food, cleaner location, and a faster + higher quality service. It might be worth the additional 5-15 minutes to go to those locations instead of coming here. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment from a "fast food" place like this.
