Slowest service I've had at any drive through, and I was the only car there. I don't typically review fast food places, although when there's something that needs to be said I won't shy away from a review. Staff was friendly, but I don't get why it took 20+ minutes for some food through the drive through. In the end the food was warm, tasted fine, service was just really slow. read more

This was the worst food I've had in a long time. Not sure what kind of meat they used but it is gross.

i'm sorry but i paid 3$ for an extra side of cheese and this cup is 3oz big. the amount it says on the website is 3oz of cheese for 2.99$ i work in a restaurant where i fill sauce cups constantly where i work and it should be full if its 3 oz. like wtf is this. read more

Carl's Jr - "3 oz cheese sauce" - Burgers Near Me - Westminster, Colorado

The food is not cooked properly. The fries have been hard and cold all three times I went the last few months. They are understaffed! When I drive to the window, they tell me to pull around. Even if I ordered online, I still wait over 15 minutes for my food each time. They have never got my order correct. My beyond burger was burnt last time. So sad because CJs used to be the best. read more

Eh. Burger wasn't like the thickburgers I remember growing up. Milkshake was mixed so horrible and way too much artificial strawberry pink mix was added. Drive thru was very icy so be careful in Winter conditions even if other roads are plowed. read more

Service was ok but food was not. Only 3 people working, one in kitchen, and the other two were bouncing around between front and drive through and seemed stressed. Chicken tenders were hot but small and greasy; fries were gross, soggy and cold. The amount of money we pay for a meal you would think you could at least get fresh hot food with crispy fries. They gave me the wrong sauce as well assuming they were out of the one I asked for. read more

This location seems to uphold the true expectations of quality fast food. I have never once been disappointed with the food qualiy or appearance. I live in Superior and will make it a point to drive to this location for this reason. My teenage boy's are obsessed with the app deal's and happy hour specials. The employees never seem annoyed which alway's supposed me and they are always patient. Great customer service! Keep up the AMAZING WORK! read more

The burger and fries at this location was one of the worst I have ever had. The fries were cold and tasted stale, just like the burger. I don't recommend it at all. If you have a craving for a hamburger, go anywhere but here. read more

This crew was very helpful and the food wasn't bad at all. I haven't had Carl's Jr for years, so - for me - it was something different. The only issue is I will not order through the Yelp app anymore, because they claim they didn't know how to "see" the web order that way. read more

I've never had Carl's Jr before. There was one near by where I just moved. I have to say, this place sucks. The Big Carl was a sad ripoff of a Big Mac. Not even CLOSE to how amazing a BIg Mac is. Dull and under seasoned. Worst fast food burger out there for sure. The fries are puny soft undercooked and under seasoned. I know it's fast food but we both ate just under half our meals and tossed it. Won't ever waste my time or money at this dump. read more

I came here one morning to get a breakfast sausage biscuit. When I arrived I stood at the counter for awhile before somebody showed up. I ordered my food and was given a number card to place on my table which I found odd since I was the only customer. As I sat waiting which seemed like forever my food finally comes out. The biscuit was good, it had a soft flakey made from scratch taste and texture with a rich buttery coating and the sausage complimented the biscuit nicely. If service wasn't so slow I might come back. read more

Best burger and fries meal I've had in a long while. Put's 5 guys burgers to shame. The only reason I didn't go with 5 stars is because I had to drive quite a distance to get there. I hate traffic. I liked the burger. The # 9. read more

Unbelievable - I said 3 times I needed 3 Charbroiled BURGERS and they give me chicken

Normally don't make reviews. But the guy working drive thru on Monday (2/13) was the rudest ever. Please work on your customer service!

Went through drive through on Wed afternoon around 3:30 PM and was shocked to see two younger men working, neither wearing masks. It was odd to see as there is a state mandate. Not sure if businesses can make their own decisions re: this...but as a customer I prefer if business, especially food preparation, taking appropriate cautions. Also the drive through took about 20 minutes to get through with only two cars ahead of me. read more

Cold fries, flat soda oh and literal bites taken out of my burger. Never coming back to this or any other location. Garbage.

There were actual bites taken out of my burger. I called the store when I got home and noticed it but no one answered.

Served by a rude employee wearing a dirty hoodie. Crappy rap music blasting in the freezing cold lobby. At least the burger was pretty good. Oh well. read more

I am taking this pain to write this review is because I really like Carl's Jr. and I want them to improve. I usually get the drive thru orders from here and out of last 4 orders I have not gotten what I ordered. They gave me beef burgers when I ordered them turkey. Next time I asked them for chicken burger santafe and the breaded chicken sandwich they give me santafe and beef burger. I don't eat beef and both times I was stuck with beef burgers. I ordered zucchini and onion rings, they just gave zucchini. Other time it was just onion ring no zucchini. Seriously, what's going on? Kids work at other fast food joints as well and do good and this is about listening and taking correct orders. Why is it so hard? Is there not enough training or no supervision? read more

DO NOT EAT AT CARL'S JUNIOR!! I just got home from the location at 136th & Orchard in Westminster, CO... Absolute worst service I've ever had!! It took over 20 min sitting at their window before they brought me my order (I was the only one in line at the time). Food was cold by the time we got it. They forgot half of my order, and refused to give it to me claiming they were closed. They were not closed, it was before 10pm, and I never left the parking lot. There were still cars in their drive-through. I told them this was unacceptable and they need to bring out the rest of my order, and they're response was, "well It's your fault for having such a big order." I told him that I need his name, and he hung up on me! I drove around through the drive through, pulled up to the window, and honked. He removed his name tag, opened the window, yelled we're closed. I asked him who hung up on me. He said, "I did... fu** off!" and slammed the window closed. read more

I popped in here earlier this evening, as I was pretty overdue for some Carl's Jr. This was the first location I was ever in that was also a Green Burrito, so I figured I'd try the beef Taco Salad. No real issues or complaints with the wait time, as most Carl's Jr. locations cook to order, but at $5.68 after taxes, I expected there to be just a little more depth to the bowl. The portion seemed just a little bit too skimpy for the cost. I've had a much better ride at Taco Bell. Agreed with some of the other reviewers, the staff needed a bit of work. The cashier couldn't seem to make up his mind about the total of my bill - first it was $5.15. "Oops, I forgot to add tax." "Oops, I screwed up again. It's $5.81. No, that's not right either, hold on a sec..." The employees all seemed to be high school aged, and I didn't really see a manager around. They were definitely good at talking amongst themselves. Fortunately, I didn't see any flies or dead skin that another reviewer mentioned. On the upside, there was free wifi and a pretty awesome salsa bar with cilantro and jalapeño peppers, but I'll probably think twice about returning. read more

The girl at the register was nice and took our order. We could see the kid in the back having a tantrum over something, throwing food, lots of f bombs and a metal tray at the wall. Very frightening. He threw our burgers and the toppings all over the place. Not sure what that was all about. Got home and opened food boxes full of terrible looking food. Never going back to this location. read more

Decided to dine in at this filthy place that consisted of flies worse then eating near a waste treatment plant. Dead bugs in the window seals that haven't been touched or cleaned in months. Stains and the look of dead skin cells on top of the napkin holder at each table. The bathrooms smelled as bad as seeing the flies at the table. Dirty floors that made that sticky noise every time you tried to take a step. Hard to eat food in a place that should be reported to the health department. read more

Tried coming into the store on a Saturday at 9:50 and no way to get in. Doors locked, Apple Maps said they close till 11. The lights were out and clearly closed. I wish the times on the locations were updated/ accurate so I wouldn't have to drive all the way there to find that out. read more

I took a stab at Carl's Jr. for the first time weeks ago , I wasn't expecting much , and to no surprise, I was underwhelmed . The taste and choice of my meal wasn't good, the burger was cold ; as well as my Fries , today I decided to go back.. This time around I ordered a double jalapeño burger , the meal was delightful , and I ordered a medium , and received decent portion of fries. My burger was big juicy , but I'd go back again to my surprise, they fulfilled my last experience . My only complaint would be the manager was over the top with orders , but that's her job I dined in. read more

This place is a cesspool of inefficiency and stupidity. I'm not sure if it's a lack of training or lack of caring, but this place makes me worry for the future of mankind. Yeah. I'm not sure why we keep going back...I do enjoy a Carl's burger. I've waited 20 minutes for just a diet pop in the drive through. But that's not the worst part. Be prepared to repeat your order 1/2 a dozen times before whomever is taking the order actually starts listening. Oh, and check your food when they give it to you. I have the turkey burger, no pickles. I've gotten a beef burger, a teriyaki burger, chicken fingers, etc instead of my actual order. I went in recently when they screwed up my order again. Boy did I want to throw up. There were flies everywhere. It was filthy inside. And even with the manager telling the cooks in the back what I actually wanted on my burger, they made it wrong......2x. Super awesome if you want your patience tested. read more

I don't usually give reviews but this location is comical, not in a good way. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes while the two employees tried to fill orders off of the screen. They never acknowledged me and were afraid to look at me. After two more people approached behind me and asked if I had been helped I said no and asked the staff if they were still open (it was 6:40p). Two customers came in from the drive through because their orders were wrong or incomplete. Totally incompetent and untrained. I will NEVER come back to this location. read more

Probably not news to anyone, but fast food kind of sucks. At least chain fast food. Someone told me Green Burrito was significantly better than Taco Bell, so I decided to check it out in a moment of hunger-induced weakness. I ended up spending the same $4 I would have on a quality breakfast burrito somewhere real, and all I got was a nasty burrito whose contents were all obviously previously frozen or canned. Again, no surprises, just a reminder. Go to a local place and get some real food. read more

Stood in line just before noon to order and waited 5 mins! No one even acknowledged me! I went down the street to Jack in the Box.

You know those surveys companies want you to fill out online that ask for you a specific order number or give you a code, well, I lost my receipt, shocker right? So my review is going here instead. The wife and I have only been to the location once, but I've eaten at many a Carl's Jr. great stuff and always as advertised. The thing that stood out the most was our drive-thru attendant, Katy, was freaking awesome, totally on point when it came to taking the order and was super pleasant. Mind you this was at 8ish in the morning of New Year's eve, and I was super hungover; therefore, anything going wrong would probably set me off, but nope, I had a very pleasant experience. read more
