I love Wendy's but will never go back to this one, which is a shame because it's 2 minutes from one of my best friends and we have game night every week. Time before, broken menu signs in store, and I asked cashier where the menu was and she said she was so tired of people asking, it was right in front of me on the counter hidden partially by the register. Ugh, false advertising should be illegal. I ordered the Baconator (without a bun) and this is what I received compared to what was advertised. Pretty disappointed. But honestly seems on par with every other fast food joint in that shopping center. And side note, we ordered two bags worth of food and only got home with one (I suppose I am partly to blame for not checking). So now back to the restaurant to fix their mess up. read more

Usually has decent food, but always a long wait. Went inside today in hopes of grabbing a soft drink without any food instead of waiting in the drivethru that wasn't moving. No luck, went inside and there was a lot of young employee chatter, but not a lot of focus on food making, and the cashier went to make food in front of me for a couple that ordered inside. This was after a cook told her to make something herself. Anyways, waited longer inside to get a soda than I would have if I had just waited it line. For all the fuss and demand for higher wages it sure doesn't seem like anyone is working any harder. read more

I know it's a risk (although it shouldn't be) to stop at a fast food restaurant at 11:30pm, because the quality of service/food you get could be terrible. In this case the quality of the food was awful. I ordered a $5 Biggie Bag. All of my food was cold as if they had it sitting in a bag for at least an hour. The fries were stale and rubbery. The spicy nuggets were awful. The burger was worse than something from McDonald's (I don't like McDonalds) The best thing about the order was my Frosty which is dam-near impossible to mess up. I've had issues with this location before during normal hours, so I guess shame on me for expecting to get decent food when paying money to an establishment. I love Wendy's, eat it 3-4 times per month. However, the last 2 times I was at this location I had terrible service. The menus inside weren't working and when I asked the cashier was very rude, saying "Why does every customer say the same thing?" And pointed to a tiny menu printed on the counter as if duh, it's right there. On top of that, it took over 20 minutes to get my food. Fast food my ass! Especially the last time, where I spent almost half an hour in the drive thru with only 4 cars in front of me. Will NEVER eat at this location again, you shouldn't waste your time either. read more

Our neighbors - about 8 of them and us - have been eating here for 9 years. In that time I can think of maybe one product that could have been better and I can't even remember if it was a burger or a salad. Point is the food is consistently fresh and delicious. Tonight's root beer float was the best one I've every had. I hate to give specifics but both hub and I were astonished - in a happy way! The staff is conscientious and courteous. Service has always been pleasant and efficient at this location. I've sometimes found a couple extra nuggets in my bag. They're always happy to give you extra condiments and don't make a big deal about it like some of their competitors. I've never had an order filled incorrectly and I've never had a problem with food temperature. The only thing I dislike about Wendy's, period was corporate changing from white onions to red onions. Red onions are milder and do not complete the taste of a sandwich or chili in a satisfactory manner. I also don't feel as if I fit their demographic--they seem to be targeting 25-54 year old females, something I am the complete antithesis of. The strawberry lemonade tastes fresh, has real bits of strawberries in it and hits the spot on a hot summer day. read more

Honestly, this is one of the best Wendy's I ever been to. It's clean, modern, and welcoming. I went here for a quick lunch. Only problem is that on Wednesday's, students get out of High School early, and there were a lot of high schoolers in line. Luckily, this location accepts mobile orders, meaning that I can skip the line and order while seated. I ordered a Small Dave's Double Combo and the Berger was huge! It really looked like a quarter pounder! But anyways, the order was freshly made, all customizations were correct and order was accurate. Will visit this location again! read more

I'm not a big fast food fan, but I stopped in at this Wendy's on the way home from my daughter's appointment at Hair Cottage yesterday. I was pleasantly surprised by their exceptional speed and customer service at the drive thru and the breadth of options on their menu. I knew about their salads, but I didnt know about half-sized salads - which are huge! In fact, it looked to me like the only difference between a half-size or full-size salad is the amount of lettuce. And, you'll get some unique choice which are pretty hgh-quality. Fresh, crisp granny smith and red delicious apples, chopped and tossed on a bed of spring mix with tangy blue cheese, candy pecans and tasty dried cranberries, and drizzled with a pomegranate vinaigrette. Yummy! And, I could still fulfill my junk food craving with their value-size fries ($1 on the 'Right Size' menu and about the size of their kids meal portion). I felt the attendant at the drive thru was very patient and allowed me plenty of time to review the menu before ordering. Service at the window was prompt, and she remembered to bag the cold items separately. Good job, Wendy's! read more

This location doesn't usually have quality issues and they almost always get our order right. NOT TONIGHT. My husband decided to try a new thing on the menu. Number 3 BBQ bacon cheeseburger, double combo. Got home and we had just a single burger and fries that were hard like they had sat under the lights 2 hours too long. Very poor experience I visit this Location a lot and have Even worked for this location even and I'm very upset I've been Recently always getting the number 12 which is basically a chicken asiago with avocado and every time it happens it's always with the same Manager and this time I felt to check because I've always kept not getting my avocado on the sandwich and sure enough this time It didn't have it on it so when I brought this to the managers attention she seemed very annoyed by it and ask them please to get a side of avocado and when I told her I want it on my sandwich it's because they usually remake it if there's something wrong even if it's just missing one thing so she grabs my sandwich back very annoyed clearly upset with me for bringing it up and she was not wearing her Nametag so I was unable to get her name and when I ask her for it she ignores me and goes back but from what I heard from the chatter inside I heard a response to the name dena so that might be her name but I'm not 100% sure in the end I'm very upset as a customer and former employee read more

As I have had much experience with Wendy's, I think it fitting to say that I am an expert in all things relating to this bashful redhead. Our evening stared out as always, with an easy drive through the parking lot and a gentle turning of our wheels until we found ourselves at the ordering station. When asked what it was we desired, we announced our intentions to consume a ten piece nuggets, a coke, two medium fries, and a chicken sandwich. We then continued along the plotted course till we found ourselves at the window. I was given my coke, and turned to request a water, the finest water they had. I was about to ask when the window closed. Please note that this was no fault of the employees, and only the expected outcome of the industrial revolution. When the window opened once again, I requested a water, the finest one they had, and the ginger worker was eager to provide. The nuggets were the best I've ever had, and the chicken sandwich, while no Chick-fil-A, was enjoyable. Those who approach the chicken beware - both partakers were subject to the hiccups after the chicken was consumed - a surprising and unwarranted outcome. 4/5.
