Full rack of ribs-so soft & tasty! Mac & cheese & the amazing rolls with cinnamon butter. So so good

1st off-service was amazing. The wait list app, the host welcome & seating & our server Justin was so on it. 2nd-the food, omg. Quantity + quality + value = amazing food! Great job. 1st time visit. My brother & his family frequent 1x a month. Amazing

    Good bread!

Went with coworkers and clients....place was packed which I hear is the norm...I ordered a couple onion blossoms and everyone really enjoyed them. I was recommended by a server to get the prime rib...so I did....it was not good..I made a bad decision because literally everyone else really enjoyed their steaks...Service was good and it had a fun vibe due to all the people. It's loud in there! But it all works. Super busy yet all orders were correct. Prices are good. Place is clean.

Asked for medium steak. Got well done steak. It was replaced in a Togo bag. Weird findings in the food and the looks of possibly a loogie or spit. Would never return.

6in Sirloin with mashed potatoes, ribeye with seasoned rice

Texas Roadhouse are few and far between where I am and my boyfriend wanted to go to a steakhouse on this trip so we had to stop by Texas Roadhouse. It was our first time here and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. There was a short wait to be seated and service was excellent. We were helped by Ali and she had honestly very good recommendations for sides and apps. I had the 6oz sirloin steak with mashed potatoes and salad. Very good value for the "Early Dining" special and I couldn't finish my plate. My boyfriend had the Bone in Ribeye and the steak was massive and cooked to perfection, both of ours were actually. For apps, we got the combo platter with potato skins, spicy boneless wings, and rattlesnake bites. Rattlesnake bites had a nice kick. I had to take home the butter rolls with cinnamon butter. So good, gonna have some for breakfast. Hopefully some make it back home by the trip end!

    Under cooked

Service was nice and was seated quickly. I ordered a medium done steak, it came out with blood all over my plate and it was like more than raw. This has happened every time at Texas Roadhouse so I know if I send it back, I will be waiting for 15 more minutes while everyone else is finishing there, just gonna take the L and re cook it at home.

I loved TRH. However tonight was VERY disappointing. Instead of dining in, we ordered out. I got my usual: chicken critters and loaded chili with a side of ribs. ALL of it was awful. Chili was cold. Ribs are chewy. Worst of all the chicken tenders are so burnt. Nothing like what we have when we dine in. Save your money and get to go food elsewhere.

The main attraction seems to be the all-you-can-eat pizza buffet on Tuesday nights, which some day, I hope to try it. Unfortunately, their regular menu is "the standard". The bar food offerings are basic at best--warm appetizers often arrive cold, the burgers lack flavor, and their beverage menu is hit or miss. I was especially surprised to find that they don't serve brandy, which feels like a slight omission for a well stocked bar. That said, I am one to always give second (maybe third and fourth) chances so on our recent visit, I ordered the Southwestern Steak Sandwich and it was a pleasant surprise--the sirloin was authentic (aka good cuts, not gristle) and cooked to my specifications (medium). The ancho chipotle sauce has a nice flavor which also pairs well with the house salad. So kudos to the waitress for allowing me to order a sampling of dressings for it (the salad). I am not converted just yet but will try for another visit and the pizza buffet. We all have goals in life, right?

We went here randomly one night for dinner and we were pleasantly surprised with how incredibly good everything we ordered was! On top of the great food, the service was top notch which you just don't really see anymore nowadays. We went to a very high end steak house downtown about a week later, and we kept comparing the sides and steaks we ordered there to LongHorn and we both decided that LongHorn beat the high end steakhouse in taste, price and service (what I kept coming back to was the French Onion soup-- LH soup is quite literally life changing and didn't come close to the high-end steak houses soup). Our server accidentally put in my husbands order incorrectly (which we honestly didn't even realize) and the manager came over and offered to remake the item and take it off the bill right away (both of which we declined because we were so impressed they caught the mistake and were willing to rectify it immediately). We will be ditching the high-end steak houses in Denver and will be coming here for our date nights from now on!

Marta took cared of us and did a splendid job. We really appreciated her recommendations and looked to her for advice on the dessert menu as it was extensive. The steak was cooked to perfection with just right amount of seasoning. I didn't need any additional sauce but I heard the blue cheese crust and the bone marrow butter were both amazing, really added to their steaks. Most of us ordered the 10oz Wagyu New York. One of my favorite sides was the truffle frites that looked more like potato cubes, fried to perfection, so crispy and tasty. We also ordered the whipped potatoes and broccolini, also very good. The mood lighting is definitely adding to the upscale-ness of the restaurant, we were seated next to a cozy fireplace. Forgot to mention, we really loved the fried alligator and the beef Wellington bites as appetizers. The escargot was delicious but the snails were small without shells. Love that they added a small piece of pie crust or phyllo dough on top of the escargot to pick up the herb butter. The only thing, if I must complain, was the water. It reminded me a little bit like the swimming pool water, maybe it's PH balanced and my peasant palate was not used to it but our whole crew picked it up. The water at another fancy steak place was similar experience, so not sure if it was a steakhouse theme or just driving ppl to order other beverages... either way, it wasn't bad enough to take away a star, but be forewarned on the bleach-y water. The house made cheesecake, the crème brûlée, the biscoff mouse were all super tasty! Want to come back to check out their most ordered lava cake. Cheesecake "took the cake" for me, dense, creamy and fluffy at the same time... I know, contradictory descriptions but you have to try it to understand it. Thanks Hideaway for our bday celebration experience, definitely worth a visit if you haven't been! We will be back!!

Upon entering the restaurant it smelled of seafood which I thought was interesting. I would expect this from a place like Ocean Prime but not a steak heavy place. We walked through the booths which looked really nice but were sat in a different room towards the back. We ordered a bottle of wine and the mini beef Wellingtons to start. The meat was very tender. We split the 20oz ribeye steak and had the garlic whipped mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts. We had ordered the steak medium well but I feel that it was well done when we got it. The sides we ordered were great! We did order the truffle butter to go along with the steak (additional $7) which was ok. The steak itself was ok. It wasn't anything to bash about. We ordered the Nutella triangles for dessert and it was too sweet for me, very odd for me to say since I have a huge sweet tooth! Our waiter checked on us a couple of times. It wasn't that busy but it seemed that service was a bit slow. As far as pricing, I do think it's overpriced for what it is. There are 5 other steakhouses that I think have better quality and are not as expensive as here.
