Anna Marie, the amazing server, is the saving grace of this sewer adjacent establishment. Her commitment to excellence and world class service is the only reason this review is 5 stars. The water tasted like the sewers backwash where not even an immense amount of chlorine and bleach could help. Our chicken quesadilla in fact had no back back cock going on in it - it was naked filled with despair (cheap cheese) and hate (dollar tree jalapeños). When we flagged that the chicken was MIA like my morals, the kitchen bitties had the audacity to ask for a picture. Like what in the Ross Dress for Less is going on? Is this the court of law requiring proof? WTF. We showed our amazing server. The chips and ranch were almost good enough to make me hetero, but still strickly dickly. Anywho, stick to chips, pizza and ranch. And always ask for the angel set from the heavens (Anna Marie) otherwise it won't be worth your time. You'll leave feeling more hungry then when you arrived. read more

Great sports bar, will be back. Service was fantastic, great recommendations on our food and drinks. Loved it!

BEWARE the staff at this bar! Look at your receipt before you leave. I was there on Sunday, left in a bit of hurry after paying the bill and leaving a cash $10 tip.(I always leave cash for the service tips to help them out) When this charge posted THEY ADDED $16.35 to the bill. Looks like the shady service worker felt she deserved more of a tip!! BEWARE --- This is so unethical!! I will be reporting this through proper channels. read more

Everything it's a great place to watch the games! Always busy so be ready for a short wait! Great food and ambiance!

Walk in and see the bar. No seats? They will seat you once a table is ready. Wait staff is quick to engage and get your order started. Water and drinks come quick and your food order is on its way. Food is good, atmosphere is lively and friendly. Plenty of TVs to watch the game and there are some fun video games to play along the far wall. Prices are fair and if you can, pay and tip in cash. I was there on Tuesday and today, Thursday and they were biz. Solid choice for any night. read more

I've visited Copper Rail a few times, mainly because my bf loves it. It is not a place I'd choose on my own however. The main attraction seems to be the all-you-can-eat pizza buffet on Tuesday nights, which some day, I hope to try it. Unfortunately, their regular menu is "the standard". The bar food offerings are basic at best--warm appetizers often arrive cold, the burgers lack flavor, and their beverage menu is hit or miss. I was especially surprised to find that they don't serve brandy, which feels like a slight omission for a well stocked bar. That said, I am one to always give second (maybe third and fourth) chances so on our recent visit, I ordered the Southwestern Steak Sandwich and it was a pleasant surprise--the sirloin was authentic (aka good cuts, not gristle) and cooked to my specifications (medium). The ancho chipotle sauce has a nice flavor which also pairs well with the house salad. So kudos to the waitress for allowing me to order a sampling of dressings for it (the salad). I am not converted just yet but will try for another visit and the pizza buffet. We all have goals in life, right? read more

We stopped by to catch the end of a football game. It was a very enjoyable experience. Our server Amaya was very cheerful and attentive. I had the fiesta steak salad. It was delicious. My husband had the green chili fries. The green chili was very flavorful and had a nice kick to it. Definitely coming here again if we're in the area. read more

Over all the food was good. Nice big place with lots of tables. Can be a little loud but that is expected in a bar and grill. Chicken Fried Steak was a 6 out of 10 though. It was all premade stuff and didn't come out hot. Hence 4 starts and not 5. Next time I want the pizza because it looked amazing. The service was great, refills and anything else we needed we got in a timely manner. read more

Our server Jada was extremely attentive, nice and helpful. She had an extremely large party and was working her butt off ensuring all of us were taken care of even while dealing with the large party. I'm very thankful we had Jada as our server! read more

How is the food you ask? It's fine... It's average bar food How is the atmosphere? It's pretty cool and has a number of games for kids (and adults) to play. How was the service? Subpar honestly, but it is what it is. Overall, I'd come here for drinks and the vibe. Seems like a cool place to catch a game and have a few beers with friends. read more

The waitress with the lingerie dark hair and she is shorter...is super rude and awful at her job...she never came back and we had to ask the random other people working for our other food...boxes..and check....she is awful. Everytime we get her she is the same! read more

Been here before for just drinks and it is what it is... a divey bar with mediocre food. We recently came back on a Sunday afternoon when it was pretty slow and I say that because that's when you expect decent service... but that's always when it's bad for some reason. Our server was completely inattentive, forgot items we ordered, didn't check on us... list goes on. The food was just okay. There's arcade games that my kiddo enjoyed and there's tvs for sports. I'll return for drinks because it's fine for that. I'd be hesitant to order food again. read more

Place smelt like cigarettes and it was so dark in there even though we went at 1230 middle of the day. It was fun they had games. French fries were good and the wraps were sub par. Service was good. read more

Great location with fun ambiance and great service! Our server Lauren was very sweet and super attentive. Prices were great as well. The alcohol prices are really good and there is a wide selection of beers, wine, and signature cocktails. The Passion Punch was yummy and the Green Tea Shots are amazing!! The food is so-so. Definitely glorified bar food but they do have a large menu with a lot of variety. The Mac & Cheese Bites are absolutely to die for and their pizza is delicious. I got the Ruben sandwich which as not very good. The meat in the sandwich was very tough and chewy and so the sandwich was pretty much inedible. I only ate half and then had some of my husband pizza instead. The fries that came with the sandwich were under cooked and very under salted. The salsa that came with the chips and salsa basket was very bland but the chips were fresh and yummy. read more

Tonight we tried the lasagna. It was very good. As good as any Italian restaurant. The portion was very generous with lots of sausage and cheese. It could have been served hotter but I will order it again. The price was reasonable too. The service was good. Recently I've tried the bison burger, pulled pork sandwich with sweet potato fries and pizza & salad bar which were all very good. read more

Recently had an opportunity to try lunch/brunch at Copper Rail for a friends birthday. The group got a mix of brunch and lunch food options. Tried chicken and waffles, mama bs burrito, steak and eggs, Mexican pizza, rail burger and more. We enjoyed our time at Copper Rail, service did well for a group our size and managed our checks nicely. We enjoyed the music being played and even had some goes with the fun machines in the back. Overall not a bad option when in Brighton! read more

Had a horrible experience tonight with take out. We ordered 2 sandwiches and 1 burger. We did not receive au jus with our French dip, our burger was well done when we asked for medium rare. We also found a hair in the French dip and another whole hair in the chili cheese fries that accompanied one of the sandwiches. We actually had to GO BACK to the restaurant to pick up au jus and the correct fries for the French dip(we ordered chili cheese fries and got regular). Upon returning to the restaurant for the correct fries & aujus, we were given regular fries with a side of cheese and side of chili, and was told to make the fries at home ourselves. THIS PLACE IS A FUCKING JOKE. IT IS DISGUSTING AND THE COOK IS HORRIBLE. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE, AND WILL TELL EVERYONE WE CAN NOT TO GO HERE. read more

This was my first and last time to Copper Rail Bar & Grill. The food was horrible. The corned beef on the Rueben sandwich was tougher than leather. I couldn't bite it and tried to use a knife and fork but the meat would not cut. I ate about 1/8 of the sandwich because that was all I could get down. I will never go back and I do not recommend this place to anyone. Avoid at all costs. read more

If you are in Brighton and need that ol' fashioned bar & grill vibe, this place certainly has it! It's a little tucked away from the main drag of the city, but that doesn't stop this place from being jam packed with locals and stopper-bys all the same. They even have a small arcade with a few over the top shooters for you to get your game on. As you all know, a goblin always has time to get his game on. Do reccomend the Buck Hunter Unloaded. That game lost its marbles and that's a good thing. Like Red Neck Terminator. read more

This is a fairly large restaurant/bar. Visited during lunchtime, the restaurant was very busy. My husband and had to wait about 20 minutes for a table. We sat at a high top in the bar area. First the food was pretty good, the issue really was in getting the food to our table. Ordered nachos with beef, 30 min, the were delivered cold. Ordered hamburgers with mushrooms, came with grilled onions the cherry on top was Ordered the wedge salad, which came 30 min after the hamburgers, got it to go because the party that ordered it was upset. We asked multiple times where the food was we were there almost 2 hours due to food not coming out. I would say have plenty of time if you go here, also maybe they need more staff, no blame to anyone, but the wait was pretty crazy. read more

The service was very friendly. The hostess and our waitress were timely and accommodating. The food was bland. The Cuban sandwich was meager and lackluster. As well as the potato salad and side salad. Dessert was similarly dull. The restaurant interior was superb, a proper bar and grill. Everything seemed cleaned and well maintained. For all intents and purposes this establishment has everything it needs to be stellar. But the bottom line is the flavor lacked and the low quality of Ingredients took away from the experience. I understand there are rising costs for ingredients, perhaps a smaller menu would help with overhead costs and allow for better ingredients. Eating out does not need to be fancy, it needs to be memorable. read more

Stopped in for a drink and some dinner. The wings were nice and crispy with a good flavor bbq(not all soggy or drenched), the coconut shrimp and homemade fries were really good. Stopped in for a nice cold Guinness after a long flight, the bar tender recommend the quesadillas- swap the sirloin in for the chicken - it was absolutely outstanding. I wish I had read these reviews before going. They are correct. It is OK. I ordered the tacos. So underwhelming!! No spice no flavor. The sides are tiny, so tiny they put them in sauce plastic bowls. Yup, they are in the size of a serving of Ranch dressing. Which is probably for the good since they are tasteless. I didn't even eat the black beans because they were straight out of a can. They didn't even try to doctor them up. The chicken in my tacos was so dry and just plain yuck. My husbands fish was large but it was so dry, definitely overcooked. The fries were a tiny portion and ok. Nothing special. No seasoning no spices NOTHING. Ugh. The Chipotle Pasta was better. If they just put a bit more effort, and finesse this place could be pretty good. it's a shame. Oh well. Lesson learned. Thanks. read more

Finally tried Copper Rail after hearing about it from friends. Not a bad spot to watch college football. They have a lot games and pool tables so I would like to go back for that. They have your average pub food but their specialty is the brick oven pizza. The spicy Hawaiian is perfect. Jalapeños on a Hawaiian pizza. Good call! We've been twice now and the service has been decent both times. Nothing really grabbed me and pulled me in. That's why the three stars. read more

Copper Rail is a fun, clean place to meet and eat in Brighton, Colorado. Lots of games in a large reception area to host company parties or celebrations. Order event size appetizers to have an easy party! The food is reasonable. Great hamburgers, Ruben and Philly cheese steak. Salads were a nice size for the price. The shrimp carbonara was not my favorite. There was a shrimp boil taste and powder on the noodles... didn't seem right with carbonara. The coconut shrimp were marginal, The servers aren't real attentive to the food side... more attention on the bar side... but it's ok for the nice atmosphere in Brighton. Beer list -- I thought they were kidding. See photo. They make nothing here and serve nothing interesting. But hey they have a ton of TVs and it is NOISY. This is a place to get cheap beer, bad food, watch a game and yell at things, and let the kids run around. Food: Whichever-frozen-thing you want dropped into the deep-fryer is how I would describe the food. We had some appetizers like fried mushrooms and onion rings and fries -- all reminiscent of what you get at the neighborhood bowling alley. Seriously. Dumped out of a bag and fried into oblivion. I don't think they make anything from scratch here. Also had fish tacos, which were the most bland thing I've probably ever eaten. The "salsa" was some kind of canned pureed tomato. Guacamole blob out of a can, also. Yay. I came here on a recommendation from someone else, and all I can say is this person has really bad taste in, well, everything. read more

Always friendly and got our order spot on! Food was good and ready to be picked up when we got there.

Great food. Lot's of choices. Great service at the bar. Great Ambiance. Will definitely stop by next time I'm in town.

Have been going to this here for years. Food has gone down hill with the service. They add a server charge to your bill for extra tips. So remember that when you add on the tip. Horrible service, waiter took almost an hour to check up on us after we ordered drinks!

Kari was my server. I asked her for recommendations and I ended up with the Bronco salad. I ordered it special, no tomatoes no celery and all iceberg lettuce. The salad came out exactly the way I wanted it, and was very delicious. I ordered the sesame dressing to start with and I tried the lime cilantro, the sesame was by far my favorite. Service was great. The staff was wearing masks and I didn't see a single one of them playing with their mask so kudos for that!! The only interesting thing I found on my visit there, was the bathrooms had stalls closed for social distancing, but they had 2 stalls next to each other open and then and every other and they had the handicap stall closed, which that could lead them to some serious trouble. Over all I had a very good experience there in the silent was delicious service was great no complaints on my end. read more

The food here is always good. They have a diverse menu which is awesome. The last few times I have gone the service was really really slow. Waited about 15 minutes for drinks on a Monday early afternoon (not very busy). The server was pretty nice though. We had the nachos and I had a mimosa. Nachos were awesome, the mimosa was really off to the point I couldn't drink it. This place is great for bar food and drinks but lacks with their brunch menu. read more
