Absolutely terrible experience . The service was slow and employee at the drive thru was unfriendly . The manager was not helpful we waited for 15 minutes while staff seem more interested in tending to personal issues than serving . I will not be returning to this store. And the food is cold .... read more

So we went on the Sunday to eat their delicious tacos, but again the car show was there taken up all the spaces. There are no chicks in the club. They were just showing off their cars to each member in the club and show the cars off themselves. I don't understand this other than they just want the attention for themselves so they bribed the managers with donuts to stay longer and take up a bunch of parking spaces so they can park their fancy cars anyway the tacos were good for fast food other than them with the car show there. I just ignored them and went in and had the food. read more

Jack in the Box - Fast Food Near Me - Brighton, Colorado

Great service at the drive thru. friendly gentleman

Visiting here from Illinois, where we do not have JIB anymore I was thrilled to see that you could get 2 tacos for $.99 !! WOW, I went a bit mad and ordered 50 tacos for delivery with taco sauce. Oh boy, delivery was great, but when I opened the bags I found NO sauce and the saddest, emptiest, dryest gross looking tacos. No sauce, barely lettuce. Needless to say, I ate a couple and then just pitched the rest. I realize it wasn't a big $$ amount, but if you're gonna have a taco special you'd think you'd make the taco decent! read more

Jack in the Box - No sauce and barely scraps of lettuce or cheese?!? - Fast Food Near Me - Brighton, Colorado

This has to be worst fast food place in the country. Every single time we come here, they mess up our order and take forever. I like the food so I come back. I don't know how a place can be run so poorly. read more

Closed early to train a new employee. Nice way to indoctrinate a new teammate, by showing them it is Okay to turn paying customers away as long as the crew leaves on time. George Gonzalez acting shift manager was all to happy to let me know "they're leaving on time and Im not able to order" read more

The lady that manages this restaurant is one of the most rude and unprofessional people I've ever seen in my life. She's incompetent. She never has anything in stock she complains, she yells and berates customers. I would never go to this place no telling what they do back there while they're cooking. read more

Really, they now charge for ranch ‍ and you don't find this out until after they charge you for your food.

Poor service. Pulled up with 10 min to spare and they said they are closed. Why say your open til 11.

Very hard to rate a fast food place that does not take orders or serve food, I have been here 3 times and left without food or an order taken very hard to judge the ambiance read more

It was great we went there on Christmas day the service was awesome and they had a line down the street . Very busy but they did well

I had a mobile order as one does but I get to the drive thru and in the most rude way the manger goes mobile orders are only through the counter so you must come in side. So I wait in line so I can go inside about 15 mins for two cars in front of me, so soon enough I get inside and she asked me are you the mobile order I say yes and I got a nice worker who asked about my drinks and I say yes two larges and the manger goes it wasn't on the screen so no you don't. I show her my receipt and she just throws it off like nothing and she goes it wasn't on the screen with the most attitude she can give me. So I left and will never show my face inside another JOKE IN THE BOX again read more

It was painful trying to order....... the communication and understanding was awful. The food -the burgers were so dry and overcooked or old. I'm not positive if the churros were supposed to have cinnamon and sugar on them but there wasn't any. I haven't eaten at Jack in the box for over 10 years and I'll never go there again. read more

The parking lot and drive-thru are empty and I pull up to the speaker and am told to wait a moment. no big deal and I sit and wait....wait wait. So I decided "hey ill just go in and see what's up". I walk into the empty store lobby and see one employee quietly having lunch and 4 other employees standing in a group together and barely notice that I even walked in. The manager or store lead whose name is Vanessa from what my receipt read and one of the other people called her Vanessa. so I start recording with my cell phone and I immediately start getting attitude (you know some people who dont like being caught act) one of the girls even says that I can tell the owner because he doesn't care anyway. a couple of the girls start recording me and I am definitely okay with as I knew I was in the right. I watched Vanessa make my food as I did not feel comfortable walking away. if your drive-thru wait is long walk into the store and watch work as that may be the only way you will get your food in a timely fashion even when no one is there. ( I forgot to mention the 4 girls did not appolgise once and Vanessa did not seem the slightest bit concerned about her and the other 3 employees being caught standing around or their disgusting attitudes toward me the whole time I was in the store. Burger was so dry and there was not much flavor , the wife's chicken strips were very good I have not been to a Jack in the box in quite awhile I'm pretty sure it will be a long time till I stop again read more

I really want to express this. I do not, in any way blame the workers. They are working hard and I give them major props. If a business is open for a longer night shifts, then the manger needs to have more than 2 people working it. That's on him. Not the workers. I ordered on the app and I did that at 8:20. I get up to window and get asked to pull around. I understand. It is 10pm........ I have been waiting for a simple meal... for an hour and 40 mins. Granted. There are people still here. I'm not blaming it on the workers!!! The manger needs to have more than 2 people working the later night shift. Was I going to leave, no cause I already paid for my meal. I'm not gonna waste $30, but waiting almost 2 hours on a simple meal is crazy. Again, the workers are doing their part. The manger needs to grow some balls and do his part. read more

If i could give 0 stars i would. Went in to order, every single one of the workers looked at us and ignored us. Not even a hello. Stood there for 20 minutes waiting to order. Even called the manager after and he didn't give two shits. Absolute horrible service!!! read more

The late night service here now is a total joke. I just got food through Doordash(yeah there is a review there too) and the fries were old and cold and stale! The burger was barely room temp! Two weeks ago I ordered and the Dasher had to cancel my order because no one would come to the drive thru window so they could pick up my order!! So I drove over there and the place was lit up and every light and sign on the place on and they were still open but with employee cars in the parking lot. I sat at the drive thru and no one came to help. They slackers were hiding in the back so they didn't have to do anything. Managers if you are reading this you late night crew is taking advantage of you and not doing anything!!! At night. Might want to reevaluate those people. read more

Great customer service! Thank you! So rare to find at this time. Very much appreciated!

I asked for one specific thing multiple times and I get the opposite almost every time I go to this location.

Eric or Aaron? Was wonderful today through the drive thru and walking in after an item was missed. Thank you for such great service!

I ordered 6 total tacos with only meat and cheese. When my order came out, along with what my husband ordered (6 tacos with sauce). Every single taco had sauce in them. We had to wait again for the correct order. When that batch came out, they were correct but some had sauce smeared on the outside of the taco shell. No other issues. Cheesecake was good, egg roll was tasty. Service could have been faster and then of course, accurate. read more

Horrible, mistaken bbq sauce on all tacos already happened 2 times . Take forever to order even though there is no one getting food , always talking in the back never doing anything, they say they don't have indoor dining because they don't have enough employees even though there's always 5-8 people in back goofing around. Definitely don't recommend read more

Food was good but the Angie girl was rude, I asked for extra sauce and she said it was in the bag and it was 2 sauce packets for my 4 tacos

This was not worth it. Made me wait half and hour in the heat for food and even longer for people to order there food and go. Wouldn't recommend read more

I love love jack in the box tacos and sometimes I just have to indulge. I tried their new kiosk which seemed to fluster the staff. I ordered two tacos and large drink. Easy? Took a lot longer thank expected and it was only 11:30 so no big lunch rush. I would also comment on the cleanliness if the beverage area. It needed a good once over Can't imagine what it will look like in an hour. Staff was friendly and nice read more

Jack in the Box - This is a cool idea. You can order your meal in a kiosk to save time. Although it seems to fluster the staff a bit. - Fast Food Near Me - Brighton, Colorado

Great place. Has the 4 for 4 that the Wendy's next door doesn't. Usually clean. Could use a good manager on duty all of the time but I really like this place. read more

See all

Me and my sister were on our way home looking for something to eat and said, "Want Jack in the box?" And we agreed and went through the drive thru and waited 20-30 mins, one we got to the window another 7-10 mins. We finally got our food. Opened the bag and in the chicken nuggets box there was a piece of lettuce, and the other box was stuffed jalapeños. They also forgot our sprite. read more

Absolutely great service the day I came over here. Love Jack in the Box. Made this a trip since it's the closest one to me. Inside was nice and clean. Our food was great hot fresh good taste. They have added on some new value items from the last time I went to jack. read more

We only visit this place once in a great while as they are not as good as they were back in the day. Today we decided to go because we were tired of everything else. We went in and there was only 1 other person in there yet it took them close to 5 min to acknowledge us. Plenty of people working so don't know why. Food was ok. Fries weren't very fresh. Place was dirty. read more

food was FIREEEEE employees were little bictches tho annoying af. i type more for the word count so uhhhh... yeah good was good but the girl w the gross hair is very dumb and the rest of them are also just as dumb and ugly amen! read more

Wow I was suprised and they may have restored my faith in fast food. First the doors and windows are very clean. Even the restroom was clean. I ordered Chicken fijita pita, yum the chicken was hot melting the cheese perfectly and the luttuce & tomatoes were chilled perfect . I had a creamy strawberry shake to top it off. Dining area very clean too. This manager is doing a good job training their employees. Thanks for a good fast food experience. read more

Restaurant was poorly staffed . It took a while standing at the register before I saw an employee. Then when I finally got my order in the guy forgot to hand me my cup . . Then when they finally got it together my order still took a while and I had to ask for my cup . Not happy . read more

This location seems to be very slow also they have been out of major ingredients several times

As soon as you walk in,it smells like old grease. Went to grab a high chair they were dirty.. went to Wendy's

it smells moldy in the building and there food was cold and soggy and the worker was very rude

Thee workers obviously do not want to be there, they put absolutely no meat in the tacos, they get our order wrong nearly every time.

Drove from Thornton to Brighton & figured I would indulge & have some JITB when I got to town. During this time, I passed a lot of other restaurants that would have been a much better choice. Finally get to JITB @ 1 PM & THEY ARE CLOSED. I'm marking this off my places to try again in the future. read more

Trying the Chicken Strip with curly fries and a Strawberry Sprite to drink. So far yummy

Eh its fast food, I come here when I'm drunk or just hungry, never been disappointed either way.
