Oh my Gosh....food was amazing, the staff friendly and attentive. Margaritas were yummy. I had the Birria Wontons, what a wonderful delight they were. The Birria Tacos as well. Definitely will be back. Come on Brighton, you need to visit or even a pick up order. Let's get them back to have Taco Tuesdays again! The atmosphere is pleasant.

Start by saying the owners are amazing people! Great service is one of the hardest things to come by these days. This is family owned, community driven & they really make it feel like home here. The atmosphere & ambiance is cool, they even have a mini-bowling alley there!!! But what takes the cake, the food! The food is 100/10...no joke. Authentic Mexican Birria & the Banana Pudding is no joke. If you're on a diet, forget about your diet! Get here, NOW!!!

There's definitely a reason why this food truck-turned restaurant is the most awarded in Colorado! The food is amazing! The Birria items are what pulled us in but we also had the chicken nachos and Mac Daddy quesadilla. Because of the carnitas and green chile inside the quesadilla, it was the juiciest I've ever had in the best way possible! I'll be dreaming about that one for a while! The owner took our order and served us, he was super friendly! Oh and the building itself is very cool and up to date and they also have a 2 lane mini bowling alley inside!

While working at this building in the Denver Tech Center, we had a pleasant surprise with this food truck. Both Dillon and Parker were working and provided stellar service. The food was amazing and fresh with a wonderful sauce. We were so happy to have received such great customer service. Thanks for everything guys.

We decided to give this new spot in Brighton a chance. Have heard a lot of good things about their food truck and was excited to try there physical location. I was thoroughly impressed at every step of the process. Service was quick and kind and professional. The food was absolutely incredible. I'm the type to cook at home because I'm not satisfied with the food we get when we go out. Absolutely stellar food, even the kid's quesadilla was wonderful. The building is very nice, it's very clean, me and the wife are going to make this an every week spot.

Terrible idea. First time going and this will be our last. quesadilla was soggy. Nachos were soggy. Beans tasted like they were from a can. Very salty, rice had too much butter. Did I mention that it was way over priced. Sorry for the bad review but. Have to do better. Especially when it comes to Mexican food in a predominantly Latin area.

Being able to drive 20 minutes for a great meal is something to appreciate. Sometimes the stars align, and the service is top tier, the vibe is right, and you walk away with a fantastic experience. That's exactly what happened at the Magic food bus Chef Gary & Ashley were some of the nicest, most welcoming owners I've met. The passion and care they put into their food is palpable, making the meal even more enjoyable. What I ordered: Green Chili Cheesesteak, MFBUS Smashed Burger, MFBUS Hot Chicken Sandwich, Colorado Burrito, Truffle Parmesan Brussels Sprouts, Fries. Best bite: I texted a friend after my second bite of the cheesesteak, and I'm quoting myself here: "I think I just had the best Philly cheesesteak I've ever had." The name may have been wrong, but the taste was correct! Perfectly cooked beef, Colorado green chilis, and an amoroso bun that altogether made the perfect bite. The hot chicken sandwich was top tier, with the perfect amount of spice without sacrificing flavor (my biggest pet peeve with spicy food). The smashed burger? Easily in my top 5 (maybe top 3?) in Denver Metro. And that burrito--WOW. Perfectly cooked steak, fresh smashed avocado, and a cheese-crusted tortilla. 10/10, no notes.
