It's also situated on the west side of a liquor store, so there's shade in the morning, a few benches to settle on, and a liquor store to browse. If you want to wait in your car, then they'll give you a buzzer. In this economy, the prices were very reasonable. And given how good the food is, this is good value. The breakfast burrito is stuffed quite nicely. Plenty of potato, egg, cheese, and protein. Very good ratio too. Not too much or too little on any ingredient, like cheese or potato. We got asada and al pastor tacos. While they aren't like the greatest of all time, they were very solid. Generous portions of meat, as expected for street tacos. Al pastor has the marinade and pineapple flavor shining through nicely. The meats were prepared and cut perfectly well, which matter a lot for street tacos. Cilantro, onion, double corn tortilla... check, check, and check. Finally the salsas are awesome. Red and green. Good amount of kick to it, and fantastic flavors to put onto street tacos and burritos. Definitely check out this taco truck. I have a hard time believing that this wouldn't be in anyone's top 5 tacos in Colorado.

Nice comfortable neighborhood feel. They have a nice ordering system via QR Code that has them deliver the pizza directly to the table. Tried their green chili chicken pizza and their sausage and pepperoni pizzas. Both were very good! The thin crust was nice and crispy with a good char. You could tell from the soot that it leaves all over your hands so make sure you get napkins and wet wipes!! The service was quick and the people seemed nice!!

The chicken was very very good. The seasoning was spot on and they developed on awesome char on it. They cut the chicken into strips and drizzled a homemade zesty sauce on top. They use chicken thighs which is my preference but to some may not be your thing. The chicken sat on a bed of really deliciously seasoned rice. They accompanied the dish with plenty pickled cucumbers and some fresh jalops. Every bite of this dish was heaven. Especially, washing it down to with some bomb beer from Rails End Beer company.
