Me: "Seat belts, everyone! We're going to The Magic Food…read moreBus!" My Husband: "Please let this be a good hamburger." Me: "Did you read the reviews!?" Yelp Reviewer, Jennifer P.: "Top of my list!" Husband: "Ohh! Let's go!" (song begins, please imagine Little Richard singing) Little Richard: Cruising on down to Odd 13, you're relaxed and feeling good. Yeah! Next thing that you know, you're seein'... (Me: Wa-ha-ha-hoo!) A cool painted bus serving up food? Scanning the menu, ordering not one but two entrees. (Us: Yee-ha!) Take a left at the Cheeseburger, take your second right at the Spicy Chicken Sandwich. On The Magic Food Bus! Get fries (My husband: or tots!) Order from The Magic Food Bus. Wait for your order (Buzz!) On The Magic School Bus, pick your grub up. On The Magic Food Bus, it's such a delicious bite to try! (Whoooooa!) So strap your bones right to the seat, dig right in and don't be shy (Us: C'mon, this is REALLY FIRE!) Just to make your day complete, you might even decide to leave a review so others can enjoy the feast! On The Magic Food Bus, take a chance, it's a tasty ride! Come on! Eat from The Magic Food Bus! I always consider myself lucky when I get to try amazing food. Not because it's rare, but because…read moreof the privilege that comes with it. Being able to drive 20 minutes for a great meal is something to appreciate. Sometimes the stars align, and the service is top tier, the vibe is right, and you walk away with a fantastic experience. That's exactly what happened at the Magic food bus Chef Gary & Ashley were some of the nicest, most welcoming owners I've met. The passion and care they put into their food is palpable, making the meal even more enjoyable. What I ordered: Green Chili Cheesesteak, MFBUS Smashed Burger, MFBUS Hot Chicken Sandwich, Colorado Burrito, Truffle Parmesan Brussels Sprouts, Fries. Best bite: I texted a friend after my second bite of the cheesesteak, and I'm quoting myself here: "I think I just had the best Philly cheesesteak I've ever had." The name may have been wrong, but the taste was correct! Perfectly cooked beef, Colorado green chilis, and an amoroso bun that altogether made the perfect bite. The hot chicken sandwich was top tier, with the perfect amount of spice without sacrificing flavor (my biggest pet peeve with spicy food). The smashed burger? Easily in my top 5 (maybe top 3?) in Denver Metro. And that burrito--WOW. Perfectly cooked steak, fresh smashed avocado, and a cheese-crusted tortilla. 10/10, no notes.

Pretty good tacos, coming from someone who lived in the southwest AZ years. I seen the reviews and…read morehad to try. Went with my family and next thing you know we were going again the next day with another family member. This is a food wagon cart on the side of the road in a tire shop parking lot. Always the good old style street foods are like this. Simple, no real menus or prices listed. So far had tacos all street style soft corn tortillas Carne asada, chorizo, and all of our favorite was the TripA (tripe). Tripa was chopped up fine was very crispy and melty almost. Also had a torta as well with asada, great bread flavor and texture but same meat as the taco which is diced up small. Wish the asada for the tortas were bigger strips so all the meat doesn't fall out when eating. Overall great little ran joint super friendly and she remembered us too

Definitely a hidden gem - wow! We moved into the neighborhood and we were craving tacos so we…read moresearched to see what was around us. Tacos Pachuco showed up, and we decided to check it out. It was good to see another Yelp Elite member mentioned how amazing the tacos are. Tacos Pachuco is the real deal. We ordered a pastor taco, asada taco, and an asada quesadilla. The corn tortillas for the tacos were warm and perfect, both meats were so tasty (really loved the flavor of the pastor), the grilled onions and jalapeno was the perfect touch, and bonus points for two salsas that pack just enough heat. The quesadilla had some amazing gooey cheese, plenty of asada, and also came with the two great salsas. Can't wait to go back to try more tacos and the torta too. You need to check out this taco truck!
